Ive purchased glasses previously at other competitors of Eyemart Express. I needed another pair quickly due to breaking my previous pair. Found Eyemart Express on Google advertising 30 minute service for complete glasses.I went to the location on Airport Blvd. The staff was excellent, helpful and immediately achieved my goal. They have a great selection and my new glasses (2 pair) are better than anything I previously waited 2-3 weeks to get in the past. Plus, the offer an excellent warranty for rough users like myself.I will, without a doubt purchase all my future glasses at Eyemart Express. This is where an emergency turned into a blessing....

Had my 👓 repair in a timely manner and got my lenses replaced with no question asked...even on this 🌧 day my glasses were ready in an hour

I have been a customer here for 3 years and have had consistently good customer service. They were patient when I needed repeated adjustments, give good advice with frames, and go out of their way to find you the best discount on your purchase. They have a great selection of frames for the entire family, and their prices are very reasonable. Dont spend $600 on a pair of glasses at one of those huge national chains. Come here and see what they can do for you.

I called to get information of a patient of mine and Ariana H was rude and disrespectful. I had asked her to speak to her manager and I heard her say on my dead grandpa she wants to talk to you while the manager Ashley was saying no. Like excuse me? Who talks to customers/people like that?! the patient who I was helping also said Ariana was rude. Get better employees instead of these rude girls who clearly dont like their job.

My first Google review in a long time because I was so impressed by my experience. I had been putting off my optometrist visit for months because getting glasses from Costco had been a huge hassle in the past. I wasnt happy at all with the selection at Costco and I am so glad I landed at eye mart - I was so shocked they could get the glasses to me same day, and both pairs were ready in under an hour thanks to the in house lab!! The selection of glasses is fantastic and they made the process really easy. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

I enjoyed the customer service when I came to pick out my frames the young ladies were very friendly and very nice and they helped me. Whats going to be the better frames for me I pick my glasses up and they had no cases for them they just gave them to me in my hand I was in there about 3 minutes and that was it I wasnt very happy about that I spent a lot of money and and I couldnt even get a case for two pair of glasses

The employees were very helpful I went A-day early and picked out the frames that I decided I wanted and may held him till the next day for me or me until I have my eye exam If they also informed me it would be 10 to 14 days before I would receive my glasses and I wish and I received a message 3 days later saying they were ready I was very very pleased with the service I received thank you very much

I was impressed with the commercial of Buy one and get one free. But much to my surprised the second is not compatible with the the first pair you buy. The second is a 19.95 frame and will only fill the prescription with single lenses. Now the single lense would do me no good when I need a bifocals, and was told I would have to pay an additional 20.00 for the 19.95 frame.Your advertisement should be clear and give the truth and possibly you would get a 5 rating.

Had a very easy and fun time. The staff are very friendly and care about their patients. There was a huge selection to choose from. Reasonably good prices and work to make ways to make your money stretch. The quality of the finished eyewear are solid. Then to top it all off no matter what extras you add (tint, no line bi-focal) they are still made in an hour at no extra cost. Would recommend Eyemart Express to everyone!

I had an excellent experience at EyemartExpress, the Airport Boulevard location in Austin, Texas. This was primarily due to store associate Amonie H.She was professional, personable and patient....letting me peruse different glasses at my leisure. No pressure on her part. She did kindly offer to take my heavy purse and keep it at her desk.And I was grateful to not have to botherwith it while I looked at differentselections.I spent quite awhile that afternoonmaking my selections. I ended up choosing two pair of bifocals....feeling comfortable asking her opinion.They were close to closing but everyone made me feel there was no rush, telling me to take my time.I asked Amonie if she would hold the two I picked till the next day which, of course, she did.I came in the next day and bought the two pair, with add-ons. She explained my charges, even answering a couple of questions twice for my clarity.They were ready before I was ready to pick them up...less than hour! Amazing! I tried on both pair and she gave me small print to read.I feel good about my glasses, knowing I can call or come by if I have any concerns.I like my glasses very much. And I especially like Eyemart Express quick service. Impressive!Plus I really appreciate associate Amonie. Kind, smart and good at what she does!Thank you.

I visited here at the end of the year, when everyone was trying to use their insurance benefits. This location was busier than I expected, but Naomi was CRUSHING IT. She was sanitizing surfaces, answering phone calls AND helping customers, all while maintaining a safe capacity in the store. (There was a sign-in sheet, and I waited in my car for a few until a couple of people left.) She even told me about insurance benefits I didn’t even know I had! I was so, so impressed with how smoothly the whole visit went.

Awesome experience!Armando and the tall, blonde gentleman with the cursive forearm tattoo were very helpful and made the whole process very quick and easy. The business advertises a 1 hour turn around time for your glasses to be ready, and because it was so busy, I was told me it could take a little longer. But, I received a text message 29 minutes later saying they were ready for pick up. Could not be happier! They have a nice selection with a decent range of prices and options. They also looked for coupons for me on their website to see if there were any discounts or promotions I could benefit from during checkout. Very nice people. Will absolutely be back to get sunglasses soon!Also, they were meticulous about sanitizing every surface, maintaining 6 feet or more between customers and enforcing the mask or face covering recommendations. They devised a system to sanitize the glasses that were touched or tried on so that everyone is protected. I appreciate the diligence of the staff to keep everyone safe and follow the health guidelines. Thank y’all so much!

Melody I believe was her name. She was excellent customer service. She got me in and out pretty fast. Answered my questions thoroughly. Not to mention all the multi tasking she did to keep the store in order and all customers even over the phone tended to, I appreciated her work ethic as well. She deserves a raise at minimum and not just a dumb piece if paper that says good job. Hope You see this Melody and continue being an excellent employee. Shopped here on 7/14/2020 at least something good went on during this covid times. I definitely suggest comming here for glasses and ask for Melody.

Worst experience ever. On website and in store.Only 1 in store and the 2 people there were clueless..round rock Tx.Couldnt create an account on the website and couldnt purchase glasses either.Im sure someone else will take my 400. Im surprised these people are even in business.

Joanna was courteous, professional and efficient and my two pairs of glasses were ready in under an hour. I chose the least expensive frames and probably got what I paid for, but I am grateful I had that option. A really good experience.

I went into the store to just see what they had & I was greeted by everyone very kindly. All had smiles on their faces from the moment i walked in. I was fortunate enough to work with Melody, the general manager, and wow was she an absolute God-sent. She was so patient (I came towards the end of the day), extremely kind, & helpful. She helped me understand what my insurance could help me with & broke it down step by step what i needed to pay out of pocket. It was the highlight of my day to be able to have Melody’s help and walk out of there with 2 pairs of glasses. Cannot express how grateful I am for all of her help. I do not think I have ever met a more kind and patient person than her. Thank you!!!

The manager of this place is very rude to her employees, she corrects them in front of customers and not in a nice way, it is humiliating. I felt very uncomfortable, she has zero empathy for the employees. But the manager DOES NOT know how to be a leader and treat employees with respect. To correct someone you dont need to humiliate in front of other people!

Gaby was extremely knowledgeable and professional. My daughter wasnt feeling well and being Austistic she got frustrated about not finding the right frames.She didnt understand why the frame she wanted so badly wouldnt work for the particular style in question. Gaby immediately began to explain to my daughter the reason why a full frame was most beneficial for her.Gaby then sought out similar frames to satisfy her taste.Gaby was patient, calm and settled my daughters fear and deterred a meltdown without even knowing our situation. Fantastic service. Took a bit longer than 1 hr as advertised. But still miles faster than the next place. Usually its a day or two wait for glasses. I had mine the same day. I wish there were more of a selection for higher end frames. Seemed like nike and Armani exchange where the top tier. Still found a great pair that fit my face well. And my lenses which are usually a little thicker dont stick out of the frame at allLines are clean and service was professional.

I went in on 8/28/19 to get some glasses. I had to wait about 15mn before I got called next on the waiting list. They attended me and the guy was extremely nice (glasses, very kind and friendly, sadly I forgot his name). Once they attended me, it was quick and easy. My frames were ready within 11 minutes! Came to pick up and the service was fast, cheap, and good quality

Marcus was very professional and just had an all around peaceful vibe to him. He helped me my mom and my brother get glasses and was so cool we talked about the Superbowl and he was very respectful and courteous he also helped us get our transcripts transferred to the location the easy way. Poor service this afternoon not busy. Since I am in government program and didn’t have my information they couldn’t help me, I even called Russell said they could look up my information! This lady wasted my time saying the system was down and couldn’t request my information! They always say this so we have to pay in cash.. during this pandemic you would think they would help so I can get my glasses for school!!!

I love this place. But as always, an employee makes a difference. I had a second re position of my glasses, an employee told me after I made the order that my insurance did not cover my glasses. Miss Stefanie told me that if I wanted to, I could wait for her to see if she could help me. This young lady is excellent. Not only did she help me on that occasion, but on other occasions she helped my family and me a lot. She has an excellent positive attitude, good customer service and great kindness. They need more employees at this location. But i walked in knowing what I wanted so i helped myself to looking for frames. Once I found them I was able to quickly get my order taken and both pairs of glasses I got were ready within 20 mins. I absolutely love my new glasses and will def be going back for my next pair. I recommend this place for anyone looking for a great deal and fast glasses.

I have been here many times. They have saved my butt on several occasions when i broke or lost my glasses.This time it was broken glasses. I spend about 7 hrs a day on a co mputer, so i need my glasses. Went to my eye doc, got a new Rx, went directly to Eyemart to get new glasses. The girl working, i think her name was Estella, was amazing. Very professional and knowledgeable. Took care of everything so quickly. I was so relieved to have someone just take care of everything.Best part, glasses were ready in 37 minutes! Yes, 37 min. This place is the best.

Manager got us a free back up pair of glasses. Tech worked faster to get my daughter her glasses the same day on Christmas eve. Since they knew her glasses were broken earlier that day.

Took my Mother to get new glasses on Tuesday, they have an optometrist right beside them in the same building, Dr. Rouhani who tested her and issued a prescription within 30 minutes. Eyemart is the best for the optometrist and getting glasses. My glasses were ready in less then 10mins. The people that help with the glasses are honest and are good at helping you pick.

This place sucks and they lie. They say 1 hour but they were telling people that it would be several days to get glasses made. And for me they said it would be 12 - 14 business days. I do have a very high prescription and I did not expect that it would be done in an hour. I was expecting to wait a few days...maybe 5. When they told me it would take 12 - 14 days I was in shock.When I asked to talk to the manager she wouldnt even come out to talk to me. I had to ask 3 times to talk to her and she finally came out of the back. I recently had eye surgery and need a new prescription before I can go back to work. I cant drive because of the surgery so I took a cab to their location on airport. It cost me $45 round trip and I didnt even get the glasses.They said they had to send the prescription to the Dallas headquarters and it would take that long.Not only in my situation but for the other people that were there getting glasses, this store is misleading the public...they cannot make you glasses quickly and certainly not in an hour.Dont waste you time going here.
