I had a wonderful experience! At the age of 40, I needed glasses for the first time. Dr. Elizondo was so patient and kind while she gave me a thorough exam. She recommended glasses with a light prescription. I was able to take my time picking out just the right pair (which came in quickly.) The SALT brand looks and feels great and I no longer have eye strain! Plus, the compliments keep coming on how good I look:)

Doctor Susan Elizondo was so professional. She did a wonderful examine and got a very good prescription for my glasses. I received my glasses and they are so clear and perfectI did not need any adjustments. I am very pleased with my glasses and I give her 5 stars for my visit.

The wonderful and kind Optician who helped me pick out frames was amazing. The second I walked in Cassie was so upbeat and personable. She made me feel comfortable and at ease when picking out frames and I didnt feel like she was pushing a product on me. Ive been going to this place for over 5 years. They have best in class equipment for eye checkups. Dr. Elizondo and her staff take great care of you. Theyll explain every item in great detail and make you feel comfortable. Dr. Elizondo is very sharp and remembers details of the conversations youve had with her.Additionally, they have great selection of glasses; I got my prescription sunglasses 2 years ago from them that I still use. And recently I ordered another pair of glasses from them.

Make Westlake Hills Vision Center your one stop for any of your vision needs! By far the best customer service experience I’ve had in the Austin area! The staff was warm and friendly and took care of all of our needs. My husband and I both had eye exams and ordered glasses and contacts. They have a quality selection of frames for you to choose from. This place is one of the few that still has the “old Austin” friendly atmosphere while being upscale and professional. This was my first visit to Westlake Hills Vision and it exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly and I was seen soon after I arrived. Dr. Elizondo was thorough and knowledgeable. She explained exactly what she was doing and answered my questions completely. She is very knowledgeable about eye health and how to preserve healthy vision. The staff is really friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I went through an eye exam, shopped for glasses, they helped (literally everyone available in the office, haha) me pick out a pair that I love (Gucci!), and discussed all the bells and whistles I could include. I decided to go with Zeiss lenses, as theyre the best in the business, with transitions so I dont have to have a separate pair of sunglasses. I had a great experience, and will 100% get my next pair of glasses here.

If I can rate more stars I would.She was an amazing doctor. I came to visit my Granddaughter from Arizona and knew I needed an eye appointment, I book one with dr elizondo. I was a little worried because its been a little while since I had an eye exam, doctor was very through and took the time to explain everything to my husband and myself. Trevor was so nice and helpful on my glasses, he took the time to explain what frames my prescription could do.

The staff was very caring and Friendly. I walk through the door and everyone was so welcoming, they even offered refreshments. I absolutely love walking into any medical establishment and seeing books about healthy whole food plant-based eating and healthy lifestyle laying around the waiting area. That tells me you’re not just looking to make money by treating symptoms as the patient deteriorates, but to actually help them with knowledge of how to prevent all the bad stuff happening in the first place. I have much greater respect for preventative medicine than symptom-based reactionary medicine. How refreshing!

Westlake Vision is amazing. They offer superior customer service! They also have amazing equipment. It was nothing I had seen before. Aside from that, a screw fell out of my sunglasses and they fixed them for me at no charge. Armando even adjusted and cleaned them for me! Thanks Adam, Armando and the whole crew!

I was referred to Dr. Drees from a good friend of mine. He is very friendly, and made sure I knew what he was doing through each step of the process. He helped me get into the best/most comfortable pair of contacts Ive had so far. The office is clean and modern/professional. All of the equipment/machines were newer than my previous optometrists. I will go back the next time Im due. I definitely recommend this place.

I dont usually spend the time to rate any business, let alone an optometrist office, but I found this place extremely convenient and the staff extremely professional. Expectations and results clearly communicated and hours of operation are flexible with your work schedule. If you live around this area, I highly suggest going here for an eye exam.

Routine visit was quick and painless, plus Rachael provided me with everything I needed to get reimbursed for my contacts - saved me a couple hundred bucks.And it gets better - I randomely stopped by a few days later to purchase a pair of glasses, when Dr. Drees walked out, remembered me by name, and personally helped myself and another customer pick out our frames. I had a solid experience with Westlatke Hills Vision. The office in the Davenport Village is really nice. Dr Drees is a young guy, very friendly and personable. I got my first wellness eye exam since I was a kid. We did the genetic test for macular degeneration, as well and Im looking forward to getting the results. I didnt have any issues of concern which is great, but I would definitely recommend him to anyone in need of a good optometrist.

Dr. Drees and Westlake Hills Vision Center is my entire families eye doctor. My son had the most amazing AHA moment when Dr. Drees put in contacts and he could see without glasses for the first time at age 10. My husband sees him and is now down to one contact and his vision has gotten better. Dr. Drees bed-side manner and ability to relate to kids is wonderful and easeful. Im so happy to have a smart, and capable eye doc my whole family can rely on.
