I bought my Ural just about 3-4 weeks ago. Brandon was very responsive, very personable, and immediately offered to talk directly to the lender to avoid delays resulting from relaying info through me. He worked directly with my credit union representative to get all the paperwork resolved. He kept me informed via email, and he was very attentive when I went to pick it up. He even helped load it onto the trailer. He ordered several important accessories for me, including my Nitron Shocks and GPR 2-1 exhaust. Once all my extras came in, James in parts gave me the option to either schedule them to install, or to come get them, but I live several hours away so they shipped them out to me. These guys know there stuff and motorcycle enthusiasm doesn’t really say enough for their love of and dedication to motorcycling. After 4 weeks of looking for the right bike and getting shot down at each turn for various reasons, I finally stumbled in to AF1. We originally drove out from Houston to buy a new motorcycle at a dealership down the road but that didnt work out for a couple of reasons.After lunch we decided to check out AF1 and look at a used motorcycle they had on their website. From the moment we walked in everything felt much better - we were welcomed and taken care of right away. We got to the dealership a little before 4pm and were able to take a test ride, agree on a sweet deal, square away financing and ride away by 5pm.Brandon helped us through the process and was very straightforward and open about the process and the possibility of the bank not responding quickly enough. Luckily the bank came back quickly and he got the bike back to make ready so we could finish by closing time.I really cant stress this enough - in these days of chain stores, imported goods and major discount retailers - shop local and support your community. Money spent at privately-owned, local businesses support families in your community. Austin is lucky to have a business like AF1 than actually cares about the work they do and service they provide.Thanks again Brandon. We made it home finally. The bike did great and I only had 10 or 15 minutes of rain right before we got to the house.

It’s a really cool shop, it’s so unique, with a great selection of interesting bikes! I called in to see about one of the bikes in their used inventory, and Brandon was able to set up a meeting in the same hour, no trouble at all! The appointment concept works great, it’s a very low pressure, friendly and casual environment, could have spent hours there just chatting and checking stuff out. Anyway, the bike turned out perfect, and they were able to detail it, service it, and get it delivered to me within a couple days! Mika was super helpful with the delivery, and told me a few tricks about the bike, which really got me started off right. Awesome service - I would highly recommend these folks to anyone looking for a bike, used or new.

I wanted to relay my experience with AF1. I have been a handicap rider for 43 years. ( I wear a left below knee prosthetic leg) I had rigged up a shoe that would allow me to shift well enough take a test ride on V85TT. I fell in love with the bike and approached Brandon my sales consultant to see if AF1 would design and build me a toe/heel shifter. Micha didnt hesitate to say yes and I bought the bike before they even began to fabricate one. Everyone at AF1 is a total professional and give well informed information and advice. My hats off to Brandon who handled everything and made the purchase seamless. All I had to do was write a check. Sean in sales was also very helpful in helping me get comfortable with the bikes height and the challenge to mount and dismount. Brent did most of the fabricating on the shifter and Steve in service kept me apprised on the progress. Devon set the bike up and answered any questions I had. John also weighed in on the design of the shifter and the work was done and delivered on the day my 1st service was completed. This should be your bike shop. 5 stars all the way around.

Nothing I write here will do justice to the great experience I had purchasing my bike from these guys. Brandon was responsive and open while I was investigating the one I wanted to purchase. When I showed up to close the deal he made us feel like part of a family. We got a tour of the place, talked a good deal about everything dealing with the business and my particular Guzzi, and fitted me for a helmet to boot. To top everything off Brandon helped me load it up and strap it down in our trailer. Spent about an hour and a half there, and the whole thing makes me want to do it all over again. This will be my only place to find a bike in the future, and I cant wait to hit my first service interval to make the two hour trek back over there.

A couple of weeks ago I bought a new (to me) Aprilia. I made an appointment via email earlier in the week to visit the showroom and demo a bike. The sales guy, Brandon was great. Brandon is knowledgeable, easy going, (no pressure sales techniques) and passionate about motorcycles. He made the process of buying easy and painless. When I asked about the price Brandon was able to show me the break down of what it would cost everything included.I did NOT encounter any of the mystery vague price figures that I have encountered with other dealerships in the past.It was an excellent buying experience and would buy again from Brandon and AF1 again.I also intend on using them for service work on my Aprilia even though they are almost an hour and a half away from me.

What a fantastic place to buy a motorcycle from! I bought an Aprilia motorcycle from AF1 a few weeks ago and couldnt be happier with the experience. Before I came in, I reached out over email to inquire about the bike and Brandon was very prompt and thorough in answering all my questions. When it came time to make the purchase, everything went smoothly. The dealership has a wonderful atmosphere and feels real special. Brandon was very friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, and got me on the road that very same day. Pricing on the motorcycle and offer for my trade-in were very fair and I did not feel as if there was any fluff in the dealer fees or as if I was getting lowballed for my trade-in.I can tell AF1 has my back beyond just the initial purchase. When it came time to schedule first service, Brandon connected with me Steve. Just like Brandon, Steve was thorough and very quick to respond to my emails. He got me scheduled within a few days of me reaching out, and my bike was ready for pick up pretty much within 24 hours of dropping it off for first service and an accessory installation. My local shop used to sell Moto Guzzis and usually services mine but they weren’t able to sort a pulsing front brake. AF1 Racing still handles Moto Guzzis so I called them to schedule a service visit. Unfortunately that meant a trip from Dallas to Austin. Argh.Steve Barone took the call and based on his experience, he gave me something to try first. His instructions worked perfectly. Brakes sorted. Trip avoided. I’ll be looking to AF1 for any future service work beyond basic maintenance.I very much appreciated the technical competence and customer centric focus. Thanks Steve.

I cannot speak more highly of AF1 Racing! Steve Baron is the most attentive, detailed and helpful service representative I’ve ever dealt with! Emails are answered thoroughly and quickly. After a Saturday afternoon accident, he was emailing me till 9pm in the evening, covering all the bases, looking at the photos I provided and assessed damages. Steve went above and beyond for me.I’ve serviced both my babies at AF1 Racing for the past 6 months, both Stella and Bella; a 2019 Aprilia Tuono 1100 RR, and a 2020 Aprilia 1100 RR Factory, respectively. I will never trust or go anywhere else for servicing my two babies, even though they’re 150 miles away from me. Excellent, through and through! Highly recommended!

When I brought my scooter in for service three times over the few years I had it, service was quick, for a great price, and everyone was super friendly. My bike always came back to me cleaner than when I brought it in, too! When I bought my helmet there, they went out of their way to find me a model that wasn’t being manufactured anymore and get it for me, in the right size. Their level of service is outstanding, and seems effortless - everyone there is friendly and supportive and on the same page. We just last week bought my first sport bike and my husband’s second, with Brandon’s help, and couldn’t be happier. They helped me find a quick, easy solution when I had trouble with my bank, and handled everything for us on the back end. I was in the market for a new motorcycle. the Yamaha R1M, Ducati V4, BMW S1000RR were the options i was looking into. the Ducati was my first choice and was able to test drive it and the BMW. when i called the Local Yamaha dealership, i was told flat out no test rides on Liter bikes. if i am looking at dropping 25-30K on a bike, I need to drive it. so that put the Yamaha out of the running. i had never even contemplated Aprilia. as with all things, i do a lot of research and when i called and just asked if they allowed test drives, i was told, absolutely. just hearing that, i drove straight to AF1. i was greeted by Brandon Napier and we just simply had a conversation about all the bikes i was interested in. even knowing that the Ducati was my first choice, Brandon spoke to me about Aprilia, what they were all about and showed me the entire shop. i was given a tour of the service department, parts warehouse and the Dyno room before i even rode one. that is something the Ducati Shop never even thought to offer me and probably because i didnt have the appearance of a millionaire and still it was my main choice. again, still knowing that, Brandon showed me what Aprilia offered and for me that was the RSV4 1100 Factory. without hesitation he got the bike ready, handed me the keys, went over settings and i was free to drive it and DRIVE it I did. I liked it so much that when i wanted a longer test drive to properly evaluate it there was no hesitation. i was able to test drive a 27K motorcycle which the Yamaha dealer would not even allow. even after all that i was still torn between the Aprilia and the Ducati. what essentially made the decision for me was the establishment and the way Brandon dealt with all my questions and just simply talking about bikes. I did not get the feeling like I was the important part in the process at the Ducati dealership. I decided that the Aprilia was the better option because it was a tested and proven bike that was not going to be hampered by recalls after purchase and i was getting more quality and value for my money with the RSV4. it was the establishment and how i was treated that made my decision and i do not regret it in the least. I remember telling Brandon that I curse the day i walked into the dealership because the RSV4 could not be dismissed and now after months of taking my time and deciding, it sits in my garage and its just amazing. if you have ever thought of Aprilia you have to check this place out and you wont regret it. thanks AF1 and Brandon.

Got my first showroom-new bike from these guys and the experience was a hell of a lot better than Id let to believe buying a bike was like. I came in thinking I was going to learn to haggle the hard way, but there really wasnt any need to. They were super earnest the whole time and were great about breaking down the price and charges, and talking about were all the cash goes; same with labor and maintenance if I wanted to go with them in the future.There wasnt any pressure whatsoever to get extra gear and stuff, nor upgrade to fancier versions of the bike or something more expensive. Ive called them occasionally with questions about maintenance and their techs been emailing me stuff thats otherwise missing from the manufacturer materials I got with the bike, with zero hassle or pressure to come in.Neither here nor there, but Brandons a hell of a guy too.10/10 would blow 9k here again

I purchased a 2016 Aprilia Tuono V4 from Brandon at AF1 Racing. Overall I was extremely happy with the service I received. Brandon was most helpful, prompt and honest in my dealings with him which is extremely important to me. Consequently I would be enthusiastic about going back to AF1 racing for my next bike and obviously extremely happy to recommend them to friends or any other prospective buyers. The bike I purchased, although second hand, was in great condition. The previous owner hand taken great care of it and AF1 racing had made sure it was in tip top shape mechanically. Overall Im extremely pleased with my experience there!

With 15 bikes,unplanned, I find myself ordering from many different places. AF1 is BY FAR the best. The parts guys have all been there for years and have instant answers to my dumb questions. Packing is always fully padded with no chance for damage. They always send a picture of whats being sent and a hand checked invoice. For example the engine rebuild kit I ordered for am sxv550 has an invoice that shows what every gasket and bearing is for, no guessing.If your reading this, you have found the cream of the crop. Order with confidence, these guys are serious about their craft. Nice to have people that love bikes as much as I do.

I recently purchased an Aprillia Shiver and Brandon made the experience exceptionally smooth. The bike was fairly priced and from from test drive to taking it home everything was no stress or pressure. I really appreciate the bike being thoroughly cleaned up and all the fluids being checked and topped off before I took it off the lot. I will definitely be a repeat customer for any future maintenance or when I’m ready to upgrade to something new.

AF1 Racing is a considerable cut above the rest. I have been wanting a Ural since I first saw one in 2014 and AF1 Racing helped me make that dream a reality recently. From the day that I walked in a year ago just to check out the dealership and the motorcycles to signing the paperwork the day I drove off with the exact bike that I wanted, Brandon has been (and will continue to be) my go to guy for anything bike related. Everyone that I spoke to at AF1 was extremely welcoming and ready to answer any and every question I threw their way about the Urals. They were beyond polite and patient with someone as green on a bike as I am and I could not have asked for a better buying experience throughout the process as a whole.

I took my 2003 Aprilia Caponord there when the Aprilia dealer in Fort Worth could not repair my bike. Although it took awhile due to the pandemic and having to get replacement parts from Europe, my bike is ready for the road again. Steve and his team did a great job on my bike. I havent gone on a test ride yet due to getting it back insured but Micah said that her road over 100 miles on it. This was good to know because it had been sitting for over 4 years after the birth of my daughter took away all of my desire to ride so I could spend time with her. These guys know what they are doing and will not give up. I like this because I that I have a place to bring my bike when all others fail.😎

I recently stopped in and bought a used bike from AF1. I had looked online before hand and had a bike in mind along with a new option. Sean was top notch as a salesman. He was straight forward on the pricing regarding the options I was considering. Both Sean and Brandon were very knowledgeable and answered and questions I had thoroughly. I was also very impressed with the service side of the business. They even set up my suspension on the bike just before I rode off with it. Overall, I am very pleased with the experience and will be a repeat customer for sure!

I came here for the first time this week looking to buy a used Aprilia. I can honestly say this is the first time Ive been in a dealership and enjoyed myself. Brandon was personable and helpful, an exceptional guy. Im beyond excited with the dealership as a whole and my purchase. I will definitely be back.Edit: Since I can only leave one review I’m forced to add to this one. I’ve called the service department a few times, they have answered all the questions that I have and make helpful recommendations with an authentic interest it seems. I’ve ordered multiple parts from them and every order has been correct and on time. I really couldn’t be more impressed with this place.

I had a great experience at AF1 Racing. I was in the market for a Classic Vespa Primavera 150 in red. We live near Houston and theres not a Vespa dealer here. I had called scooter dealers around Texas and was barely given the time of day. I was feeling very discouraged until I called AF1 and spoke with Brandon. He was very helpful and professional, everyone I spoke to at AF1 was this way. Brandon went above and beyond helping me find the exact Vespa that I had been looking for. I had never purchased anything sight unseen but felt very comfortable with this purchase. We drove from Richmond to Austin to pick up my Vespa and Brandon helped my husband and I load it and showed us how to tie it safely for the journey back. You will not be disappointed with these guys!Life is short, enjoy the ride!

Went here a couple months ago to purchase a used bike. I dealt with Brandon N. This guy was awesome. He made sure I got the best deal on my trade in and they gave me a great price on the bike I was purchasing. They really took the time to get to know you as a customer and build a relationship. All of the staff was very friendly and professional. This will be the only dealership for me when it comes time to purchase the next bike(s).

There is a level of mistreatment that weve all grown accustomed to when dealing with mechanics. AF1 Racing threw me off because of the extra special care they took with me. The flurry of email messages pregnant with the information and updates I craved kept my curiosity at bay. I will def be doing business with them again. I almost cant wait to be in the market for another exotic motorcycle.

Living in Hawaii, we get a limited selection of motorcycles and vehicles so, after calling around to several other dealerships AF1 was the only one that was serious about helping me out. Brandon at AF1 was great at getting my bike, ordering all the aftermarket parts, and setting everything up for shipping. We ran into issues with the only shipping company that ships motorcycles to Hawaii deciding to not ship motorcycles, but eventually came through the setbacks and now my bike is on her way. I highly recommend AF1 to anyone and would recommend anyone from Hawaii to talk with Brandon for shipping to Hawaii

I can’t tell you how much I appreciate this business. I was in Texas visiting my parents and felt like stopping in AF1 to check out the new Moto Guzzi V85 TT adventure bike that I had seen on their web site. I had been buying parts for my V7 Guzzi from their online Parts department for years. Check it out, it’s one of the few places to buy upgrades for a Guzzi on the Internet. When I entered the show room they had over a dozen V85 TTs. I have been hearing about this bike but had been unable able to see it in person. While I was there Brandon gave me a tour of the place. It is an amazing place for any motorcycle lover. After returning to the East Coast I called up Brandon and ordered my dream bike for my 50th birthday. At the time they had a unique configuration on a Guzzi V85 TT listed on the web site. The entire transaction was with out pressure. I must have called more than a few time asking questions. The story is not over, I took delivery with out issue in January and upgraded my new bike from Af1s part department. Then the pandemic hit and I was thankful to have my bike but the DMV closed for in-person transactions. I tried everything but the paperwork was sent back to me. I called up Brandon and he helped me understand the process making it possible for me to navigate a DMV i. A state the AF1 does not operate in. I had been burned by my first experience with another dealer that was not there for me after I left. Af1 with cash in had and transaction over is still there for me. If I need another bike (do we ever have enough) I will be calling this place AF1 racing

AF1 is a fantastic motorcycle shop. These guys know their stuff and are very professional. The purchasing process is very straightforward, no smoke and mirrors here. But its the quality of the service and attention to detail after the sale that really sets them apart. Theyre so good I think Id actually lean towards the brands they sell knowing Ill enjoy the bike more over its life with AF1 supporting it. The service department is stellar in terms of knowledge, execution, and customer service. If you are interested in the brands they sell youre quite lucky to live in Austin because you wont find a better motorcycle dealership in the country.
