I had always experienced great service at this store when it was located in the Bay City Towne Center. However, I just went to the new location next to BWWs and was turned away because they close in 30 minutes. 30 minutes. Seriously. Ive never been close to spending that much time in an AT&T store....even when I bought 2 phones. The associate did promptly greet us. After I told him what I wanted, thats when he told he had a customer and couldnt help me because there wasnt enough time. All I wanted was a new phone and told him as much. Its a super simple task, as Ive done it several times. He couldnt be bothered. What happened to customer service?? Needless to say, I will never return to that store. If you couldnt be bothered during store hours, I wont be bothered to return.

Great store. They’ve got a good selection of products and the staff is very friendly. I worked with Zac the last time I was in and he was great. He answered every dumb question I had and even ended up saving me a little money. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Definitely recommend stopping in.

I have a $10 a month plan and I tried to make a payment and couldnt because I have a positive balance, Was told I cant make a payment until the new bill prints.. logically I ask when the new bill is available, yesterday was the answer!!! But Brandon made it all right by getting the payment taken care of. Thank you

Evan at the Bay City Mall store was very helpful and got me just what I needed. I live just west of Houghton Lake, over by Merritt, and my Verizon service at my house is very poor. I decided to try AT&T and so far, Evans recommendation is proving great. If youre looking for AT&T service, this is a good place to go.

We were greeted when we walked in the store! All our questions were answered and as we switch my phone to AT&T, they were able to take care of cancelling my former carrier. We lost no information. We were completely satisfied. We were informed about new offerings but, the clerk was not at all pushy. Great experience!

Let me note this at the beginning, *I have a great Credit history* I went to AT&T to get ahold of the new iPhone 11 with their “free iPhone with trade in and new line activation.” I visited the first time and they asked for a $371 dollar down payment. I said that I would come back with the cash the next day and pay it. The phone costs “$0” so I got confused as to why I had to pay it. The gentleman told me I had to pay the down payment because the credit checks are tricky, I AM NEVER LATE ON PAYMENTS NOR DO I HAVE BAD CREDIT HISTORY. He said it would be applied to my monthly bill. Went in the second time and he told me his manager that wasn’t in the store would have to waive some sort of fee. (I have no idea what he was talking about but he said the manager had to be there physically.) They called me a third time and asked me to come in to get the phone and when I showed up, they SAID MY DOWN PAYMENT TURNED INTO $750. DO NOT SWITCH TO AT&T FOR THEIR PLANS. ITS BAIT TO LOCK YOU IN FOR 30 MONTHS. 3 visits and I got no phone, went to my Verizon store and I left with the new iPhone 11 within 15 minutes.

The crew at the store (all 4 of them) played a part in bringing me up to date and offering me the greatest customer service. Ely was the associate who helped me. The guy is INCREDIBLY knowledgeable. Im pretty big on asking 100 questions, and he answered them all honestly.The manager, Aaron, also drove across town to get me the phone I needed.They were honest, went the extra mile, and answered all of my questions. The staff here are the greatest, they are so friendly and bend over backwards to help. AT&T however, what a joke. 3 times now Ive tried to get my services(cellphone, tv, and internet) combined onto 1 monthly bill, instead of 3 separate, that arrive 3 different weeks in the month. All i get is doubled billed and have yet to get them all combined onto 1 bill. Call AT&T and you have to pick the service you want to discuss, but they cant access your other service accounts to get you answers or get things straightened around, so you have to call back and go through that fn prompter again. Ive found screaming obscenities in between asking to speak to a representative may actually speed up how soon you actually get to speak to one, lord maybe it just seems that way..
