Zack is probably my favorite GameStop employee Ive ever met. He is helpful, he doesnt hover over you while youre looking, and he actually knows about video games. The store is always clean, and theres always something new that catches my eyes. I go in about once to twice every week or so, sometimes just to enjoy the friendly atmosphere. This place is definitely worth every trip I take.

After calling and trying to get a quote, I was told Id have to go in to get prices for games I wanted to trade in. I do so, and Zack tells me he cannot take sealed games. Despite the fact I have a receipt showing Ive had the game for a while now. They came with a bundle and digitally own one and have no interest in the other. Telling me, I will have to make a second trip, specifically for this one stop I made to day, with the games unsealed in order to trade them in. I dont care if they get opened or not, but it was not mentioned to me over the phone when I mentioned how I havent even unsealed them. They only want to try and give more reason to Devalue the games further so they can rip people off more by claiming it as a used game.Regardless, after dealing with Zack I will no longer be using or suggesting gamestop for any electronic needs. Their practices have not changed in over a decade and its they havent gone bankrupt. And a stain on the character of anyone who wears their brand willingly.

If I could give less stars I would, they were acting like we were stealing and told me”you break it you buy it” I see why GameStop’s going into the toilet. They can’t even be nice to a customer when they have a simple question. First and last time I’ll come here

You guys run out the $10 Horizon Zero Dawn: COMPLETE EDITION I wanted a new one but I didnt mind giving you my business to buy you and use one I thought about it and I decided to buy it instead of getting it online I walked out of the store and realize what happened. I walked out of the store and realize what happened someone swapped out the game realized it was not the version I needed with all the DLC and yes all the DLC is on the desk the manager look for the game they didnt have it looks like someone swap the game out. they bought the new version in swap the new one out with the old one the manager give me to option to get refund or swap out for original version with a couple dollars cheaper or this one I took he asked for my name and my phone number and he said he will call me in a couple days. when he gets one in stock he told me I can play it before even I hit the DLC I give that Bay City Mall Michigan manager thumbs up and this is how I could tell somethings wrong

I initially went in thinking it was some sort of anti gaming lobby. You know game STOP....turns out its a store...I bought a Zelda hat and Golden Girls Funko Pop...5 stars....

I took a game in to trade and was offered $7. Put the game on ebay and sold it for $35. It is listed on their shelves used for $40. Places like this are the reason people are fully turning to the internet for buying/selling. I would have been happy with $20 but $7 was an insult.

Ok place, for lack of a better choice. Do not lose your receipts, they will not look them up in their computers for warranty, extended warranty, or pre-order. Not posting special hours is also annoying when telling a customer to pick up their pre-order at close of business (posted as 9pm, changed to 11pm tonight without giving a reason why), causing some customers to either leave and return, or sit around and wait for 2 hours. The selection of titles is hit and miss, but better than other retailers, and generally speaking they only cater to PC games on special orders, or online orders. Rarely if ever do they stock anything for PCs.

They got the job dont which is what counts, but they were rude in the process insulting my choice of game and even my gaming console. they asked for which console i wanted the game for and when i told them they said im sorry, do you seriously play online? i feel bad for you...
