Business is business so no complaints as I know how things run and how hectic days and months can get upon arrivals of new merchandise and products!Ordered a iPhone 13 pro max last month around sep. 15th and was given the incentives/promo of $1000 off I pre-qualified for also getting the sticker I would used to send back w/ my “trade-in” once the phone would’ve arrived.Went in and upon arrival after waiting over a month just to find out “it seems the order wasn’t placed.” Regardless not one of my questions was answered but rather giving me maybes and that’s sort of upsetting being known as a brand who my family nor I have really had any issues with in the past.0 for the customer service0 for the professionalism2 for getting me a im not sure within 30-40 minutes.
The people working here are really amazing! I went in for a manufacturer defect on my phone and not only was the gentleman that helped me with that easy to work with but he was extremely effect and thorough. When my new phone arrived I had some issues getting old texts transferred to my new phone I went back in and the wonderful lady that helped me with getting the text messages transferred over and made sure that everything was done right. These last two interactions were hands down the best experiences Ive had at any Verizon store. And if the employees run across this you guys are awesome!!!
The people there were great. Did have to come back as they were taking appointments only. The phone I was interested in was sold out when I came back so there was no way to get it and kinda a wasted trip. The shortage are happening everywhere, so I get it. It would be nice to see the inventory online be accurate so a to didnt have to be made only to find out they didnt have in sick what I was looking for. The store is laid out nice and very clean.
Had an appointment which means very little to this location. When I complained after waiting 45 minutes and still nobody would talk to me, the greeter said it wasnt his fault they didnt have enough people to honor their appointments. Avoid this store unless you have a whole afternoon to waste.
Nick was a great help, even though he was busy, he was calm and helped us out with incredible speed. Within less than a minute he swapped out the sim card from my old phone and got it in the new one, and we were good to go. He was a very nice guy!~Kai
I have needed to visit this Verizon store 3 times in the last week to remedy a problem with my cell phone...this included ordering a replacement phone for me and transferring data from one phone to the other, as well as answering my questions. I had an appointment for each encounter and the staff were unfailingly supportive and helpful in assisting me with the resolution of this problem. I liked having a set appointment time, so there was no waiting around for assistance. I appreciate their upholding of COVID-19 precautions for safety.

I have been a loyal customer for 25yrs and simply wanted to take advantage of a deal for new customers and was told not possible and was given a number to call. I feel insulted that the end result of calling the number was an extra $200 off where as if I were new it was $1000. Apparently Verizon is too corporate to care for their own customers and rather see them go then to make them happy.

Their just there to sell you phones and add ons. Not much in the way of really being interested in helping you make decisions and offer opinions on equipment. No technical service at all anymore. If you dont know you should make an appointment ahead of time youre screwed.

I have never walked away from this store disappointed. Everyone there has always been helpful and provided me with answers to my questions. Very helpful for an old-school caveman like me! LOL! Highly disappointed with the service from this location, first visit multiple display phones were not working. I went to do my research at home and came back when I was ready to purchase a phone and I was imediately turned away because an appointment was needed. So I went down the street and got my phone from best buy Instead. If you were looking to imediately pick up a new phone this is not the location for you.

Waited for an hour for a blonde lady with short hair tell me she couldn’t help me add a line. She told me to go home and call customer service. This was after she had spent an hour helping the guy before me. Super unprofessional, she didn’t offer any solutions, just said “I don’t have recording capabilities”. What does that even mean? We ordered a phone off Apple instead (ready for pick-up) and called Verizon corporate to help set up the phone and send a complaint (they were super helpful). TL; DR: This place has terrible customer service. Get a different job, Karen.
Run away. Fast. Spent easily 8 hours over the last three months trying to random charges removed from my constantly changing bill. The answer? Oh yeah we screwed up but also pay it anyway and well get you back later. Thank you for nothing verizon. Never again.
Made an apt to purchase a new phone. Arrived 5 mins early and then walked out 30 mins later.i was told to wait for the next rep. The door greeter couldn’t help me but then 10 mins later helped someone else. Another employee was complaining that her customer was taking too long and she needed to leave and pick someone up. So the other employee had to take over for her. The most unorganized situation! Why even take apts? The store closed at 7 so there wouldn’t have been enough time. No apology or anything. I was just ignored!
There is no excuse for a three hour wait to talk to an associate, and even less excuse to be rude about it.

Just a quick word to express my sincere appreciation for the Verizon Cedar Hills store where I met with Nathan Rance Because my iPhone was locked and there were no options left to me even after trying many alternatives and became absolutely helpless. The automated system is so so slow and it doesn’t give you options and when it finally transfers you to someone the call drops and no one calls you back you need to make sure you have good customer service because it’s bad
I dont even know if I can put into words how AWESOME Shawn was from the Cedar Hills Beaverton Oregon Verizon store. She helped me, very patiently I may add, shared so much information that I did NOT receive via the online chat person. She took to time, explained all the options pluses/minuses of each. I am in NJ and happen to get her on the Customer Service line... I havent had this type of experience in a long time - she is what Customer Service is all about. Knowledgeable, friendly etc. to the MAX. Thank you Shawn for EVERYTHING.

My one star is for the company, not the employee at this specific locationI eventually decide to switch providers after paying my last bill, but even that has been a headache! I called three different location for a few days and wasnt able to get a hold of anybody. After I switched providers I tried going online to pay my last bill since I wasnt able to talk to an actual person, but I still ran into problems. Since I was no longer a customer I wasnt able to log into my old account. A few days later I got an email from Verizon with a link to pay my bill that of course didnt work. Later I Googled Verizon pay bill through phone and called that number to pay my bill and it took three phone calls! The first call the woman was able to find my old account with my pin and told me that if she helped me pay it I would be charged $7, but that if i used the machine there would be no fee. Since Im done giving Verizon anymore money I told her that the machine would be fine. After I typed in my phone number I was told that my account was not found. Afterwards I call back and am on hold for 18 minutes before Im hung up on. To be clear I was taken off hold, but whoever answered didnt say anything not even a hello, just silence before being hung up on. On the third call after explaining everything again Im finally able to pay my bill. The man did wave the fee, the only good part of this story. After not being able to reach anybody at three different locations, an email from the company that wasnt any help, and three different phone calls I was finally able to pay my last bill.The second paragraph I added on after Verizon responded to my review
Salesmen was horrible. Sold us on many deals that did not exist. Told us that we could get free screen replacement with insurance plan. Its $30 not free. He was telling us about many plans that could save us money, was not up front about the cost. Calculated by hand on his own and did not base any of this off actual current deals. Terrible experience. I wish I knew the guys name, I would love to see him held accountable. Not to mention servers were down and experience took over 1.5 hrs
GREG! Ask for Greg! We walked in, were greeted by Greg, explained the problem we were having, he knew immediately what to do (reset the network), and off we went. Less than ten minutes max. Greg was very professional and personable. Friendly atmosphere. Were wished a good day by two other employees on our way out. This is definitely the Verizon location well use in the future.
Terrible service. Cannot recall her name but a female sales person was very impolite when I went in and asked if there’s any incentives to upgrade to a new iPhone. Not sure what she was unhappy about since I already am a Verizon customer. Only when I mentioned I might want to add insurance to my plan she becomes very excited. I know these people get paid when we spend money. But isn’t customer service what we are paying the monthly charges for? How superficial do these people get?
Pay for insurance over a year when it came to repair the phone it was a joke, so cancel it immediately. Like other people mention $30 for a crack screen what a joke they wanted $150. My 20‰ company discount wasnt taken in account after almost 2 years of service. So Verizon will no longer get my service and will recommend friends and family to stay away. Also Im glad the company I work for realized the problem and they are switching phone companies.

I have been a loyal customer of Verizon since Cell phones first emerged. I love the service, but the face of the company is what really matters. I am incredibly thrilled with Aaron Huntleys ability to maintain his composure while my mother and I bombarded him with requests. He was incredibly knowledgeable and created an atmosphere that put us at ease. He is affable and approachable. I have also worked with an employee named Richard. He too was extremely fantastic to work with. Bottom line, I will always consider this My Store and look forward to purchasing more items (I saw fabulous Fitbits there). Thank you to Management for having such a super team!

Bought 2 new Pixel 3 phones Tuesday. Richard was very helpful during the whole process. Of course, when my wife and I got home to transfer info. from old phones to our new phones... nothing worked as expected. Took phones back Wednesday and worked with another technician. Craig was his name. Like Richard, Craig also was a professional. As we waited, Craig patiently restored both new phones to working order. I highly recommend both these fellows to do business with at this Beaverton location.
The experience and customer support I had here was exemplary . I wish I remembered the name of the woman who assisted me with my LG V10 experiencing a bootloop problem (I tried to call store to verify name but got caught in a robot dial 12345 and no option was to speak to someone in store). I will try to update this review if Im in the area again and stop by to get her name- she was thin, shoulder length, lighter color hair and eyes working the afternoon of 8/2/17.She was quick to help me with my issue, friendly, thorough and I wish all Verizon stores and associates could understand how truly good and helpful customer service is done. Waited 40 minutes for a less than five minute meeting. The reason was perhaps due to being either kicked off the list on accident, they didnt call out my name loud enough, or that no one thought to find out why the one person that doesnt work here is still here and still hasnt been seen to when ppl as arriving later into the store are getting helped. Its things like this that creates the awful Karens and Deborahs no one wants to wait on.
Bought a phone about a month ago. Nick was awesome. Set me all up in about 15 minutes. Perfect.Then I forgot my password to unlock my phone. Couldnt remember it for anything in the world. Went back to Verizon. Guess what? I got Nick again. He wiped it, but was able to restore nearly everything. Got me all set back up in about 10 minutes.If you go, get Nick. Hes magnificent!
Today, Monday April 8, 2019, I entered the store about 1:45pm, 4 or 5 employees were standing near the entrance in a circle. They all stopped talking and they waited for one of them to approach me. The tallest man wanted to know what he could do for me. I started talking to him regarding my prepaid Verizon Samaung J3 Mission phone. Told him I was interested in seeing other models of the prepaid phones, I would like a phone that took better quality photos. He said none of the prepaid phones take good photos, they are just cheap phones. Then I asked him how I could keep the navation GPS feature from stopping while I am driving using it. He said the battery had probably run out. I told him it still had 78% power. He said the phone was old and cheap. He was not interested in having me look at newer improved models. Then he turned and walked back to the circle of guys talking. Clearly he and probably not any of the other guys wanted to help me or even show me post paid phone plans or phones. I will be going to a different store and maybe a different service provider.
Every time I have been in the Verizon store it has ALWAYS been a wait.....I see employee s chatting, and sharing tidbits with other employees WHILE customers r waiting. There is no sense of urgency to assist, or recognition that perhaps the customers have other things to do.....whats with the greeter who checks you in an then literally stands around......can they not help the customer ?Its like necessary hell, cuz how else do you get your phone issues resolved..Expect a long wait, minimal service an high prices....
Love our service – these guys set the bar. The newest phones, top plans, and fantastic service. No dropped calls, customer service that you can understand and actually helps you, work with lots of other companies for bundles and savings, frequent upgrades, you name it.
Dont go to these corporate stores, they dont care about taking care of you, they just care about adding products and services to your account by special offers or you are elegible for this promo. When they go in the back to check something, they are planning with management as far as what they are going to present to you to sell on your account. The GM especially does not care about anything but numbers and will not help the customer out even when the rep lie to you, which they do on a daily basis. Order online and have it shipped to you, buy your accessories online.....better that the bundles you are qualified for. They will rip you off
My (somewhat elderly) father and I went to this store looking for a tablet for him and a few plan changes for me. We arrived ten minutes before closing and were helped by Jay Mattingly. Despite the time, Jay was patient and friendly, sorting out what my dad wanted and finding him things hed have asked for later anyway. We ended up getting a tablet as well as a few accessories. This is a great location, and Jay was very knowledgeable.
Very friendly staff. The service was very fast. Not what Im used to at a cell phone store, but I did visit at 7:30 at night. All in all the visit was great and they processed my return quickly and effortlessly.
This store will waste your time. They sold me a phone not apart of my original plan, which they told me it was. Finding this a year later expecting to upgrade I had to pay the phone fully off. After expressing my case with the manager I was informed they could not help me in anyway unless it involved me paying off my phone. Keep in mind Ive been with Verizon for many years and now have switched due to this.Then after I switched I went into this store to pay off the reminder (to be reimbursed by my new carrier) they could not pull up any information on me to pay the bill.

As a senior moving UP from dumb phone I hoped to get a helpful orientation to my smart Samsung. I signed up for a small seminar online, was greeted at the door.Instructor addressed my major issues in a useful order. I should have done this sooner to save my time. Also helped me store, send & use photos & music files. Thanks.
I cant sing enough praises about the guy who helped me upgrade today. He was so friendly and open, helpful and kind. He gave me thoughtful opinions about which phone to upgrade to and helped me make an informed choice. While he still had to do the obligatory sales speech about a couple offers available on my account, it didnt feel pushy or oversold. This gentleman even chatted with me about some nerdy junk! I wish I had gotten his name before I left, so I could be sure he gets credit for his excellent customer service. Hands down one of the best customer service experiences Ive had.
Once again we went in with what sounds like a simple request only to be told sorry we dont have that in the store you can do that online. We wanted a basic flip phone for our son, but they dont have any in the store.
I like this place and most everyone is great minus one person that I have gotten multiple times. I wont say his name for his sake but it starts with a K. He treated my wife and I like we were stupid for not knowing about Verizon rules and regulations. I dont understand how hes been working there for so long.I waited a few minutes hoping I didnt get him and it looks like hes equally mean to everyone so I guess I wont get too offended.Other than that cool products and helpful people that will help me even with stuff that I know is officially out of their purview. Its really quick most of the time but sometimes I go in and its super busy. Wish they had more of the 5Ss in stock but I guess thats to be expected.
They told me I qualify for a special upgrade, even though I had my phone for six months. So I went ahead and upgrade my phone and I was told they had to honor my first contract. 1 1/2 years later I was told I can get an upgrade. Went to Verizon in Eugene and I was told I cant get an upgrade because I dont have my first phone and what they did they werent suppose to do. They dont know what happened to my first phone. Plus I been paying on 2 phones. Even though I had only one of them. I think I got hooked by that employed. Never saw him again at that store either.

I had an iPhone issue and they didnt even pretend to care. I was told to go elsewhere so I did. For Verizon prices of service they should have far better customer support. Even pretending to care for a few minutes would be an improvement.
I had to replace my S7 with a S8 and I hated it because I couldnt get my pictures to save again to google and my Fitbit Blaze wouldnt sync. I had gone to Vancouver and they really didnt want to help and also a phone call. Craig at the Cedar Hills store was a great help. He seemed to really like his job and getting it done right. It’s been over a year since I had a horrible experience at this place, and time has not eased the bitterness I still feel for this store and its staff. A business doesn’t get a 3.3 star rating by accident- this place is a joke. If you must have Verizon coverage, shop online for your phone and plan.
Verizon is the least helpful of all companies. They demand payment but cut off all bill pay options once you disconnect service. I had to make a million calls just to get a copy of my final bill. Ive been received non-stop calls but they hang up every time I answer. Fed up with Verizon and Im so happy to have switched back to AT&T.
What have I learned about my Verizon experience here..... well dont go at 10am when they open because theres always a long line. I went back around noon and it was perfect timing and I was helped right away. Richard helped me and a girl whos name I believe was McRae. I bought a car device which I love!!!!!! Saves money on my insurance because it tracks my car location... perfect for the car my sons share. I always worry about them getting in an accident or being somewhere they arent suppose to.Honestly best Verizon visit Ive had in awhile.Oh and Richard has cute little videos of his chickens, made me laugh. He was great to work with!! Very cute personality (:
Went in to upgrade. It wasnt busy. One employee kept fiddling with the music, playing it loud. The phone I wanted to look at had been set to display Korean text. Guy looked at it and said he couldnt fix it. No apology. Just walked away. Guess they dont want to sell me a phone.

My favorite Verizon store in the area. Even though its out of my way, Id rather go here than the closer one. Staff is always courteous, listens, and works hard to get you the best deal or solve your problem. Highly recommended.
Wow just try to get hold of a live body. The phone answers with a continuous loop and at the end says push 0 to talk with a representative and hangs up.Does anyone review this thing? When I showed up I got slow but good serve, thanks Mike. But the greeter just blew off my concerns about the phone program.I think I will record the process and place it on You Tube. Come-on Man. Man up Verizon !!!I bet no one from Verizon reads this.
I know it was a slow day but they were extremely quick in helping and friendly. Richard Burress was very helpful and not pushy at all which was a nice change from most places.
After day trying to get a new phone with mine not working, I found a great saleman and store. After setting me up he sold me a InvisibleShield cover for the phone and put it on. Best investment I ever made, they will replace it if it cracks. Ive broke it already and easy replacement on phone.
Extremely satisfied with my service, Ive been with Verizon for over a month now. The employees at the store are friendly. The general manager, Niory, was very helpful when dealing with my anger 80 year old mother, she won her over which is hard to do.Thank you Verizon, now Im always connected!!!
Im mostly just reviewing to help turn around some of the negativity. Ive been to this Verizon store only a handful of time, but every time I was helped out the second I walked in the door. I dont really know what those other whiny babies are being whiny babies about. Maybe they were just sad that iPhones and phone plans cost a lot of money. Anyhow, if you want quick, friendly service I would recommend this Verizon store.

I am giving it one star because giving it negative 5 isnt an option. I went in today to talk to them about some Voice minutes issues that appeared on my bill. This was a red flag seeing I have unlimited talk and text. But they say that calling someone in the U.S. can be incorrectly charged for international calls. When I asked them to rectify this they refuse to help and say I must call the corporate number and they will not help me call to fix it as I have to start the explanation all over again. they refuse and so I go to leave being very upset and as I walk out the manager of the store Michael who was they one helping me turned to an associate and and talked rudely about how I was not smart and knew nothing. very inappropriate and when I called him out on it he lied and said he didnt as his employees looked on like he was so wrong. then I walked another few feet and he did it again. If this is the face of customer service and management then this is the worst company have ever seen.... stay far away but if you do go make sure you know Michael will be talking about you behind your back enjoy....
If you live in west slope dont bother with Verizon. They are well aware of the fact their tower dont work in your Neibour hood. They have known for two consecutive years of reported problems. If you care about using your phone and you live in the West Slope Neibour hood of Portland

They had a promotion going on earlier in 2017 where you traded in an older phone and got a huge chunk off a new galaxy S8+. I took the deal and traded in an Iphone 6s and was told I would get over $200 in value. Thing is I have YET to receive credit for the Iphone I turned in.Supposedly a new employee who worked with me was unaware of how the promotion worked. That does not mean that they can basically steal an Iphone from me though.Ive waited about a year for the issue to be resolved but have not heard back from them. Luckily I still have all receipts and proof so I will have to escalate this until I get some form of compensation for the IPhone6s.The workers there work like snails, and you can know more about the tech with a quick google search. I would recommend finding another location.

I visited this store in April to look into trading in my Samsung S6 Edge for the new Samsung S8+. The employee took my old phone into the back and came back with a $286 value. With that information I decided to pre-order the S8+. I received the new phone a couple of weeks later and called Verizon about how to return the S6 for an account credit. They said they would mail out a return package. I received it and returned the phone. I received an email a couple of weeks later saying I am receiving an account credit for $55. I called Verizon, only to be told I should have returned it to the store for the promotion credit. That promotion however had ended and I would not receive any further credit. They told me they had no notes about $286 or the promotion and thus would not be able to honor it. This is extremely deceiving and will not make a recommendation for this location EVER!!!

Went here to look into their unlimited data plan as we live in a rural area and refuse to go with satellite internet. They were a little busy, but we didnt wait long. Discussing with the associate our options we decided to go with some mifi jetpacks to aid in our internet connection for our many devices. So far they have performed admirably for what they are.Aside from all the negative reviews here on Google I found my experience to me quite pleasant, even on a return visit after I ran into some problems with the jetpacks.
