This was the perfect place to get a summer treat today. The lady working there was extremely nice and I feel terrible for not leaving a tip as the kiddos ice cream and gummy bears were mostly on the ground when we left.

I was traveling from Seattle WA to Beaverton OR when I stop by this ice cream stop. The customer service Sam seemed annoyed by my kids . He walked away started washing his dishes while my kids are asking questions. When I told him that they r ready to place their order. He came to take the orders and one of my girl tried to ask a question then he said, “See she is not ready” over all Sam was not happy with his work, I think he probably wish to be other place than selling IceCream . In my observation Sam was rude.

3 2 scoop items ordered. One kids and 2 regular. The regular were actually tiny kids scoops and $18 for the 3 items. Nice staff but way overpriced for what you receive.Sadly my youngest said vanilla had no flavor and didn’t even eat his. (he’s used to euro ice cream). My teen said his waffle cone was stale/gross he tossed the cone after eating the snickers ice cream from it. Will not be returning to Baskin Robins.

Great place with an incredible variety of flavors to choose from and free samples to try a new flavor. Their ice cream cakes are awesome and you can special order one with 24 hrs noticeand it will be ready for you. Best place in town.

I recommend the strawberry cheesecake . I was gifted a regular size for my birthday and enjoyed it by this very clean and welcoming establishment

They have ingredients listed for each ice cream. I do not eat eggs and the list helped me decide the right icecream.

Took the 3 granddaughters for ice cream, they sampled just about every flavor and the staff cheerfully kept handing the samples out. Eventually we all settled on double scoops, and everyone was happy. The place has lots of indoor and outdoor seating, and is clean. The friendly staff ensured we will be return customers.

Typical Baskin Robbins...if youve ever been to one, you know what to expect! National chain, decent prices, good ice cream. Obviously this isnt as mind-shatteringly good as a local gourmet spot! But we had good customer service from the gal behind the counter and solid sundaes. Great place to grab a banana split out here in the suburbs.

This place is clean, owners are very friendly, they even remembered my usual order. A lot of choices of ice cream and my drink price is cheaper than the one in hillsboro even though the hillsboro one has the punch card. They offered coupon instead of punch card.Happy with their service.

Ordered a cake for my daughter two years after having her brain tumor removed. Asked to have them draw 2 red hearts with the words 2 Years. The man that answered couldn’t speak English very well and finally asked me to text him what I wanted on the cake. So I sent a picture. I went in to pick the cake up and was give a cake that said “two red hearts written two years”. OMG ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!!!!!!!!! I sent a PICTURE!!!!! I will never return to this Baskin Robins. NEVER. THEN she was sure to ask the cashier if I had paid. Nice. These are the owners. Unbelievable!!

Good ice cream - HORRIBLE SERVICE. I dread when my daughter asks for Baskin as I dont want to get service here. I usually try to push my daughter towards cold stone or any other place but this. She unfortunately likes baskin and I have to come here once every few months. Good thing is that we use to visit baskin once every two weeks - now, thats down to once every few months. Hope to stop this store altogether - hate the service here.

I just ordered 27 dollar shakes there and they were all milk. They had zero flavor and they were runny like milk. I told them they had made them wrong and they said no that’s how they make them now. Anyway I got my money back. But I wasted my whole lunch hour.

If i could give zero stars I would! The staff here is terrible! The lady behind the counter was Chinese or some Asian country and didnt speak any intelligible English. She was the only staff. Gave my husband an ice ream he didnt order or want and forced him to pay for it. He kept saying no, insisting he didnt want it but she became belligerent. He is from India (specks fluent English ) and didnt know the rules and was afraid shed call the cops on him if he didnt pay. What kind of place forces a person to pay for something they didnt order or want. Hire better staff! Hire someone who speck English for crying out load!!!

Employee was nice, but my milkshake was really watery, i even asked for it to be thick, because this has happened before.

Hands-down some of the worst customer service Ive ever experienced in my life. Took my kids there for their birthday cones since their birthdays are only a few days apart. I hadnt realized that the toddlers birthday certificate actually expired the day before. The Asian woman working there took the certificates and barked at our older child, WHAT YOU WANT?!?!?! and then told our little one NO ICE CREAM FOR YOU! Our little one was in tears. I cant believe she wouldnt have at least asked us to pay for one of them before telling our child he couldnt get his birthday cone. In the meantime, she kept barking at our other child, WHAT YOU WANT, WHAT YOU WANT?!?! The older child, seeing his little brother so upset, was so stunned he couldnt think straight. We told the lady it was only one day off and asked if he couldnt get his birthday ice-cream and she said NO. TOO LATE. It was a horrible, rude experience and this for two little boys who both were there to celebrate their birthdays no less!!! I took the certificates back, let the witchy woman know we would never, ever buy there again, and went to the BR by Powells (which is no longer there). There were two workers there and we told them about the experience we had just had on Walker. They told us that they get a lot of complaints about the Walker store. They apologized profusely and not only gave us both boys birthday cones, but sundaes for the adults as well. We were loyal customers of this BR until they closed. I would rather drive many miles out of my way than give the Walker store a dime. I, for one, still value good customer service, and am a loyal customer when I am treated well. Spend your money where its appreciated.

Staff was friendly mocha blast was good, not happy that this locations prices are higher than other local bask in Robbins, and they dont have a punch card like some other ones to reward you for one free medium frozen drink, if you spend 65 to 70 dollars, it wouldnt hurt them to reward you a free drink, will look for other locations that reward you for spending your hard earned money at their business.

I dont know which part of the asia may japanese or korean. Rude owners. The ice cream are good but the service is sucks. It seems that the asian owner are not happy to have this business and dont know to smile or even greet the customers. I want to tried the ice cream before i will buy it and seems like the asian guy is not happy. I asked him for a cup but customers need to pay $.50 cents per cup. wow!what a surprised 0.05 cents for a cup what a greedy owner. The ice cream is pretty expensive anyway. I rather buy a half gallon of ice cream at the store in new season atleast its organic! The one lady behind me got a really bad experienced, she is so happy and went out mad of that store. The lady told him a flavor of an ice cream but its not available instead the owner said there is many chocolate flavor on that side why you dont look and choose! he is pretty mad. And at the end of the lady told him i dont want to come back in your store and the guy said with confident and boastful attitude, (fine, go ahead, if that is what you like!!! My Gosh,, what an experienced this store. Dont go on this store you will ruin your day.
