I went in pretty hopeful, the main guy Andrew seemed pretty nice. I have an RCA LCD TV that doesnt power on, and I wanted to try and get it fixed because I only bought it in 2015. I paid $50 for diagnostics (which is their protocol), and this would cover the labor cost for the repair (Id be paying for the replacement part, obviously). I was given a rough estimate of about 3 weeks for the repair. I didnt receive any email correspondence for over a week, had to call them to find out they entered my information incorrectly (even though I had given it to them on my form, written legibly). I didnt think anything of it, and waited for my TV to get fixed. I got the occasional email update saying still waiting for the part to come in, we appreciate your patience. I had to be the one to initiate any kind of phone call, and often times didnt even get them to pick up. Then it became we ordered the wrong part and are waiting for the correct part to come in. Then, after weeks of waiting and pestering them with phone calls and literally driving to their place of business out of the blue, they admitted they couldnt even find the part I needed. They refused to give me anything more than a 20% refund ($10! Woo!) after wasting what became TWO MONTHS of my time. Im not upset that they took my money and couldnt fix my TV. Im upset that they took almost 9 weeks to tell me they were incapable of doing the job, and, after wasting my time, STILL refused to give me a full refund. Dont go here. And if anyone has any idea where to get a main board replacement for an RCA TV, let me know.In response to the owner on 7/9: no, you did not give me a 50% refund. That is a lie. You took $50 from me, and refused to give me any more than 20% of it back. It’s bad enough you couldn’t fix it, don’t lie about how you only refunded me $10

A few months ago I reached out to this company for my iPhone repair. I was quoted $179 for the repair and told it wouldnt take long - up to 10 business days. They also said they would provide me a loaner phone so I accepted.I never got an email with my invoice so I had to call several times to get it. I finally received an invoice several days before getting my phone back. Its been about three months and im having the same issue with my phone then I had before they fixed it. I was told that the problem would be guaranteed fixed and had a lifetime warranty. I tried getting a hold of them several times before we were able to connect, but they stood by their warranty and ended up replacing my phone with the same model and put a guarantee on that phone!Communication leaves room for improvement but they are expanding and going through a move. Ill definitely be using their services again in the future!

Awesome place good service hard to find but cheapest place around for screen repairs

I hired this company to fix my tv after being refered to them via Thumbtack. They quoted me $150, with a $59 fee just to come out to my house and check out the tv - a fee that would be subtracted from the final price. I agreed, they came out to my house, took some pictures and told me I’d hear back that night with a final price and timeline to fix the item.I didn’t hear back from them for a few days. So i reached out and was told the price would actually be about $250 and could take a couple weeks. I said I was okay with this, as I just wanted to get this fixed.Then the tv repair place which I guess they referred my job to called me and said “oh, you live too far away, outside our 30 mile radius” and said they refused to come fix my tv. I obviously was puzzled at his as: A) it was known where I was located all along this process and B) the guy from Kliqet drove to my gd house so knew our location. So to find out after all this that they wouldn’t honor the job was upsetting, but I was like “fine then refund me the $59 so I can find someone else who is willing to fix it”.They refused.So let me get this straight. They give me a quote, charge me $59 drive out to my house to gather more info about the repair, then decide they won’t fix my tv because I live too far away, then refuse a refund when they admit they have no intention of doing the job. This is the definition of fraud.I reached out to them through phone calls, they never answer. Then I tried Thumbtack, no response. Eventually later as I was writing this review I got a call from Kliqet stating they can’t refund me, but that they’d arrange to come pick up my tv and bring it to the repair place. I was reluctant to trust them of course, but agreed. I was told this would take a couple days to happen. This was nearly 1 month ago now. Another lie.I don’t know who these people are who left them good reviews, perhaps friends and family, but in my eyes this company is a complete joke. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company and a complaint to the BBB is following.I hate having to leave a review like this, but after months of being lied to, ignored, and still not being refunded, I just can’t let this go.
