Great service, wonderful husband/wife team. However, be sure to ask what your glasses will cost, if you decide to get them there. I feel pretty stupid not having done that - why? At least the eyeglass frame I selected, the lenses for them and new lenses for some readers I had were outrageously expensive: including insurance payment of $200, the total cost came to $950 (inclusive of the eye exam). I have purchased Perry Ellis frames and lenses from Costco for less that one fifth the cost. Definitely the most expensive eyeglasses I have ever had. That wont happen again.

This is the best eyecare place I have ever gone to, and I have been wearing glasses since I was three years old. Stephanie is so helpful, and she and Tom make a great team. I pick out my favorite frames, and whether I have five or twenty-five pairs laid out, she and I zip through every pair and she gives me her honest yes or no on each one I try on, making the process easy and smooth. She makes me feel like we are old friends, and she gives me her full attention, and that is my favorite part about this office. This is how all eyecare offices should be run. Ive been to others in the past who are too salesy, or dont give me the time of day when I have questions. Thanks, Stephanie!

I CAN SEE!!!VERY VERY efficient and extremely knowledgeable. I cant imagine going any place else now. Got me in immediately upon arrival, as Stephanie obtained my insurance prior to coming in so there was very little paperwork to do (one sheet!). And she even helped me pick out the perfect frame; talk about honest! I didnt realize how hard my eyes were having to work or how tired they were, until I put my new glasses on and now I feel like my eyes are really open (pun intended). And I didnt know I even had astigmatism as my previous two doctors never tested me. No wonder I felt like my eyes were getting worse! These people REALLY know what theyre doing and do everything in a very timely manner. I can actually see now because of them! I HIGHLY recommend them. (Theyre pretty fun too, by the way.)

Great service! I had an eye exam and was told that I didn’t need bifocals like the previous eye doctor I had gone to in town had stated and that I should hold off until they truly became necessary. They were great about letting me bring in my own frames and having lenses put in them as well as replacing lenses after a pair of frames broke... the staff is friendly and welcoming and the time out of my day was minimal in comparison to the previous eye doctor, I highly recommend trying them out at their convenient location in the old mill!

BEST customer service I have ever received from an eye care center and I’ve been wearing contacts/glasses for over 30 years. They went above and beyond to get me in right away and wasted no time getting me taken care of. Super fast service and excellent quality of work. Highly recommend this eye care center.

I have been in glasses for 28 years and this was the best exam and experience I’ve ever had. Dr Thomason started my exam right on time and the exam was quick and very efficient. His staff is pleasant and easy to work with. Dr Thomason is very knowledgeable and actually got me DOWN in my contract strength. I couldn’t have been happier with my experience. Very efficient service! I stopped in to look at frames after going to several other shops and they had the best selection in town. They helped me choose a suitable pair, places my order and got my new glasses ready in less than a week. Really happy with the service and quality of product. Highly recommend.
