Horrible service. Upon arrival with my 3 kids we were escorted to a waiting room with 2 chairs and told it would be a little while. 30 minutes later - standing there waiting - without anyone checking on us - we finally left. Honestly, if they just would have offered all of us a chair (there were tons around) and checked back every 15 minutes or so we would have gladly waited! So annoyed!
