Ive never experienced anything like this last trip to get glasses. I brought my RX in and an hour later I had 2 pairs of glasses and one was free! Very professional and safe to use. Definitely will be back and the glasses fit perfect.

Eyemart Express saved me lots of money. I have no insurance for vision, took my prescription in and had 2 pairs of glasses within an hour for $76.00. When I had insurance I was paying over $200 for one pair. Very satisfied with everything so far.

Wow! I recently used my VSP insurance at another place in Bend - got a new pair of glasses with progressive lenses. I still had to pay quite a bit for them. I used up my yearly benefits. I decided I wanted a pair of backup glasses so I went to Eyemart Express to check it out. Well not only did I get a pair of backup glasses, I also got a pair of prescription sunglasses, which I have not had in many years. My total was $126.00!!! For progressive lenses!!! They were ready in 25 minutes. I am still in shock. Penny was very helpful, knowledgeable, and nice. Even if I dont use the backups very often, I am super thrilled to have the sunglasses. A 30 plus years glasses wearer ( I’m 71), took a while to get an appointment. However, Dr Christina Vogel was by far the most informative and caring Dr and treated me as I was her only patient. Melissa in the store was extremely helpful, no pressure sales. Appreciate this store

SO SAD!!I went in to ask a question so I knew if I needed to make an appointment or what the next step was. 2 Women were at the counter and told me to sign in. They were not with customers. I said I had a question (so I didnt waste my time or theirs), They turned their backs to me and said we dont answer questions, sign in.Im sorry, but I only wanted to know if they filled perscritions from other places. No answer.... would have sent me on my way, Yes answer....would have confirmed I needed to sign and wait for service.Turning your back on me tells me you dont give a ****. Terible Customer Service

Great customer service. The price is excellent!! These glasses are better than my $300+ pair I got from a local shop. Plus I got a coupon for a discount on prescription sunglasses. I spent about $140 on 2 pairs of glasses and a pair of sunglasses. They were very busy and it was still quick to get in and out. They esimated 1-2 hours but are always done in about 30 mins. Eyemart Express in Bend has a excellent eye exam that was free with my insurance. Very through & covid compliant. The array of eyeglass frames was astounding! So many choices! I found what I was looking for in invisible titanium frame, sports frame for work, & sunglass frame with the help of an assistant. There are a wide variety of choices & I got the full deal on the unviable glasses. At that point I also opted to get the lens insurance because all those bells & whistles were expensive! I got the sports & sunglasses within a few hours & found the croakies brand lanyards I use to keep my eyes safe & sound. The other pair will be up to 3 weeks because they were send outs. With or without insurance, Eyemart express had glasses for everyone. If you don’t need progressive or transition lenses the cost is outstanding. I highly recommend this place to anyone needing a comprehensive eye exam & glasses ready quickly! My insurance helped but they charge a lot of copays & stuff on things I need to see correctly.

My family and I have had wonderful experiences at EyeMart, in Bend. Three of us have had exams and purchased glasses from Eyemart and we have been blown away. The service is professional, state of the art, helpful, lively and kind. The eye doctor is thorough and explains each step beautifully. My children were very comfortable during their exam. Jen, in the exam office, is very understanding and helpful. We appreciated the extra steps that she took to make my child feel comfortable. SueAnn and Carolee were also extraordinary! They manage to create a wonderful environment and make shopping a breeze each time. SueAnn helped us find the best options for our budget, she was understanding and never pushy. Carolee managed to offer great service with a smile and made what could have been a mundane task, a fun experience! I also worked with another woman on the sales floor, petite and blonde, but did not catch her name. (I think it was Chris or Kris?) While this employee was helping me select prescription sunglasses for my oldest, a medical emergency on my end, pulled me away and we were not able to finish the transaction. However, we will be back!Also appreciated are the extensive measures the staff take to respect the COIVD19 protocols. Hand sanitizer and masks are readily available and everything is well sanitized between customers. We absolutely love the staff and service here.

We were on a family trip to Sunriver (from Seattle). My 10 year old son broke his glasses (beyond repair!). I took a chance an googled to see if anyone offered “same day” glasses so we could get through the rest of our trip with a kid who could SEE. To my surprise, Eyemart Express popped up! Not only was it open, but it was close by. The ladies working were SO incredibly friendly. This was the best experience buying glasses, by far. They made it so painless and fun. My son quickly picked out the glasses he wanted, they got the prescription entered-told he him he could pick a second pair for free (benefits of our insurance!) and after paying and submitting to the lab, we walked out with TWO pairs of glasses that were made within 26 minutes!!! We paid $49, got two pairs of glasses within a half hour. Completely blown away. I hope I can find one of these close by in the future-because I’m now a forever customer!!!! Thank you, Bend Eyemart!

Great first time having to get glasses and they helped me to understand how everything works and would recommend that anyone in need of glasses please go here first. They told me they would be ready same day and took an hour they send you a text when ready mine took 8 mins for two sets to be ready great ppl and place thanks!

Very nice ladies, and very fast work. I had snapped my glasses two days prior. I picked out my new glasses witch they willingly helped do and since they were basic lenses they had them ready for me in a half hour. Fast and great service. Will be staying with them from now on.

The Best service that I have EVER HAD, buying a new pair of glasses! Mine are Bifocals and I purchased the Sophia Loren frame, with a little bit of Glam! All of the employees at Eyemart are excellent, however, Penni has taken care of my family for years. We met her at another eyewear store and followed her here. She listens to what you say and uses that information to best suit your needs. Theres never a hint of pushing an agenda. Shes always pleasant and friendly. For our family, its so nice to have a smile and a wave from her when one of us walk in the door. Shes able to discuss how grown up my kids are now, etc. because shes great with the customers. Not everyone will remember you, especially if you only see her once a year. We highly recommend Eyemart.

There are lots of options for frames from high to low prices and they upgraded from bifocal to progressive for $50 which was WELL worth it! Thanks!

I actually had a super awesome experience here: I always say I’m going to post when I have good experiences but never do-but this time was special. I arrived early to fill out paper work and after I did that I was let right in to get the ball rolling. After my eye exam I went to pick out glasses and while I was waiting to look at glasses, because, you know-covid, or whatever ...there was this EXTREMELY irrational woman wearing coveralls just harassing literally every sales associate in the building about some nose pieces that she needed fixed. The woman clearly did not have an appointment but the whole time she was complaining was talking about how she was going to be late to another appointment that she had and she had to drive 80 miles to get to Bend...sounded like bs to me. But seriously bless these angels of sales associates and the GM - I think her name was Melinda? because I have never seen such patience in customer service. I’m from the east coast and I swear that woman would have been asked to leave early on in that conversation with her barbaric, Neanderthal mannerisms she came in with. Once she finally left, Mel got me right in and taken care of and she gave me an honest opinion about my frames. I got my frames/prescription done in exactly 17 minutes-seriously unheard of. I love my glasses, My experience, being able to see. So happy I found this place and you’d literally be nutty to not give them your business!

The optometrist was fantastic and went above and beyond with my son and I, she was happy too explain what she was doing and made sure we understood everything and answered all of our questions. The ladies who helped picked out my sons glasses were helpful and they were quick getting our glasses bavk to us.

My first experience was with their store in Spokane Valley. I had an excellent experience and was shocked by their low price, great service and fast turn around time. My glasses broke but luckily they had a one year warranty so thats where the Bend location comes into play. One call was all I needed, they had warranty options lined up for me when I arrived and once again they filled my prescription in under an hour. I was also impressed by their constant Covid19 precautions. From gloves and masks to hand sanitizer and dedication buckets for things to go into once they were touched so they could be cleaned before going back on display. Great operation, great people. It was so amazing to be able to get glasses in 1 to 2 days! The selection of frames was more than I could imagine. The atmosphere in the store was relaxing although very busy. The best thing was the people who work there, there character and integrity were high marks, and dealt with a large crowd of people ( while being short staffed) better than I’ve seen anywhere in a long time! I didnt realize what this place was about. I suppose I was dragging my feet getting a new exam and glasses. A friend of mine made an appt and then I took Rx here. Great! Except place was packed and some of them gals needed to take their breaks and have a bite to eat. I appreciated the length of time very much, but not at the expense of the health of someone.

Such a great place, the people were so friendly and helpful. They made the experience warm and inviting and didnt rush me through like cattle. My glasses were done in 22minutes which was just enough time for me to run errands and be back. All in all it was a great experience and I will be returning for any future needs.

There is a lovely selection of frames which is very nice the fact that you can get your glasses in one hour is amazing with the caveat that if there are certain things that theyre out of stock you might have to wait but its worth it. This place is great! I had cataract surgery on my left eye that went badly and I ended up having to swap frames and rxs multiple times. These guys were incredibly helpful and glasses were always ready in only 30 minutes or so. Laura, in particular, was absolutely wonderful to deal with. Thank you!
