Very$$$$ got a eye exam also last for 1 year 89 dollar most places last 2 years qouted me glass buy one get one free 849 dollar got to pairs of frames with everything for 400 what a rip off!!!! Costco the best

Went yesterday for eye exam and glasses.. When we were picking out our glasses the lady was laughing at us when she was fitting then to our faces.. This was my daughters very first pair of glasses.. She was already worried about being made fun of.. She talked about getting made fun of hf way home.. Not cool or professional

I wish it was possible to give a negative star because they are by far the rudest most unprofessional judgmental “customer service” employees I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They have completely tarnished Vision Works image; and I will NEVER shop at any affiliation. Considering i spent almost $1000 cash (not including what my insurance covered) you’d think you would at least treat someone with respect! What a shame.

Ann was a really big help. I found the perfect pair of glasses and they had a deal for buy one get one free. 10/10 would recommend this place to a friend.

Choosing a new pair of glasses this week went smoothly and was a truly pleasant experience. Super friendly staff gave me lots of help and advice. In the past Ginger has always been my go-to for honest and straight forward advice. I was disappointed she wasnt working that day. However, Elizabeth, was equally enjoyable, attentive, and honest with her opinions which is really important to me. Thank you ladies!!

This place is great. Went in not knowing what I wanted or would look good but the ladies there were so very helpful. The process was smooth and easy. The came in very quickly (they didn’t have my lenses in stock and I wanted the anti reflective coating on them which they can’t do in store) and they were wonderful! The lab girl even came out to fit them for me as the other girls were busy. Can’t say enough good things about this place!

Whil the doctor was great I feel the staff although good at their jobs were misleading when it came to insurance coverage. My Moda book says it’s covered but that particular office isn’t when I asked . The Visionworks crew should’ve told us that but didn’t. My take is that they didn’t care as long as they got their money . Obviously won’t be back .

Great customer service and Great eye exam! The eye doctor was very friendly and helpful. The front desk team and sales people were patient in helping me find the best and affordable glasses for me. They all had great personalities and I couldnt have asked for better service.

I want to give this store 5 stars. My glasses that I purchased at JC Penney Optical needed repair. I dropped in at JC Penney and found out the did not have anyone who could repair them. They said I could try Visionworks across the street, so I stopped in. They helped me right away, which took about 20 minutes. They replaced the screw and also adjusted the frames so they fit much better. I offered to pay, but they wouldnt take anything for their time. All they asked for was a smile. Definitely A+ for customer service.

The girls here were fantastic. Very helpful and willing to put up with my wishy-washyness without being annoyed with me. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Visionworks is the best place for your eyewear needs! I was quoted $522 for a pair of Ray Ban prescription sunglasses at Lenscrafters. At Visionworks, I got the same pair of prescription sunglasses plus a great pair of Guess frames with high end lenses for only $540. Thats only $18 more than if I were to have gone with Lenscrafters-- for two pairs of high end prescription glasses!! I cannot wait for my new shades to come in! Elizabeth was an absolute pleasure to work with and got my order set up quickly while also explaining everything thoroughly. Hurry and get yourself new frames before the buy one get one free deal is gone! Thank you Visionworks!!

***update*** on my final visit to pick up the last pair of glasses, front staff did answer questions to my satisfaction and I was given a complimentary lens care kit for my troubles. **original review***Front office staff initially quite helpful and friendly, but without the attention to detail I would expect when ordering prescription eyewear- they missed ordering the coating on my husbands lenses that we specifically asked for (at least we didnt get charged for it), and managed to get our address incorrect on both my order and my husbands order, placed on different days, even after repeated correction. There were some problems with the order and the lenses, but when asked about it (not in an accusing manner by any means), the associate became quite defensive and said she couldnt possibly be responsible for tracking all the glasses that she helped people with.Ive been in customer service for a couple of decades, and this experience left a bad taste in my mouth. Im not saying the customer is always right, but I do expect questions I ask politely and respectfully to be answered in kind, and when I express a frustration with service or quality, I expect it to be addressed. Will definitely NOT be returning once the order is fulfilled.
