Great service at this location. I went in today for a quick issue while the store was very busy. Corbin quickly added my name to the wait list and gave me an accurate wait time with a promise to text as soon as it was time to come back.I came back after the 45 minute wait and Corbyn was with me within 30 seconds, fixed the issue within 5 and, when I demonstrated interest, gave me a full run down of the upgrade options available.Overall, very professional and knowledgeable guy. I will be going back here with any of my questions in the future. 10 out of 10.

I needed a phone. I drove up and called. I was greeted and told I could come in. They were practicing safe social distancing. I was patiently explained my options by Corbyn. He proceeded to get my phone, put a screen protector on and I purchased a case and wireless charger. I was on my way home within 30 minutes. Excellent service.

The employees were very helpful. They helped to set up my new phone as well as my AT&T tv and answered any questions I had. Both were professional and wore masks the entire time.

Daniel was awesome to us by answering all of our questions and being very attentive. We went there for a phone and also ended up getting AT&T tv because of the way all of our questions about it were answered which convinced us it was a great thing to get . I highly recommend this store because both guys were great and even stayed an extra half an hour after closing to explain and help with the set up of the TV box.

Went in for a Galaxy Note 10+ today. I was not expecting to have one seeing it was released yesterday. They had 1 left and Micheal had me activated and out the door in 15 mins. I always go to this store. They are all so very helpful and friendly. Great experience all the the time!
I have been to this particular AT&T store on two occasions, and both times I was extremely happy with my experience. The first visit was about 2 months ago. I don’t live in Beverly, but I was in the area and decided to stop in to check on my data usage and ask some questions about my account. Sam, one the the sales associates, was extremely friendly, helpful, conscientious and forthcoming. I truly felt that he had my best interests in mind.The second visit was about a month ago. My husband’s iPhone had stopped working and he needed a new phone. We chose not to go to our local AT&T store, and instead drove out to the Beverly location in the hopes that we would have a similar experience to my previous visit. We were not disappointed.I was happy that Sam was working that evening and was available to help us (note- I did have the chance to observe the other sales associate who was there, and his interaction with another customer indicated that he, too, was very knowledgeable, polite, and helpful).Sam greeted my husband and me in a prompt and friendly manner. He remembered me from my previous visit, and his recall of what we had talked about a month earlier was impressive. We didn’t feel rushed or pressured; he took the time to help us and enthusiastically answered every question we had. Sam once again demonstrated excellent customer service and AT&T is lucky to have him as an employee. My husband and I will use this location from now on.

Needed to replace my iPhone and called ATT and they directed me to ATT in North Beverly. Called the store and they had the phone available. Was there in 15 minutes and was taken care of when I walked in the door. Daniel did a great and thorough job getting me set up and out the door in less than a 1/2 hr. Not that was in a rush or anything, nice to know I did not have to be there for a long time. Thank you!

Great experience buying and setting up my new Samsung phone with William. This store runs very efficiently and there are always enough staff around to help and offer advice without being pushy. We have a family plan and this is our go to store.
We went shopoing for a new phone and Daniel was able to hook us up with a new plan which saved us substantially.

I went into the AT&T store thinking about buying a new phone and I walked out a very happy customer with a brand new iPhone and Michael who attended to all my needs and my questions was very pleasant ..approachable ... friendly and we had a lot of laughs and good conversation!!!! I was in the store for about an hour but it went by fast!!!!
I had a problem with my iPhone and they quickly found a solution and saved me money. Brandon helped me out big time and he was professional, friendly, and easy to deal with.*Edit: A year later I finally had to return and upgrade my iPhone. William and his team were awesome. They helped guide me to the best fit for me and make sure my install and transfer went smoothly. They made me feel like a VIP.

Joe came right over to offer to help us and with some recommendations from Moises, the store manager, we had just what we needed, no more - no less, all set up in about five minutes.I had been in a few weeks earlier to purchase a phone case and had the same great experience with Brandon. Would give 0 stars if possible. I went to ask which colors they have for the new iPhone so I could save myself s trip to the Apple Store. I walk in and everyone was with someone. I work in customer service so I patiently wait for my turn. Then one of the employees says he’ll be with me after he did something. I assume he was training someone new. They go into the employee only area. I had hoped they’d be out in a minute, but that minute turned into 30 and I didn’t feel like waiting anymore so I left.Someone could’ve asked what I needed help with given my question would’ve taken 30 seconds to answer. Just another example of horrible customer service
I went there with my husband and my twins and we all bought a new iPhone with the promotion $1 a month since we transferred from Verizon to AT&T. In this store they are liars. The sales consultant sign us up for warranty and insurance for our phone without even asking us. The bill supposed to be around $180 and it came $420, they are charging us $30 for each of our 3 phones. ONLY ONE IS for $1.We are going to the court with this store. Don’t get in the door kuz they will lie to you.
I finally had a great experience at the Att store today in Beverly. Corbyn and the crew there were awesome. He went the extra mile and saved us around $60 a month working out a new plan. Good vibe

In this store they are the biggest liars. The sales consultant was a lier, he offer us the iPhone XR FOR $1 a month and then when the bill showed up we were getting charged $30 and the worst to come was that he did charged me for protection plans and insurance without even ask me or disclosure that. I bought 4 phones from this store and I can’t not even return them because they said I had only 12 days grace period and my bill showed up in after 3 weeks. I was with Verizon for 6 years and never had any issues. I will go to the Court just so they don’t do that to any body else.

I went in with a series of problems that I saw as huge, Diana the store manager couldnt be more helpful or more professional. My issues that made me expect to be in the store for hours was handled in 30 minutes and not only with complete satisfaction but over and above what I expected. I can not say enough good things about my experience with the Beverly store and specifically the professionalism of the store manager Diana.

Have you ever walked into a store and gotten the distinct impression that the sales staff couldnt care less about you/your concerns? The staff at the Northshore Mall branch are infinitely more polite and helpful.
I would like to thank Dan, the store manager and all of the store employees for transferring data to my new phone. Everyone smiled, did not complain,happy to help even though I purchased the 2 phones on line!!!
Terrible customer service. Quickly signed me up for a new phone that came with a free tablet they tricked us into getting. I asked if it was totally free, no strings attached and they assured me it was. Later I found out it is $10/mo, 2 year contract with $250 cancellation fee! I went back in to talk to them and they claimed they told me and my husband that when we bought it. we got bounced back and forth between phone customer service and the retailer, both claiming it was the others fault. i left the store in tears. they also told us there was no where to leave a negative review which is a lie. Very disappointed, felt taken advantage of.

Came in with a broken phone that had’t been backed up in 66 weeks. I left with a new phone containing all of my photos, contacts, apps etc. They made magic happen!

Beware of false and deceptive practices to entice you to sign up for their services. Make sure to get everything in writing up front and no hidden surprises. I have had a horrific experience dealing with this store and ATT.
Ms. Diana Resciniti is truly a credit to your corporation. Not only is she fully knowledgeable in the products and services which ATT offers to their customers but moreover she presents them in hospitable and courteous manner to each of her customers, there by making the ATT experience a truly delightful one.
Something has to be done with sales teams being able to sell a sale that is a complete lie just to prosper you all should be ashamed of yourselves cheating people and gettin them stuck in a contact then not doing a damm thing
