If I could give this location zero stars, I would. I went in today with my brother today to switch his line to from someone elses family plan to my account. The account he was switching from already did the pre-work of releasing the line and even though I had received an email saying I could finish the transaction online, since I was changing from an individual to a family plan I wanted to talk it through with someone in person who knew all the details of what the best options for us could be.When we arrived, everyone working there was busy which was not a problem. What was a problem is that once we confirmed that the line we were changing was from an existing Verizon account to another existing Verizon account, both associates we spoke with lost all interest in helping us. Instead of being helped through the process, I was offered a phone number to call. When I asked if we could be helped in the store, the associate told me I was welcome to call the number she was providing me with from the store if I wanted but that was all she could do which is entirely ridiculous. When I broke off from my parents family plan a few years ago, I was helped through it in person at a different Verizon authorized retailer.I understand that the help we were looking for was not something that would generate a commission, but Im also ready to upgrade my phone which I would have done there. However after the ridiculously poor service, you couldnt pay me to patronize this location. And you can be sure that I will be advising everyone I know to avoid it too.
The store was very busy but he made time for me and my husband and carefully walked us through the process of upgrading our phones. I know retail is very hard these days which makes our pleasant experience all the more special

Annas was very professional and super helpful! I upgraded my phone and he picked the best plan for me! I I will definitely go see him again when I add a new line. That’s what customer service should be 5 stars
These 5 stars are for Anicia at the Beverly Store who spent HOURS with us on Friday, 9/8 trying to connect my new iPhone with my Verizon account. The system was down. We waited and waited, a good hour past her quitting time. Polite and patient and helpful and kind and understanding… (I am an 80 year -year old newcomer to iPhone and easily confuzzled) … she persisted. She entered all the necessary Info but we couldn’t continue due to system down. Finally we left (so she could leave too) but she said she’d try to complete the work on Monday. She did! God bless her soul!!!
Had a great experience at this Verizon store. They seem to be the only ones around with in stock iPhone 12. Nick was very thorough in explaining the details of the transaction. I got a great offer for savings. Greatest service ever.

Go to a real Verizon corporate store and avoid scammy, unnecessary fees.Verizon charges a one-time activation/upgrade fee, currently $35. The staff at this location tried to convince me that they have to charge an additional $50 to activate my new device.I will be making any future purchases through an actual Verizon store and will not be returning to this location or to any other authorized retailer.
I would not recommend going into the store if you want all the details on pricing. I would order online or try AT&T. My overall experience was OK to start: the representative helping me was knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. However, I was only interested in upgrading my phone (which was fine to keep), if there was an option that was only slightly different in terms of the monthly payment. I asked a million questions about costs, and was not told about a TWO HUNDRED DOLLAR COST (in addition to the increased monthly payment), until my old (perfectly fine phone) had been completely erased and the new one had been set up. I stated that this was not expressed despite all of my questions about costs, but it was too late to go back. Incredibly frustrating. I was also talked out of getting a lifeproof case, which I now realize may have been to avoid giving me a more expensive in store free case perk. 4 outta 10. Do not recommend.
I got scammed at this store. they added a line to my plan and doubled my bill without me knowing or understanding that.I told the salesperson we wanted new phones but only if my monthly bill would not increase. I even wrote down the supposed amount of my new bill.Guess what? I got my first bill, a month later and it DOUBLED. My bill went from 360 to 640 per month.I am stunned. Verizon customer service number is useless. They told me a supervisor would call me back. NEVER got the call or any resolution.
The place was helpful in me picking a phone. the person was knowledgable on the different ones there was. and the different monthly plan that I was going with. the place was very neat and tidy. had good accessories that I needed for my new phone and he told me the difference between them as well

Good experience overall. I was sold a screen protector that did not fit my phone but I went back the next day and they ordered the correct one for me.
I had some trouble finding the store. I made amistake, so I called to get directions and was directed to the wrong location. By the time I got to the store, I was in a pretty bad mood. The woman who helped me was cordial, but didn’t put a lot of energy into making our interaction positive. No complaints, just definitely meh.

Jay M., an employee at the IM Wireless company, provided stellar service with exceptional patience and understanding to my Mom and I. We threw a lot of questions, concerns, and ideas his way, to which we received honest, kind, and realistic answers. We received service at the Beverly, MA store location. This particular employee works at the Stoneham, MA store location, but was assisting the Manager to the Beverly, MA store, at the current time we received our service. In general, I have received excellent service at IM Wireless stores. But, I wanted to recognize this employee’s work ethic and morality with customer service. My Mom and I are more than satisfied.

They just want the sale.The top of the line case the sales person suggested over Otterbox and life proof are garbage. The screen protector is garbage and they couldnt even fulfill their obligation with their protection plan I purchased when I got my phone. They ran out of screen protectors!!!I just went to the assurion storefront to get my screen fixed and it has to be replaced because they back glass is damaged. He said everything theauthorized retailer sold was garbage. Ive been taken.Now I have to shell out a few hundred dollars more for a phone that should have been properly protected against a fall of the couch!!I dont recommend and Ill never be back!Initial post.. be wary... the salespeople are good!Good Verizon store. Definitely not the best I could imagine. I purchased a Galaxy S20 and Samsung watches and the accessory bundle the store offers. The discounts on the watch and phone were good. The bundle was pricey but so are accessories and it includes data transfer. The data transfer was simply a Samsung app that I finished at home.It includes a case and I really wanted a life proof case but they didnt offer thoseand said Speck is the best. They didnt have any with screen protectors but they include one in the bundle. The phone has a fingerprint function but the screen protector prevents you from using this. Also the case pushes the screen protector off which is problematic. The agent was knowledgeable about the phone and watch but I wish he mentioned these issues which he told me afterwards he knew about.Also, they had no watches on stock so I had to wait two days for it to arrive (which was actually three)... lets hope it comes tomorrow ...
This was the best in-store experience Ive had. Even though the associate spoke hella fast, I understood everything he said and recommended. Gave information about pros and cons surrounding insurance and gave the best recommendations for other accessories. Well done!

Went to Verizon as it was time to upgrade our phones and Nick was the representative we dealt with. He was very knowledgeable and provided more than enough information to choose the best plan for us. He made the whole experience enjoyable and would not hesitate to do business with him again.
Went in for an upgrade and had questions. Was hoping for information on new phones. Young women at the counter literally rolled her eyes when I walked through the door. Each question I asked she seemed annoyed with. I had called the day before and was informed they would honor n online promotion in store. She was unaware and not willing to look into the promotion. She asked who I had spoken to and I only knew it was a male. She barked back there are three men that work here. At this point I was visibly annoyed and losing my patience. I said either way you should just tell me what promotions are available and she became upset. she stated Do not talk to me like that. At which point I said I would do business elsewhere. Super rude do not recommend.
Kind prompt and overall excellent customer service
The review is reflection of poor customer service and satisfaction. I have been with the company 12 years & most years passable is there stronger moments. During situations such as one the world we life in now you would expect better assistance in things, well guess I should have known better. Sadly one phone can make a man reflect on 12 years of customer service & say a one here in vain is the least he could do. I wish those that continue to use there services the best of luck & understand what they are after.(comission) The numbers & to laugh at those not saying humorous things.
My experience at Verizon in North Beverly was great! Pablo helped me and he was top notch! He explained everything was very fast transferring my old phone to the new one and also helped us pick out something for my daughter. I would highly recommend this store and Pablo :)

After waiting about 20 minutes, I asked how long they thought it might be for the next. Just an estimate their answer is 30 -45 minutes. This is at 11am. You think they might of told the half dozen of people just waiting, no apology for the long wait. Customer service is not at this place. BTW 3 people were working. Not going back anytime soon.
Allison Bryan has been so helpful with my family(me, my dad, my sister) upgrading our phones. I even waited 30 extra minutes just to see her when I brought my dad to Verizon! She was patient and broke everything down in numbers multiple times each visit. Allison was so good to us and she even talked me into getting an Apple Watch which I now love! She’s an expert and will go out of her way to help you get exactly what you want and need. Made the Verizon trip easy, navigable and even enjoyable!
Excellent customer service. Sebastian was patient and very knowledgeable about the products available. Highly recommend this Verizon store and their staff. One negative comment, they need a better system when you walk in the door to advice customers of their wait time. Sebastian did an awesome job greeting customers and advising them of when he could help them. Multitasking all the while to try to help customers and their needs.
One person working on a Sunday? Waited over 30 minutes tried to ask if they could help me with my issue before waiting they said I needed to wait to even ask if I could be helped.... then told me I needed to go to Apple for help with my phone issue..... need to work on better service especially on the weekends when it’s very busy... lots of people waiting
Wicked fast phone screen cover installation.
Working on a temporary work assignment out of state and I dropped and literally shattered my phone. My cell was my life line to my family and my navigation of the city. I went in to Verizon and Terri was amazing. He helped me work through the purchase of a new phone, reviewed my account billing and even saved me some money in the process all while training a new employee and helping other customers seamlessly. I left with my new phone and everything restored within an hour! Amazing young man!!!

I have worked with Ashley and Jeffery and they both were terrific! Extremely personable, kind, knowledgeable, accommodating and attentive. During one of my visits I was wildly distracted by my 4-year old playing with phones and Jeffery was still able to handle and explain my account changes.

Over the years, the North Beverly Verizon store has consistently offered the VERY BEST customer service. Despite living near other Verizon stores, I make the effort to travel to North Beverly, will continue to do so, and HIGHLY recommend that other Verizon customers do the same.

Walked in and got taken care of right away. Also got notified of the specials and was able to take advantage. Better phone care than apple. They will replace and repair no matter if broken screen or lost/stolen. The only down side of the store was the super slow computer system and only one that was able to pay on. Other than that i would recommend this store as well as Analicia and Alex.
I was very satisfied with the help I received from Alex. I went in the store on Saturday to upgrade my phone and he was kind and told me the phone I wanted wasn’t holding up to the upgrades, so I should get the next generation up. I asked many questions, some about the phone and some about pricing, and Alex was able to answer all my questions as well as provide some extra insight. I left the store happy and satisfied with my purchase, and my phone is one that I will hopefully have for years to come. Thanks Alex!
