You know for 20 bucks for four pieces I can honestly say Im not too impressed. The hazelnut truffle did not smell or taste like hazelnut.
Its rare to find customer service this horrible. I was shopping with my younger son, and we tried to stop for a sweet treat. Unfortunately we never got to even sample any chocolate. The staff simply ignored us while stocking the shelf. When I called to one for help, I was rudely told to wait while they finished. At that point I decided to cut my loses and leave.
Chocolate Strawberries, Cashew turtles, Wow! Your one stop for AMAZING SWEETS!
I liked what I got. The dark chocolate covered lemons are okay (kinda hard). The chocolate cover ginger is amazing (100% would buy it again). The lady at the counter was very nice. Basically, the same as Godiva.
This was easily my favorite place to get fudge. For the last 10 years, I looked forward to my trips to Boston and picking up some of their fudge. My most recent trip, I immediately noticed a change in the texture of the fudge when I picked it up. I decided to try it anyway. Im deeply disappointed. Its no longer the best fudge and Im really going to miss that.
The products are high quality and very tasty. The service is subpar and for a place charging premium prices for candy, I wouldnt expect the people working there would give customers attitude. Nothing egregious, but the counter woman was very curt and clearly annoyed that my order had two components to it, so when she gave me attitude, I decided not to buy the rest of what I was going to get (but hadnt picked yet) and closed out my order. I would have walked away from the entire order had I not been there to get a treat for my daughter. Get it together TFC.
Buyer beware. The candy was delicious. The service was horrifically awful at best. After watching her bark at a couple (who was surprised she’d given them so little change out of their large bill—this place is killer expensive), I spent 5 bucks and a quarter on one milk chocolate pecan turtle. The woman at the counter was a pill. But the candy was delicious. That said, there is a first (and last) time for everything. I won’t be purchasing anything from this little stall ever again but my tummy is certainly happy.
If I could give negative stars I would! Once I finally got this guy working at counter away from his Ipad after saying hi 3 times, I requested 1/2 lb. of chocolate peanut butter cups and 6 walnut turtles. It came to $50! And he was oh so annoyed with me and kept sighing when I reduced my order.
Little on the pricey side but overall good
Bought candy for someone as a birthday gift and all of the candy that I had purchased was hard as a rock. If I had only knew, it was embarrassing giving someone steal candy and it was expensive. I will never buy candy from Truffle Fine Confections ever again.
This is a nice friendly little chocolate booth with a small but nice selection.
Wife loves it. Pecan turtles
WHAT A RIPOFF!!!They tried to charge me $15 for 3 pieces of chocolate and when I was surprised by the price the girl that worked there gave me a nasty look.WILL NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS PLACE EVER!!!
Got these as a gift. I am a picky chocolate lover and these truffles were absolutely delicious.
Great collection of chocolate
Need more people working. Painfully slow service.
3 pieces of chocolate for $8+ and the lady was not helpful at all. Will never buy from this place again
The woman working was so rude that I decided not to buy any candy here. It’s way overpriced anyway.
Lovely polite people!
