My wife and I were in Boston last week on vacation. We were quite fortunate to discover Beacon Hill Chocolates. I purchased a box of personally selected chocolates. These were the best chocolates Ive ever had, and weve bought chocolates from all over the U.S. from California to Massachusetts. I highly recommend this shop. Their customer service to top notch and their chocolates are fantastic. Ill certainly be ordering from them via their internet site for years to come.

We stopped in while walking through beacon hill. I am so happy we did! They had a large assortment of truffles. I got a 4 pack for myself and a 4 pack for my MIL. The staff was so helpful with recommendations. We also tried the macaroons which were tasty though a little hard - but we did walk in 20 mins to close. Will stop in on our next visit for sure.Owner - you are too sweet! No they were still beyond delicious! We will definitely be back on our next visit!! I ate the chocolates i had picked for myself half being recommended by staff and they were all out of this world! (The strawberry shaped one, the honey hive one and the orange cream with vodka were the best 🤤🤤🤤)

My mom just bought these little wedding themed boxes for my brothers wedding here. Each chocolate was an absolute DREAM. I just finished the boxes I got my hands on and now Im planning a trip tomorrow! I cant live without now!

When to Boston on my way back from Provincetown and stop at this store. It’s a very cute store and nice delicious chocolate. But the fat lady (shopkeeper) don’t know the name, Caucasian with dark hair in ponytail is very nasty who I think really hate her job. She really kill my buzz to buy more chocolate and I even regretted bought a big box of their homemade chocolate. Oh well…….. next time I’m in town if I comeback to the store…. I’ll walk right out if she’s there.

This is an adorable little chocolate shop, with a very wide array of chocolates and truffles. The shop feels very quaint and adorable. They also have a very cute selection of ornate boxes, where you can buy a box and then select the chocolate you want to side to make for the perfect gifts. The dark chocolate truffles are popping them were delicious. A few of the pieces of the assorted chocolates I bought or not as fresh inside. But they still looked adorable and it’s worth it.

I had pistachio gelato. The best I’ve ever had, even better than the ones in Italy!

Best. Chocolates. Ever. After eating at The Paramount, walk down and grab a beautifully designed box of chocolates from Paula and her wonderful young ladies. They take their time as you select the perfect box and perfect chocolates for you or your special someone. These boxes are works of art and we get them for our clients every year. They also have bars, in case you just need little something extra. There is something for everyone here and you can mix/match the ideal assortment, or they will put it together for you. They have such perfect little cat chocolates that I just adore! Well worth the visit.

A little expensive but definitely worth a stop. The caramel marshmallow sushi and the butterscotch truffle were the standouts of my selections by far.

I ordered Beacon Hill Chocolates for a friend’s birthday. I wasn’t able to be there in person, but I placed the order online and my friend was able to easily pick it up that day. I first learnt about this place and their product from a sweet friend of mine with a sweet gift. She gave us a box full of artisan chocolates! So, while I was in Boston, I went to check their store and their chocolates.The inside was filled with chocolates everywhere. I was familiar with their truffles, but they had so much more than that. They had chocolate bars, chocolate covered nuts and fruits, candies, fudge, etc., etc…Another thing they have that I really love is their handmade keepsake gift boxes. They are more on the vintage design, which I think are just awesome! They have them for every occasion; mom, dad, sister, brother, Boston images, birthday, wedding, graduation…I was there to get some beautiful truffles for my husband, so I went to see the option. And my goodness, they had so many different kinds of truffles! I picked a cute gift box that holds 12 truffles, which cost extra on top of truffles.It was so hard choosing just 12 truffles, and, it was like a puzzle. They have to fit inside the box, so you can’t choose all big sized one either. Luckily for me, the staff who helped me was very skilled and experienced. She helped me to get everything in there just right!It was a sweet delight, the lady who helped me was really nice, it was fun to see she was also excited to see my choices of truffles. And yes, they are all super delicious! If you are in the area and need a gift for someone special, stop by and get some beautiful and tasty truffles!

Awesome place

Visited Beacon Hill Chocolates when I was on a food tour. So glad that Beacon Hill was one of our stops! I picked out an assortment of chocolates and everyone one of them were so delicious! I also treated myself to a gelato that brought me back to when I was on vacation in Italy. Their store is located in a wonderful area of Beacon Hill and the store itself is so cute and the employees are very helpful and are very knowledgeable about their products. I will be back soon and recommend that you stop by. You will not be disappointed.

We stopped here when we were walking back to our car and I’m so glad we did! The chocolates are beautiful and the staff was so friendly. They weren’t crazy expensive so you can easily get a handful to try. Highly recommend stopping in!

This candy shop is great. I order truffles through their website and they are always so good. I especially like the Salted Caramel Fudge and the Toffee truffles, but theyre all fantastic. And its a lot of fun to go through the picture of each truffle on their website as you add them to your cart. You can see what youre buying.

Whether it’s a decadent truffle or a chocolate bar with unique packaging, Beacon Hill Chocolates reliably produces chocolates with exceptional quality. Their employees are very friendly and knowledgeable, and they always take great care when packaging items. I also highly recommend their gelato, it is a true delight!

A adorable and delicious little chocolate shop! Not only the chocolates that are pretty but the store and packaging is too. Their are some that do contain alcohol and other allergens but they make sure to boldly label and carefully separate. They even put the lists of chocolates and the ingredients with pictures in the box so you know which ones you want to eat if your sharing a box!

My wife says they have the best chocolates in the Boston area, and she would know. The quality is outstanding, the flavors enticing (try the dark chocolate salted caramel or any of the liquor-filled) and the design and presentation unsurpassed. And they deliver!

I understand the holidays are busy, but it’s just rude to tell a customer that they’re too slow at picking chocolates and to either hurry up or let the rest of the line go first.

What a beautiful selection of chocolates! It was really hard to choose, but I ended up with a darling white chocolate hazelnut mouse. It was absolutely delicious and the person working that day was just lovely.

I called in the day before Valentines to get some chocolates delivered to my boyfriends work for the following day. The staff put together a beautiful box of chocolates and got it to him in a timely manner even though Im sure they were insanely busy that day. The chocolates were claimed to be the best he has ever had! So thankful for Beacon Hill Chocolates for the helping hand in making this Valentines Day special. You made a girl all the way from Alabama very happy!

I love the variety of different chocolates there are. Plus never seen a PB &J type of chocolate before. A woman assisted me, she was very helpful. Me and my friends are very glad that I found this store.

My mother got me a box for Christmas that Ive been savoring since. Makes a great gift indeed - the chocolates are beautiful and colorful. I loved the little pamphlet inside that tells you all the flavors next to a picture of each chocolate! :) They taste EVEN BETTER than they look!

Nice employe, very kind . Very old school product. Some, literally very old so old that was uncomfortable to take picture of these macaroons that were discoloring in places. Same with gelato. Tasty but visibly old. Turnover issue too obvious.

Fantastic selection of chocolates and sweets. With over 100 different types of chocolates truffles to choose from they also have over a hundred different keepsake boxes to select from for that special gift for that special person.

One of my favorite places to purchase gifts and gelato. Chocolates are beautiful, unique, and are usually fairly priced (for fancy chocolate). I love the coffee gelato here too.

Really excellent chocolate gelato; the chocolates are also quite good, if a bit pricy. I got a box of four for $10.00. They have some gorgeous decorated chocolate gift boxes as well.
