My favorite weekend place! Everything they sell is top quality, flavor, and ingredients. Not to mention it’s always creative and unique to order something from here. The staff are all great people and super nice. They always make you feel like family when you visit, unmatched hospitality for sure. And to add to it, if you like cars there’s always nice cars parked around considering the shop is run by car enthusiasts! Overall a great experience every single time. Cool place to hang out and great products worth buying. I go every weekend and feel satisfied every time I visit!

DEFINITELY A HOTSPOT FOR BOSTON TOURISTSBy far one of the best dessert places to go to in Chinatown. The guys are some of the coolest people you’ll meet with a huge selection of different kinds of waffle you can get, you can even request them to make a unique waffle to your interest! These guys are also EXTREMELY CAR SAVVY! Inside they have this huge mural where you can give them a photo of your car and they will put it on the wall as kind of a memorabilia. Still by far one of the coolest places and coolest people in Chinatown Boston!

The brown sugar milk tea boba is so good. Sometimes the waffles are better than others. Today they were a little bit too soft for me, but other times they have been nice and hot and perfect to warm me up on a cold day. IT IS VERY HARD TO FIND PARKING!!

Great selection at competitive prices. The Green Paradise and Caribbean Breeze drinks are delicious. The Cereal Killer waffle was fantastic! Not too sweet & everything was super fresh!

May seem like a basic trendy thing, it is but it’s executed well. After coming here today I really do see the hype surrounding the place, fresh waffles with a thoughtful combination of toppings that compliment each other well as to live up to their given menu names.This here is a Strawberry Shortcake waffle, can’t say much for it except it tastes exactly like Strawberry Shortcake with exceptional quality for a simple waffle.I also got a Caribbean Breeze (left drink) to top with the waffle, it was just the right amount of sweet as to not give you a quick diabetic attack, but the momentary kick to give you a quick refresh for the day. Stays true to its fruit juice-y counterpart. This drink is topped off with little cut pieces of fruit shaped as stars at the bottom which I believe was pineapple which tasted amazing. Probably my favorite topping ever “topping” over exploding boba and standard tapioca.

Best dessert cafe in Chinatown with delicious waffles and boba.Recently saw a featured post on Instagram of their drinks, and visited to experience the hype. Got the lychee twilight lemonade and the Cookie Monster waffles, and the combo was indeed delightful. The waffle itself wasn’t very crispy on the edges, but the crunchy toppings compensated for it. I regretted choosing a lemonade over a regular boba drink, but the refreshing taste from the lemonade still made a good combo with the waffle. Definitely recommend if you’re around Chinatown and want to grab a great photo of your dessert that also tastes good.

If your visiting Boston, live in Boston and you have never been, you have to come to Sweet Waffle and Boba. Besides having some of the best dessert waffles and all kinds of boba tea. They have a huge family-type car community, all the guys in the SW&B make it that way. Disclaimer: If you are a car enthusiast, i recommend pulling up some of the nicest cars in the city pull up, JDM legends there often! Stop by you might catch a few 👌

Sweet Waffles and Boba is hands down one of my favorite places in the downtown Boston area, hands down! There is no question that many people consider this establishment a staple in the car community here in the New England area, myself included. People come from all over and drive HOURS because Sweet Waffles and Boba is that GOOD! Mike and his team behind the counter and at the window are some of the most friendly and welcoming people around. This is a place I look forward to going to almost every weekend, rain or shine,100 degrees out or 3 degrees out. Sweet Waffles and Boba is the definition of community! I would 10/10 recommend to anyone.

Delicious tea here! Everything is super clean and tidy. Staff is fantastic and very kind. Waffles are made fresh and are super delicious, perfect afternoon treat. SWB is one of my favorite places to go. This restaurant is very car scene friendly and welcomes those from the car scene with open arms. It’s a great place to go on a Friday night to meet some cool people or see some cool cars. The sweet waffles and the boba are also fantastic. Nothing they sell tastes bad! I recommend everybody give SWB a try and experiment the magic 🧙🏽‍♂️

Got the oreo cheesecake waffle and the brown sugar bubble tea. Both were really good, and the Waffles are definitely Instagram worthy.

Their custom waffles are extremely unique and always prepared fresh. I recommend the Churro Crunch waffle. Their bubble tea is also very good; opt for the Brown Sugar Milk Tea when you visit. Like the waffles, the milk tea tastes fresh and far from artificial. The staff is attentive and very friendly. This place tends to attract lots of customers with unique modified cars, so its a great place to visit with friends, family, and children. Overall, the hospitality of the staff and the quality of their products is unmatched. Definitely recommend!

The workers were super nice. Walked me through the different kinds, their favorites, and guest favorites. Went with the strawberry shortcake. Super good and the guy even gave me a drink for free saying it went great with the waffle. It really did. Also who doesn’t love a good strawberry lemonade?

Honestly, I cant praise SWB enough. The staff is always extremely friendly and engaging. The waffles are delicious and the toppings are fresh. The boba drinks are absolutely amazing. I havent had better yet and Ive been all over the US. SWB was the first place I tried boba tea at and they set the bar very high.

Absolutely amazing. The waffles are just wow. There is a bit of a wait after you order and parking is tough as its Chinatown, but its beyond worth it. No recommendations, just close your eyes, throw a dart, and whatever it lands on will be amazing. Im partial to Thai boba tea and it didnt disappoint.

Sweet Waffles and Boba is one of my favorite places to go! I love the soft, delicious and warm waffles on a stick, with boba for a drink. The community is amazing, and the staff is always so nice and caring. There are so many unique flavors to try here. You put your order in online and is very convenient for picking it up. What’s also very cool is, they have a wall full of pictures of cars that people bring in to be put up on the collage. I can’t wait to go back and get some more. Yum!

Went today after IG stalking them for a week. Walked down into the cute space and everyone smiled and greeted us. The space is clean and vibrant. There were board games that were available to play if you wanted to eat in at one of their 3 -4 tables. I ordered a matcha crunch waffle and a mango mint lemonade. My friend ordered the OG and a strawberry lychee lemonade (no mint). Our waffles were made to order but it still only took about 5 mins to get our order. Very good flavor for both Waffles and lemonade. Both orders came to about $10. I would definitely return.

I only discovered this place back in August and good LORD is it worth it. Not only are the waffles & drinks heavenly, the staff is wicked nice & do their best to remember regulars. I think its so important to have that social aspect with your customers & for being someone who has been going their a short time they make me feel like Ive known them for so long. I HIGHLY recommend the Oreo Brown Sugar Boba Float, Fresh Strawberry Taro, any of the lemonades, & any of the waffles! Deff try a roulette waffle, Mike never disappoints!

I’ve been going since the place first opened, but haven’t really seen the community focus until recently. The food and drink are amazing, Unlike anything I’ve ever had, and the team behind the scenes are some incredible people who work extremely hard and are more than engaging with their customers. The community that surrounds this place is awesome as well. Me and a few friends have been trying to come every weekend, we almost make it a point to work it into our schedule hahah. I recommend to anybody wanting to try some good boba and waffles!

Their waffles and Boba are amazing! But the thing I was most impressed with was their service. I stopped by a few minutes after closing and they could have turned me away which would have been understandable but instead they served me without hesitation and on top of that they checked to see if I was enjoying the waffle and boba as I was eating it outside.
