Front Range really impressed me today. I am struggling with an eye infection and called this morning to ask if I could see a doctor today. I fully expected to hear a reply like “go to Urgent Care” or Go to the hospital.” Not the case.They booked a 10:30 appointment and gave me a thorough exam, reassured me that it would heal, and ordered the prescription.I was so relieved. Thank you to the entire staff who helped me today.

I had a very mediocre experience at another eye doctor last year, so I decided to try Front Range. My experience here was amazing. The staff was so incredibly friendly and answered my million questions in full detail to make me extra comfortable. My appointment was with Dr. Pipkin after seeing her incredible reviews and I can see why she has amazing reviews! She was so kind and helpful. Highly recommend this location!

I called for an emergency appointment and they squeezed me in within 30 minutes of calling their office. Taylor did patient intake and was friendly and engaging. Dr. Perez did a great job explaining the issue and recommending next steps for eye care. Checkout was quick. I have been a patient at this practice for many years and they have a wonderful staff.

I used to have a good experience going here. They last few times I have gone I have had to wait in my car almost thirty minutes past my appointment. When I did get in there wasnt a room available so I had to wait for that. I had to come back for a follow up on my contacts which was hard for me to do because I have cancer and not a lot of energy. I called and asked if I could just please speak to the Dr. to let her know to go ahead and order my contacts because I liked them. The girl that I spoke to wouldnt let me leave a message said I had to come in. Having cancer and just having a treatment I was really weak and wanted to just see If I could speak to the Dr over the phone to let her know.

Everything explained clearly in language one can understand without reverting to Google.

I moved to CO recently and was so pleasantly surprised at the service at Front Range. I never felt rushed by the team and it was obvious that they love their work environment and exuded a fun/ enjoyable place to be. Dr Pipkin was incredibly sweet and explained everything in such great detail. I’ll definitely tell my friends and family members to check out Front Range Eye for their eye checkups—a big thumbs up from me.

Ive been going to Front Range Eye for years and have been so happy. I just saw Dr Burleson for the first time. She was so wonderful. She was thorough, friendly, and knowledgable. Herassistant is so friendly and always remembers me even though I only see them once a year. Fantastic group!!!!!!

Our first visit to Dr Murphy was for both my wife and myself. Back to back appointments but her staff was so efficient they did all our pretesting together. It flowed seamlessly and made us feel very comfortable. My wife has a neuromuscular disease and Dr Murphy paid particular attention to that and will reach out to her neurologist to manage her eye care with him.The eye exams were done with both us in the room so we all know details of our current eye health. Dr Murphy is a caring physician and we look forward to a long patient doctor relationship.

Outstanding staff. The techs are super efficient, not at all pushy or rushing, just get things done in the first try. Ive been seen by Doctor Perez and she is, like her staff, exceedingly good at her job.

Front desk staff are garbage. Its unfortunate that I needed glasses so badly because had I not, I wouldve walked right back out. I highly suggest that your staff take HIPAA training because inquiring about vaccination history in a public setting like say, right as customers walk in, could put the company in a bit of a legal erm .. situation ...HOWEVER the rest of the visit went very well. The staff who took me back for the initial exam was incredibly professional and You could tell that she took great pride in her work and enjoyed what she did. The actual doctor was also great. She took the time to explain what was going on with my eyes and was eager to explain everything to me as she went through the exam. The lady who handled billing with me was great as well.HOWEVER....I was quoted at 2 weeks for delivery and when I called, I was told, no, you were told x date anyway, when they were ready, I went to go pick them up, and was treated like a leper. I walked in 5 minutes early for my pickup time and was asked to wait outside then snickered at as I walked outside. I cant say that Ill ever recommend this place or set foot back in here again. Honestly, Id suggest replacing the front desk barnacles with check in machines. At least then any experience with staff has a better chance at being a positive experience.

DO NOT GO HERE. Major communication issues internally, terrible customer service. They told me we were in network, only to bill me the full amount two months after the appointment. I called twice before our appointment to confirm that we would have insurance coverage and was LIED to. The front desk staff are AWFUL, the billing department is AWFUL. And I was told they examined kids all of the time, they could not get good readings on my daughter nor could they communicate effectively with her. They were impatient with her and incredibly rude at every point of contact.

Great staff and overall experience. Feel like they really took the time to evaluate and explain my whole eye health in addition to nailing the prescription. They truly care about their patients and it shows! Solid covid precautions as well. I highly recommend Front Range for anyone who needs a new eye doc.

The staff made me come in for an eye emergency eye exam on my birthday and I was upset they wouldn’t wait tell the next day... needless to say they saved my vision, my retina was detaching. Dr Perez immediately made arrangements at 6 pm at night for me to have emergency laser surgery in Boulder!My only symptoms was flash light for a couple of days on and off and a color distortion mild.Thank you 🙏 ❤️🙏

Today was my first visit to Front Range Eye Associates. Dr. Tracy and tech Marissa were super-friendly and also clearly explained what they were testing for and how the test results should be interpreted. I cant say enough about the professionalism of these two great employees.

Came in to pick up new glasses and have them fitted. Took just a few minutes. Also had new lenses put in my old glasses. Again just took a few minutes. Since we have to wait outside to be called in for our appointments, I wish there were chairs outside to sit on. That’s my only suggestion.

Fantastic help. I was under the care of Dr.Perez and always felt my interests were taken care of. I had never done anything with contact lenses and theyve been very patient and helpful in the process of learning how to wear them. They also took VSP for my sceleral lenses. In covid times theyre also taking every precaution I can even think of. Altogether a very positive experience so 5 stars.

I felt comfortable with the COVID protocols and felt my exam was very thorough. The doctor and her student listened to my concerns which was a nice change. I will definitely be back every year!

So unimpressed with this place, which tried having my review removed. My wife has been having eye issues, and they are scheduled over six weeks out for new patients. She scheduled an appointment, and the person who scheduled it was rude, saying her insurance needed to send an authorization over or theyd cancel the appointment. While this isnt my wifes job, she worked to ensure insurance sent over the proper documents and followed up two weeks before her appointment, to which the front desk lady said they received the proper documents.Today, my wife gets an invitation to sign into the patient portal and her information is wrong -- the phone number and email address for whatever reason werent correct, so her medical information was going elsewhere.She calls in to fix this issue, and the lady says she has her file open and that they never received the authorization from her insurance. My wife outlines the events above, and they confirm they *thought* they received the authorization, but that this insurance company often sends the wrong files and they run into this all the time. She said she tried calling the insurance, but its usually a hassle and takes too long. They cancelled her appointment within 24 hours. Were unsure why it took this long to realize they had paperwork issues if they ran into this all the time.What on earth is happening here? Shoddy paperwork and rude treatment, since the phone calls take too long to get the right information. My wife offered to send the paperwork she had for the authorization, but apparently that wont work.This place is a mess and my wife had to wait six weeks for cancelled eye treatment just to have them mess up every possible thing before she even steps foot in the office.

Excellent customer service. They all communicated in great detail what they were doing and it was one of the most comprehensive eye exams I have ever had. The selection in frames was excellent. They handled the public health situation perfectly. Highly recommend them!

The eye exam process was incredible, everyone was super nice and friendly. And then I purchased glasses here. I was quoted the incorrect price for these glasses and had to pay more upon pick up. Apparently the person who went over the bill me with messed up some math. Not sure how she missed $100 worth of charges. Would have been nice to make an informed decision from the beginning. As if that wasnt bad enough the glasses make me nauseous and I cant even wear them.

No place in the WORLD better! Dr Murphy has gone above and beyond for me every time I go! I have eye Issues and she has always come through for me! On my way home from the appointment I had to stop and get gas.
