What an amazing experience! I walked in on a Saturday afternoon to look at frames and left 2 hours later with prescription glasses on my face. One of the best optometrist I’ve ever been to. My vision is sharper now than any previous precipitation. They have a wonderful selection of frames to suit everyone’s taste. Esther was phenomenal putting everything together for me and streamlining the whole process. Overall fantastic and friendly team! I will always choose Pearl Vision for future exams and glasses. I’ll admit right now that, having first walked into “Boulder’s Best Optical Shop” 10 years ago, I never tried too hard to shop around again. So I paid extremely high prices (because I was told they were the exclusive retailers of certain glasses — not an accurate statement) not to be able to get glasses repaired during emergency weekends (I could never afford more than one pair, so I was stuck) and to be confronted with cramped, disorganized displays and (with one notable staff exception) indifferent assistance when looking for less expensive alternatives. Then I went to this Pearle Vision. The experience is entirely different. The staff, including the manager (who actually remembers your name), seemed genuinely interested in helping. Everything is bright, organized, and accessible. Pricing is pretty clear. There is no sense that you are inconveniencing anyone with questions. The manager will talk knowledgeably and with interest about optical technology and the optical industry. You can get your stuff fixed even during COVID and on weekends and late into the evening. They have at least 3 opticians on-site. And — here is the really interesting part — the prices are significantly better on the same expensive glasses that allegedly aren’t available anywhere local but in a Boulder store. So much better that, with their help, I was (for the first time in a long time) able to get two sets of glasses — for different purposes — using my existing frames. Oh, and a sunglasses clip, too, as well as genuinely new cases and cloths for everything — not something random pulled out of a junk drawer in the back. For a long time I thought Pearle Vision would be like the Walmart of glasses. My carelessness, and probably just bad attitude, therefore cost me thousands of dollars over the years with fewer benefits. At least I did, eventually, find this Pearle Vision. Now I won’t be throwing away money and time in a Boulder “high end” optical shop for another 10 years.
Id give 10 stars if i could. Pearle Vision Broomfield is more than a company. They treated me like family.I had been to an urgent care and also talked to 8 other businesses trying to get a piece of metal removed from my eye. No one wanted to take me in or if they did, wanted to charge a few hundred dollars for the POSSIBILITY to help me.The doctor at Pearle stayed late, was amazing and answered all my dumb questions and she also has some amazingly steady hands!Needless to say, they got the problem solved, hooked me up with stuff to take home and did it all with a smile... 20 minutes before close.I cant stress enough how good of a company and location this store is. I can see great in them. They take great care of you here. They care and want to make sure their patients are fitted correctly. I called ahead before making an appointment here to make sure it would be ok to decline dilation, they assured me this was ok. Upon arrival it became clear this would be an issue with the staff and doctor. I have a medical condition that makes this procedure as well as the photograph option unpleasant and unsafe, but I was talked down to about declining these options. I felt unheard and bullied by the doctor and ultimately walked out of my appointment without getting an exam. I have never felt so uncomfortable at any office before, so I would not recommend this location. However I went to another Pearle Vision in Longmont where the staff was friendly, accommodating and understanding. I recommend giving that office a try instead.
I definitely recommend this business, and the sales staff, and the doc!! I had been using a privately owned store, but became very disillusioned with it when I couldnt get out of there with a new pair of glasses for less than $1200.00, with excellent insurance benefits. I chose to go to Pearle because my Mom had always used them, had cool glasses, and she was not that easy to please! Well worth the visit! Great exam, super helpful and accommodating staff, and they are really providing me with excellent service to get what I want! I will be sticking with these folks!!I just wanted to add to my review, because the staff here is PHENOMINAL!! Seriously!! They just keep impressing me with their service perfection!! Im feeling so lucky to have come here, and the more I see of them, the better they are!! Try these folks out! You will love them as much as I do!!
My man Aaron, is the best. He takes care of me 10 of 10 times. He found parts to my old Oakley wrap around that could not be found anywhere. He always helps me with small fixes and great service when we are in for the big stuff. Great guy, positive attitude and treats his customers like family. Product knowledge is second to none! Ive been coming to this location for about five years for glasses. The staff are really great of choosing appropriate styles for your face and understanding trends in eyewear. I enjoy going in and basically just having them shop for me (including being honest when something just doesnt work). Kenny G is the best. While this is nowhere near the closest eyewear shops near my home, Im happy to continue going here.
A screw fell out of my glasses so I took them here to get repaired. They repaired them in less than 5 minutes. So thankful for the excellent service!! Kenny G was also extremely polite and friendly. Highly recommend and will be back!
I originally went to Front Range Eye Associates and they wanted me to pay $200 to show me how to put my contacts in. I have contacts, I know how. So, I went to this Pearle Vision and I have been SO pleased. Chris and the other staff are so helpful and professional. Every time I leave this office, I feel good and appreciate their service. I could not recommend them more highly.

Called to become a new patient. When someone finally answered, I informed them I was calling to make a new client appointment. I was put on hold. Then, after someone picked up they asked for my name, number and stated they would call me shortly to schedule. I have yet to receive a calls me that was over a week ago. No thank you. I got an appointment with another clinic and wasnt put on hold or forgotten about.

I cannot recommend this location enough! From Anna & Chris at the front, the Office Managers thorough evaluation of my benefits, and Dr. Bills examination everyone was professional and friendly. The glasses selection was diverse and I found the perfect pair switching from typical black frames. I love them and thanks to Anna for pumping me up with the confidence to go bold. Everyone was amazing. While my insurance didn’t pick up as much as I had hoped I gladly made the purchase due to the customer service I received. I’ll be coming to this location for all my eye care needs!
Zero stars (one star required for posting). I went to the Pearl Vision office in Broomfield for the first time at the beginning of July with my grown son. The optometrist was wonderful and knowledgeable. When it came time to choose frames and tally up the total, I asked the optician if I could get something like my current, colorful Fysh frames. She said she hasn’t dealt with that brand in many years and made several recommendations which were nothing like my current glasses. I made it clear that I really liked my current glasses and she continued to claim that the ones she was suggesting were close in shape. She never offered to order frames elsewhere and I finally settled on lenses after exhausting all choices. I should also mention that the optician only wore her mask over her mouth, never covering her nose. The total was high - $700 after my vision insurance kicked in – and the optician completely forgot to add in the exam cost until after she had totaled everything up and she had to create a new charge. Once I picked up my glasses and got them home, I realized that they were not flattering and I didn’t like the style at all. I called to schedule a return of the glasses and was told to visit the Northglenn office because they had a better frame selection. The first optician at Northglenn heard my complaint and brought me the EXACT SAME FRAME in another color. Then Esther, who introduced herself as a regional manager, started suggesting frames while talking about herself in the 3rd person, telling me about the types of frames she likes. Esther also did not offer to order frames from any place outside of their walls and stated (maybe to help me manage my expectations) that Pearle Vision is a conservative organization with regard to frame styles. She also did not wear her mask fully and we had to ask her to please - considering she works closely with the public - put her mask on properly. Once it was obvious that the only improvement available was going to be a frame slightly more similar in shape to my current glasses, we placed the order. Esther called in the specifics to the Broomfield office, reciting my credit card information in a loud voice that could be heard throughout the small Northglenn office. The epilogue to this experience is that, after two adjustments of the 2nd pair of glasses, I was able to wear them okay, but my optic migraines returned to the tune of 3 a day and I haven’t worn the glasses since. I can only chalk it up as a very expensive lesson.

I have received absolutely phenomenal service from everyone at this location (Pearle Vision Broomfield)! I would describe myself as being a problem patient for multiple reasons lol, but have never left feeling that way. The staff (specifically Kenny G, Aaron, and Chris) have gone above and beyond what they should have had to to make sure my needs were met and that I was happy. Kenny G is the friendliest and gives the BEST critiques on frames! He had a ton of knowledge about each frame I tried on and knows what hes talking about. He helped me make a decision on some frames after Id spent a ridiculous amount of time browsing (Im a gemini......). Chris let me cry to her on the phone (without permission lol) after an issue I was having with my prescription, AND she still made me feel reassured that I was in good hands and that they would help me fix the problem (which they totally did!). She was super understanding and validating! Aaron hooked me up with an upgrade to ensure I was happy with my lenses after the trouble Id gone through trying to adjust into the new prescription. Good lookin out, Aaron! I owe all of you some cookies, or something, for real. I could not be happier with my experience and highly recommend Pearle Vision Broomfield to everyone! Im not sure they would like to see me again in the future after spending so much time with me recently, but they will definitely be seeing me hahaha. Thanks for everything, you guys!

Went in today for a glasses adjustment. Kenny G. helped me out. Super nice guy, super professional, and definitely knew what he was doing. I was in for maybe 10 mins before I was on my way home after having not only my glasses adjusted, new nose pads, and my glasses cleaned. Feels like the day I got them. Definitely recommend going to Peral Vision for your glasses neededs. Look for Kenny G. as well, definitely made the whole experience sooo much more enjoyable.

She spends as much time as it takes to make sure youre properly fitted and get the great vision we all want and need. I flew into the Pearle Vision in Broomfield last minute on the day before Thanksgiving - Id lost one of the nosepads on my glasses, and it was very painful. Kenny G hooked me up in no time flat, replaced both nose pads, cleaned the glasses, and had me on my way before closing time. I cant thank him enough!
Great selection of frames. Easy to make an appointment . Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. Naomi took extra time to explain the type of lenses that would work for me and the pros and cons of the anti reflective coating. Did not feel pressured by her one bit, she gave me lots of good information (which I wish I would have known previously to my last purchase of eyeglasses) I am completely satisfied, my glasses work amazing.

I have had a great experience with Dr. Harris and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new optometrist. Ive seen her for several years now, and she always takes the time to explain everything she does during my vision screening and answer my questions. My review is for Pearle Vision, the store, which is a different business than the Flatirons Optometric Group. My experience with the store its manager, staff and complete service from beginning to end has been spectacular. The manager is professional, personable an extremely knowledge and what frames fit each face. Her customers are not a sale, theyre a personal experience were she deeply listens and has the greatest gift of picking the right frames. Your happiness is her happiness. Thats always the place you want to go, where the customer is first. Im personally switching to a new kind of lens and shes held my hand through the adjustment process with the at most care. If you want great glasses thatll truly were made for you. This is the place to be. Your eyes are in the best hands.
Quite simply the best selection of eyewear I have ever seen! The opticians are very knowledgeable and went through explaining the latest in lens technology. In fact, I was excited to learn about the new coatings to help me with eye strain on the computer. I ended up purchasing a gorgeous pair of glasses that I love. I’ve been going here since I first began wearing glasses in 5th grade. They’ve always taken such good care of me and my ocular needs. They always remember me and my family. Just recently, while shopping for a new pair of glasses, I brought in an old pair that were breaking to see if they could fix them. Unfortunately, the frames in the color I had were no longer available, however, Aaron said he wouldn’t let me down and picked out an awesome new color combo and they’re even better than before, all covered under warranty. I went to Pearle Vision a week ago to get new glasses and contacts along with an eye exam. It was the BEST experience Ive had at any optical store, and Ive been blind as a bat since 5th grade (about 16 years ago). Upon entering, I was greeted warmly by all employees. Filling out the paperwork prior to my exam was extremely painless and all of my questions were answered easily. The optometrist was very professional - she taught me many things I did not know, but should have known. I felt very educated and comfortable with my eye health upon finishing my exam. when choosing glasses, Aaron and another employee not only chose several frames for me to try, they were honest and complimentary about what frames were best for me specifically. I had an upset almost 6-month baby with me, and not once was I made to feel like an annoyance - all employees did all they could to help calm/entertain my little one while I finished my appointment. I highly recommend this Pearle Vision location for the professionalism, overall experience, friendly atmosphere, and care from the owner and his staff. Broomfield Pearle Vision or bust!!

I was previously a lens crafters customer. I stopped in at Pearle and the customer service I received from Esther and Noemi was outstanding. I had a great experience and got more for less money then lens crafters offered. I was totally impressed and very satisfied that why I gave a 5 star rating.
The Pearle Vision in Broomfield is unprofessional and denied a lied in which I have voicemail proof of. I was experiencing an eye emergency and needed to see a doctor - which prompted me to call the closest location to my work. I have been going to a different location of Pearle Vision for 10+ years, but the worker told me they were refusing to transfer my insurance information. I called my home location and they informed me that were happy to send it over, reassured me that they told the other location the same thing, and asked how they can help. All location should strive towards the level of service Lakewood provides.
My daughters glasses broke the morning before she was about to leave for a trip. We showed up at Pearle Vision when they opened, without an appointment. They were able to take us immediately, find frames within our price range, and expedite the lab work, all to get her glasses done before she had to leave for her trip. Thanks, Pearle Vision! I wish I wouldve read the reviews before making an appointment for my yearly eye exam. Upon check-in, the floor staff was helpful and pleasant, I completed their paperwork and indicated that I DID NOT want my eyes dilated.Dr. Alisha Goshinska Harris then called me back to be seen. Upon the initial introduction, she was pleasant and I provided her with my previous Rx for glasses and sat in her chair. She told me that I have severe dry eye (nothing new), but then said she cannot treat me because I carry Kaiser for health insurance and I need to follow-up with my medical provider. I understand that a follow-up with Kaiser was necessary, but I then asked her if she can write me a script for eye drops (this has happened before with my previous eye doctor and they actually called Kaisers pharmacy and placed my Rx directly with them). Her response to asking for an Rx for drops, she told me that she hates working with Kaiser and I can just use an OTC tears.I understand that I could not get another Rx for glasses or contacts until my dry eye clears up, but she was quick to tell me that I need to make another appointment and I will have to pay out of pocket because I just used my annual exam. She then goes on and on how terrible Kaiser is and I told her, that I have had Kaiser for years and I love it!As she was talking to me about Kaiser, she placed what I thought were drops from my dry eye - and after she provided me with a tissue to dab my eyes, I realized that she just dilated my eyes! UGH!! She didnt even read my chart! I left frustrated that I paid my co-pay and received nothing from her and when I left and I sat in my car for 1.5 hours because I couldnt drive home because I couldnt see! I would never go back again! Other doctors from this facility may be awesome, but notDr. Alisha Goshinska Harris!!
Ive been a patient at Pearle in Broomfield for 10+ years and Ive had great service there. Recently when my insurance changed, Aaron, the store manager, went out of his way to work with me and make sure I got the best deal possible on my soft contact lenses.
Ive been wearing glasses since I was 3. Ive purchased glasses at every kind of store, expensive to discount, but I have never received customer service like I have by Chris and the team at pearl vision! They are honest and truly care about their customers. Ive been purchasing my glasses there for several years and plan to buy my glasses there until Im no longer buying glasses!

This store has an excellent selection of eyewear, especially what is latest in fashion and trends. Even more impressive than their selection was the sales associate and eyewear specialist Rosa Lee. She was able to give us extensive information on the various pairs we were considering and was very good at pointing out what made certain frames more solid and might last longer. We told her we dont buy glasses very often. Rosa Lee really knew what she was doing and was able to instruct us on how to get the Colorado Eye Care Center to take their restrictions off our account, enabling us to get the glasses. We also wanted clear plastic frames and they are one of the few shops to carry Born in Brooklyn.
I went to Pearle Vision to renew my expired contact prescription. However, they refused to sell me contacts and give me my prescription despite paying for it, $149.This is a blatant violation of FTC consumer protection regulations. By law, they are required to give patients their prescription for glasses and contacts after the examination.I decided to dispute the charge with my bank and file a complaint with the state medical board as well as the FTC. Needless to say, I will never go back.They attempted to sell me glasses after refusing to give me the contact prescription I paid for -- we walked out because of how aggressive the selling tactics were. They kept insisting that they had luxury brands, and that I wouldnt find better glasses anywhere else. Then, I said I wanted cheap glasses to see what the tactic was for that. The saleswoman instantly flipped, saying I have $100 glasses, as opposed to all luxury eyewear. The sales pitch was insane and deceptive. She kept talking about how I looked which made me very uncomfortable. Luckily, we got an emergency call and had to leave; but, I was glad I walked out without purchasing anything (other than the examination, which Ill be disputing).I will take my business to an online retailer like Warby Parker and get my prescription from Dr. Olson at Costco.They provided some information about how contacts can be dangerous for your eyes, which I was already aware of, but did so in a way that makes you feel like a child talking to a teacher. She asked me stupid questions like, What does the blood carry thats important for the body? I replied, oxygen in a confused way because she asked me such a stupid question. Then she told me I was smart for having some basic biological knowledge.Again, refusing to give a contact prescription after examination is a violation of FTC guidelines. They didnt even give me my prescription for eyeglasses.Dont overpay and waste your time with this business -- their practices resemble those of conmen.Edit: They just called me without giving me any form of an apology, citing miscommunication. The rep said he could e-mail me my prescription for eyeglasses and asked me to take down my Google review (lol). Misconduct occurred, not miscommunication.To reiterate: I went in for a contact lens prescription, and didnt receive it. By law, they must give it to me following my examination. But, the sales woman said I was going to be given a prescription for glasses, exclusively, because I wore only contacts for a year. Before that, the doctor said I wouldnt have to change my entire routine, only supplement some days with glasses instead of contacts. Fine. But, I still need my contact prescription. Its a violation of FTC guidelines to not give it to me.The doctor also mentioned how itd be illegal for her to prescribe me contacts without purchasing glasses. This is untrue. In fact, the FTC contradicts this lie:The doctor can’t require you to pay an extra fee, buy eyeglasses or contact lenses, or sign a waiver or form.
Less than par experience. I agree with the others that it seemed more like a car dealership than a quality care provider. Dont waste your time here. Plus the neon green interior scheme is nauseating.

Ive gone 42yrs without wearing glasses and to find out now that I need them was a little overwhelming!! Dr. Alishia was so thorough and she took her time explaining everything to me step by step!! Shes an absolute sweetheart!! I also want to give a special thanks to amazing Esther for taking her time helping me find the right glasses!! She really knows what shes doing and found the most fabulous fit for me!! From a 1 out of 10 I give them a 15!!!! Thank you guys very much for all your help!!

Pearle Vision has great customer service! When they were putting my new frames together they made a tiny little scratch that I wouldnt have noticed. They let me know that it had happens and ordered a new pair. I am really pleased with how well they took care of me.
UPDATE: After reviewing the situation, the Aaron the storage manager called me back and fixed the problem, so all is good. I appreciated his prompt professionalism in addressing this mixup. Im a repeat customer, and I explained several weeks ago that I needed to spend the $500 in my health savings account since I was leaving my current employer. I specified that I wanted to try the transition lenses that change shades when you go outside in the sun. Well, the owner immediately tried to sell me some of the most expensive frames in the $800 range, which was a little irritating. Its a business, I know, but this suggested they were more interested in maximizing their profit at my expense.So I spent some time trying on a bunch of other frames, and they were very helpful as they normally are. When I was ready to narrow down my choices, I reiterated that I wanted to stay around my $500 budget, they recalculated the cost of the lenses by removing the transition option that I mentioned I really wanted. The problem is that they didnt tell me this, and I didnt discover this until the afternoon that I picked up my glasses over a week later.I called the store and asked why they removed the transitions feature, and they told me it was because they were trying to stay in my budget. But they didnt tell me this... if they had, I would have ordered another cheaper frame. So now theyre telling me it will cost me the normal price of $104 to add the transition feature. Since this is their error for not including this, I asked if theyd meet me halfway since I really like the frames I bought. They refuse to pay half the cost of fixing this error, so I felt the need to leave a comment rating. Sorry Pearl Vision, but you lost a client over $52.
Dr. Goshinska is truly passionate about her job. She thoroughly explained every step of the exam, and why doing some things different will help my vision in a way that was easy to understand. She also listened carefully to what I wanted. It was also very easy to get an appointment.
The dr. Is condescending the way she explains things and talks down to you like a child. She did the same thing a year ago the first time I went. They refused to sell me contacts unless I bought glasses. I didnt like any of the frames at that time so I was forced to buy contacts elsewhere. This year She grilled me with questions to see if I remembered her condescending lecture from the previous year. The sales assistant made several jokes at my expense. I left feeling bad about myself. Still I went back for the dr. Appointment later that day because they had the frames i wanted. When i came back the same day, the sales assistant continued her jokes at my expense. I willl never go back and would never recommend this place to anyone. I highly suggest to anyone and everyone to go anywhere else.Update: Please dont read their response as if they helped me or took responsibility. As I said to the manager, it was not a matter of misunderstanding. There is no way to misunderstand when they straight out tell you no, they will not sell you contacts. Dr. Alisha was flat out rude on all occasions as well as your sales assistant. I do not accept your justifications or excuses for poor customer service.
Ive been here for a few different eye exams (i.e. over several years). The Dr is helpful and took extra time with me bc I ask a ton of questions. The retina scan they do is amazing!! Macular Degeneration runs in my family so I always get the retinal scan, and scrutinize the results with previous years info (that they have on file since Ive gotten them there before). Plus, the other staff there is helpful, engaging, and patient when I also ask them a bunch of questions about frames, lenses, coatings, etc. There is always parking available, they have a large selection of frames and the staff is friendly. Why go anywhere else?
Went in for an eye exam, which only took 10 minutes! Everyone was very friendly and helpful, and theres a great selection of eyewear. I would definitely recommend them!
Called to confirm costs, then get charged more than what was quoted. Will not return. Im better off going to Costco and paying out of pocket than paying with insurance here.

They have an amazing selection and a well informed staff, but that staff is easily annoyed and they rush you a good amount. They made a pleasant experience of getting new glasses really stressful.

Unpleasant experience - came in last fall. The Optometrist was not very sensitive to my pre-existing disease. She went through a lot of frightening things that could happen to my eyes because of my pre-existing disease without a lot of sensitivity. She quizzed me from the last time I came in to see if I remembered what she lectured me about previously. I did not remember and was disapproved of.
During my exam the guy didnt seem to know what he was doing. The only way he could tell if my rx changed was by giving me lenses to try in that were the next step up which made everything blurry. I went to my real eye doctor soon after and my rx was different.
Amazing doctors and staff. I highly recommend this office to anyone needing eye care!!
I had horrible experiences here I had to go back twice in 2weeks to rexchange my glasses the frist set was with wrong perceptions lens .when I told them on notice my vision lens were wrong. The doctor said my eyes could of changed in 2weeks . The scound prescription came back totally different and the lady that help me get my glasses she feels that the prescription was just put in wrong the first time I paid 450 dollars and they are still wrong I wont wear them and they wont fix how sad vision should be their priority not here
Forget asking if they have a repair piece for your glasses apparently they think everyone’s an idiot and all parts need to be professionally installed. Rude and arrogant terrible customer service.

My experience at the Pearle Vision in Broomfield was amazing. I started the visit with the optometrist on-site, who was on time, professional and helpful explaining what was going on with my vision/eyes. My vision had changed and I was in deep need of new glasses and sunglasses.The team in Broomfield was beyond helpful to assist with finding a new pair of glasses. I couldnt have had a better experience. I am not the easiest person when it comes to shopping and choosing new eye glasses was an important decision for me. I was in the store for over two hours as I was brought one pair of eye glasses after another to try on and see how they looked. Never was anyone at Broomfield impatient or annoyed by the amount of time I was making with my decision - they were truly concerned with making sure I found the perfect pair.I had a style of eye glasses I had been wearing for many years but the team provided me so many options of more current and stylish options. All the while the team gave very thoughtful feedback and opinion for me. After trying on many dozen of glasses, I found a pair of wonderful Paul Smith eye glasses that I fell in love with. I also found a pair of Oakley sun glasses that I wanted to have my prescription put into.So now for the beyond amazing service that Broomfield provided to me...I was visiting the Denver area and leaving a day after the appointment and selection of eye glasses. Normally the new lenses would be made and the Paul Smith glasses would be available a few days later. Pearle Vision Broomfield realized that I wouldnt have my new glasses for several days and while I would have been fine having them shipped to me, the team actually went above and beyond to have my glasses made later that day. Can customer service get any better than that? I dont think so!I recommend heading to the Broomfield location for your new glasses and eye exams. The team there really cares about its customers and finding the best solutions for them!

If you want people on fixed budgets to be taken advantage of, send them here to see Kelly. I didnt think an appt to get new glasses was something I couldnt send my mom alone to do. This was worse than sending a person alone to buy a car. Please go somewhere else for your glasses.
Very nonchalant customer service, took 2 weeks to get replacement glasses that we got in 7 days the first time. And kept getting vague answers for when they would be in.

Theyre money hungry, they tried to tell me they cant give me my prescription until I buy glasses from them, and then yesterday I tried to order contacts from Costco and go figure pearl vision couldnt send my prescription once again until Im seen by there doctor..go to Costco the doctor and prices are amazing!!
