I am very impressed with Dr. Ekins service. I switched to a new optometrist after my past Doctor of 20+ years retired. Needless to say they made a handful of mistakes that put me in a pinch. Dr. Ekin ultimately ended up righting the wrong of this totally unaffiliated office. He was incredibly accommodating and did so happily and I am so grateful!!

Eric and I were so impressed with the level of service at the Flatirons location. From start to finish, everything was excellent! The staff was engaging and made the experience more than just grabbing some new glasses. It is not often that staff go above and beyond, but Laura and Patrick were wonderful, informative and personable.

Everyone who works here is so helpful and sweet! I was having so much trouble picking frames but Patrick and Dominique (I hope I spelled that right) were so patient and helped me choose the perfect ones! Hope they are there the next time I need glasses!

I just bought glasses at this location and was helped out by a associate named Dominique, she was incredibly helpful, patient, and accommodating, taking the time to make sure that I found exactly the right pair of glasses and making sound recommendations(I.e buy the protection plan) excellent customer service and sales in a difficult time.

We had an excellent experience. My father was visiting from out of town but had his recent glasses prescription. When I called Isaac made sure they had the lens material available that he would need and Pam B. helped us. Pam was an absolute delight and was extremely friendly, sweet, knowledgeable and patient with my father. She even looked up my father is out of town insurance to make sure he got his full benefits. What an excellent customer service experience!

My husband wanted to check out some new glasses, so we decided to randomly swing into LensCrafters... & we ended up walking out with new pairs ordered for us both, thanks to Lynette! Lynette made the whole process super easy & quick. She was patient & personable. Cant wait to pick up our new Ray-Bans with transition lenses! :)

Love this store, they are always so quick and accommodating. I discovered a ripped nose pad on my glasses while at work, stopped in to the store, and they changed both nose pads and even tightened/cleaned everything without me asking. I was out in three minutes. excellent!

Thomas and David were super helpful, and the eye doc even stayed late to give me an eye exam, which was very fast and professional. When there happened to be an incompatibility with my frames and lenses and I had to choose different frames, they did not charge me for selecting frames $30 more than the originals. Great service!

More availability of new style frames

I wasnt sure what to expect from a shopping center eye center and was blown away!! So much time and knowledge and care were given and I ended up with the most incredible glasses for ME! Five-star staff and Sean White was incredible!

Absolutely the only reason I used this location was because they have a lab that, supposedly, can make glasses the same day you order them. I made this quite clear when I called to ask if this service was still available. It does. Nobody bothered to mention, however, that its only available with certain frames and/or certain prescriptions. I waited two weeks for my glasses.The associated optometrist is absolutely terrible, too. Will not be returning to this, or in all likelihood, any other Lensecrafters.

I keep having great experiences there. They always give me complimentary adjustments (with a smile)

I went in for an eye exam this week and was told they didnt take my insurance (eyemed). I made two separate calls to eyemed and verified that they should take my insurance there. The receptionist told me that it didnt matter what the insurance company said because her computer system was telling her that they didnt have a contract with my insurance provider. I called the LensCrafters down the street in Westminster and they didnt have problems taking my insurance. Cant recommend this place for anything...

DO NOT GO HERE! Pathetic people, pathetic company. My wife was 5 min late due to weather and they cancelled her appointment. She tried to get new ones and they wouldnt let her buy new ones without an appointment. Lady on the phone also seemed ignorant, because they are supposedly separate. Give me a break. Pathetic excuse for a company.

My experience at this location was a complete joke. They are outright crooks. So I bought some prescription sunglasses there, but when I got them in the mail a week later and tried them on at the Fort Collins location it didnt feel right at all. Turns out the prescription they put into the system was not even close to what it should have been. Okay I can forgive that but what really pissed me off at the broomfield location is that the associate didnt even mention the generic lens crafters lenses that are much cheaper than Ray Bans lenses but are practically the same thing. He didnt walk through lenses at all and I almost paid for lenses that were over $150 more than the generic version until I asked him to set me up with the Ray Ban lenses thinking that those were the only options. Turns out I couldnt even get the Ray Ban lenses because of my prescription but since he entered it wrong into the system they were still delivered. All in all I ended up exchanging them at the Fort Collins location for more expensive frames but switching to the generic lenses ended up giving me a refund from my original purchase. Thank you Fort Collins and screw you broomfield.

I had been a Lenscrafters customer for many years, and when I moved to Colorado I went to the Flatirons branch to purchase a new pair because I was sick of replacing nose pads. When I tried the frames on, they fit beautifully & felt nice & snug on my face. After I picked them up, they were much looser. When I commented about the change in fit I was told the it was because of the lenses and they couldnt be bothered warming the frames to refit because they would have to take the lenses out. Okaaaay.After a season of the glasses sliding down my nose every time I bent my head, I felt like I wasnt seeing properly. My eyes felt tired and unfocused, so I went to the optometrist in the Lenscrafters location (who was lovely) to see if I needed a new prescription. After an eye exam, I was told my eyes had not changed at all, rather my lenses werent properly aligned for my astigmatism.I had worn the glasses for well over a year - I figured that was probably a little too long to ask for a replacement (even though it was a technicians error) and since I wasnt happy with the fit of my frames and it would only cost $20 more to get a whole new pair than it would be to replace just the lenses, I opted to buy new glasses. Yay! I could see properly!9 months later, I noticed little cracks appearing in the lenses right at the join of the frames, which didnt quite meet - and had been that way since I bought them. I took them in, & was told they were stress fractures. After explaining that the frames had been that way since I bought them, and that they were purchased to replace the mistake they had made with the previous pair, I was informed that since I did not purchase a protection plan there was nothing they could do for me.Wait a minute - why should I have purchased a plan to protect me from your mistakes? I thought protection plans were to guard against the things *I* might do to my glasses - drop them on the road, run over them in my car, leave them on the couch where my fat Aunt Bertha sits on them.... that sort of thing. I didnt realise I should buy a protection plan to make sure I can get a product I paid for just in case the professionals make mistakes in the installation & manufacture of my glasses.After calling customer service & explaining I got no joy at the store, I was referred back to the manager at the store, where, you guessed it, I got no joy. So I have 2 pairs of glasses that cost me $600 that I CANNOT WEAR.I am so unhappy with Lenscrafters & would not recommend them to anyone. I will now take my entire familys business somewhere else and spend over $750 a year anywhere but here.

Worst customer service I have ever received. Older lady was unwilling to help with request of finding a pair of glasses. She was to lazy to move from her desk to help with an online order.

3 weeks and 3 screw ups without getting lenses in my frames. Ended up having a different company put lenses in them, glad it was cheaper!

My eye exam was quick and everyone was nice.
