I have gotten some beautiful pieces of jewelry from Jared. The staff is friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I wouldn’t shop anywhere else.

Would never buy jewelry anywhere else. My wifes diamond broke out of her setting while at work. we had missed the last 2 inspections so I thought it a loss for sure. called the store for a value to try my homeowners and they said no need for that we will replace it at zero cost to you. I said you realize I missed my last 2 inspections, he said ya but you made 20 in a row before that.

Super discouraged with my last visit. I just wanted to have a repair done and the sales associate seemed like he did not want to help me with it since I did not purchase the item there. I now know I will make a different choice from now on.

Arrived at 6:25 pm, closing time stated 7pm. One customer was present and being taken care of. Doors were locked upon arrival. Sign at the door stated to please wait for the doors to be opened to walk ins due to Covid-19 Concerns. Several employees made eye contact with me, and never made any attempt to contact me, greet me, allow me in to shop. Costumer service is deplorable and no courtesy was shown what so ever.

From the moment my fiance and I walked into the Walden store until we walked out with our rings a few weeks later, everyone at the store was absolutely wonderful! All of the employees were so nice and seemed as excited as we are about our wedding bands. I want to especially thank Ron and George for going above and beyond for us every step of the way!! We wanted celtic inspired bands and not only did they go out of their way to find some, they even helped us through the custom order process! Ron went out of his way, even on days off to keep me updated on where the rings were and when they were coming in because we knew it would be cutting it close. I wish I could keep George in my pocket as my own personal cheerleader because he is so positive and made something stressful truly fun. We are in love with both of our gorgeous bands and I keep putting mine on early, I dont want to take it off! Thank you Ron and George and the entire Jared team over on Walden!!!

Thank you shay (shaynna) for ruining what was supposed to be a good night out. You completely ignored my wife and went off to deal with other customers like she wasnt standing in front of you trying to speak with you. At least one of your coworkers let us pay off our account so we can close it. Goodbye Jareds we used to enjoy shopping at Jareds and have bought quite a bit over the past few years, but not after this service.

Don’t deal with joe. Dealt with him at kay jewelers at Niagara Falls outlet mall. He sold my fiancé and I a fake Neil lane ring for thousands more than what we should of paid. We have had an ongoing fight to get things fixed for about 4 months now. What was supposed to be an amazing first time moment turned into something horrible and regretting ever dealing with kay jewelers or jarred. And to see that they hired him here is disgusting. I wouldn’t trust or recommend this place

Was treated very kindly by Barb ...was very nice and helpful....went over and beyond helping me find something... Supervisor brushed off my inquiry but Barb took it upon herself to search and found what I was looking for ...was extremely happy ...thanku ....I went to Jareds!!
