They have terrible customer service. Ive been trying for months to get someone to get someone on the phone to explain the process to me and answer some questions. They never pick up the phone during business hours. Someone named Tracy told me they had phone problems then just ghosted me. I wouldnt trust giving them my loved ones ashes.
