After getting recommended we went to visit Ryan and felt immediately welcomed into his store. There were many standard and custom options for engagement rings to try on which allowed us to get a good idea of what we wanted. Once I came to a decision, I sent Ryan a picture I found online and he was able to create a custom piece that looked identical. The communication was great, he would send me updates with the computer designs for my approval and everything was done in a timely manner. The final product was perfect! We would absolutely pass the recommendation on, and cant wait to work with him for future life events!

The shop does beautiful work. I’ve brought multiple vintage pieces to be reworked, repaired and resized and they have all turned out beautiful. Professional service, competitive prices, attention to detail, and vast knowledge of the process. You won’t be disappointed.

Ryan did a great job reconstructing and adding to my original engagement ring after the main stone fell out. He really created a beautiful piece for me. The time it took was certainly reasonable. It’s always a little nerve-wracking to take a family possession to be repaired, especially when you’re making it an engagement ring. Ryan took a ring worn by my great grandmother and mother and made it look absolutely incredible. The repair work and resizing were essentially unnoticeable, and the cleaning was a massive difference. I knew I’d be rough with an engagement ring, but after an unfortunate mishap of being run over with a car, my ring was both bent and in need of a new stone. Even though its an inexpensive ring it is sentimental, and it was fixed quickly and cost effectively. I apprieciate the willingness to take on my my starter ring, and have me walk in the same day to take a look at it! Very hassle free and hands off on my part, which helped ease anxiety.

I went to Ryan with a unique project, a family ring that I wanted replicated. He was able to find someone to hand engrave our family crest into a delicate stone and then created an exact replica of the ring. I am beyond pleased with the outcome. Going into the project my mother said it would be a challenge to find someone to do it but Ryan was up for the task! My fiancé also bought my engagement ring with him and had an equally great experience. And I loooove that ring too. Anyways, he will go above and beyond and work with you on challenges. Cannot recommend him enough.

On a recent shopping excursion to the outlet mall I stopped by this place and spotted a few items that were beyond my budget. I later returned and ended up purchasing two items and got pretty much 50% off, and ended up with a beautiful Tiffany bracelet for my sister and a beautiful diamond ring for my mom. I am very appreciative for the sincere help by the store owner, and I hope to be back again for sure. they carry some very nice antique and hard-to-find pieces that you just wont find at a regular retail jewelry store so it might be worth a look the next time youre at the outlet mall.

Honest, not pushy, beautiful selection - Im really impressed that we actually got something so useful in the Elmwood Village.
