I wish I could give this place a negative number. They have had my engagement ring for over a month now. I took it in to get resized. That was it. After almost 3.5-4 weeks they told me they had to order me a completely new ring because my original ring could no longer be worked on. I called customer service and come to find out this store knew the ring was ruined since the first phone call. They have completely ruined my engagement experience. Please dont waste your money here.

The clerk helped us clean our rings and found our missing warrantee. Very clean rings and great service.

**WARNING** **Beware** If I can rate them 0 stars I would the service was horrible. I brought in my ring to get it resized and it took over 3 weeks to get it back. Why so long? And then on top of that we asked for the scrap metal of my ring to get sent back with it but they ignored that request. I had to call them over 50 times in the course of almost a month in a half to make sure they call the shop to send my ring scrap. I finally received it after failed promises of callbacks. I wont be going there again the Niagara Falls outlet will be getting my business for now on. Which they also have better reviews I should have known smh. Please save yourself from a headache and go to the Niagara falls one.

I’ve had to go for my ring inspections 3 times at this location since the one at the galleria closed. I have never had a pleasant experience. Rude employees with terrible customer service.

I had recently came into the store with some issues with my wedding band that came back, well...lets just say different:(The store manager Victoria went above and beyond to help me! She was the kindest person to deal with!I am not the type of person to write reviews but she deserves a five star rating! Im truly heart broken over my engagement ring that I have had for 10 years now but Im so glad I had the such a wonderful person to help me and make things right. So if you see this Victoria, thank you from the bottom of my heart! I will never go to any other person for any of my jewelry needs!😊

They try and upsell you like crazy, deals are all mediocre and the same every week, staff are always siting around doing nothing and make it seem like you are bothering them, bought a ring for fiancé and they do nothing to keep the pricing on the down low, when you get the ring services or resized they shout out the sale price you paid to your fiancé, almost ruined my engagement by neglecting the pricing....dont recommend
