During this pandemic I lost my income. I went to 2 pawn shops, no one would take my laptop and new Chromebook book. I went on google and found Suburban Jewelry & Loan. I went straight there and they helped. Customer service is GREAT, they were friendly and understanding. THANK YOU so so much for helping me. An excellent establishment to say the least. Went to purchase an angle grinder found on craigslist and it was sold before we showed up - yet, no worries - found a different grinder among the tool selection which was essentially the same thing, just $60 cheaper! Well be back, for sure - not only for perusing the best variety of wares you will find in Cheektowaga - but to drop by and say hi to the friendliest pawn shop you wont find anywhere else!

Absolutely do not go here to sell anything! You will get ripped off. Went in pretending like I didn’t know about diamonds and and employee tried to buy my $600 diamond for $50. Telling me that was all it was worth. If you enjoy getting ripped off this is the place for you.

This place is literally horrible, as far as buying things from you goes. they will not buy anything from you. so dont even try. Ive tried to get rid off multiple electronics here and there, and they never accept any of it, and its mainly newer electronics and theyre in excellent shape... I walked in the store one time and was trying to sell my MacBook Pro 2015 13 and make a deal, but instead of being able to make a deal the guy had to ask around with abunch of people in the store to see if he could even make the deal... and the guy also looked like he was super nervous or scared and his face was red, then he finally asks the lady who was sitting behind the counter the whole time if he could buy the buy the macbook and make a deal with me and she didnt even say anything, she just looked at him with the most serious face and shook her head no it made me so upset that I wasted time there, also freaked me out. And if you wanted to buy stuff from this place its mostly older stuff, that they charge an arm and a leg for. spend your money else where!!!
