Pete (Pedro) and Gina (manager) were the ultimate professionals. They found a phenomenal plan for our family, and we had a very complicated port issue, getting our phone lines over from Google Voice to AT&T, and they were so patient and persistent, determined to make it work. Dionne (the other manager) was also super friendly and helpful. Highly recommended based on my experience working with the great staff at this store!

My husband and I were having issues with our U-verse TV, come to find out something was wrong down the street… long story short we needed to call a local ATT store to pick up a box in order to watch TV… well… Gina saved us a trip and got us set up with Direct TV Stream and basically saved the day. (Considering it’s College Football Saturday!) We had been back and forth earlier in the day with people that just had terrible customer service, but when we finally made it to Gina, it was like we were the most important customers she had!!!If her supervisor is reading this, GIVE HER A RAISE!! She really is a rare kind in today’s world, so any organization would be lucky to have her!! She literally made my entire day! Not just because she solved our problem, because my faith in good customer service is a little restored because of her!

1 star to the store/staff. 5 stars for Gina Garza the Assistant Manger.While Gina is the Assistant Manager at this location, she should REALLY be the Store Manager. I cannot begin to explain what an AWFUL experience I had at this location, only for Gina to restore my faith in At&t -- 4 weeks later.From entering into a promotion that the sales rep was dishonest about, to never receiving the accessories I purchased (a screen guard that 3 different employees messed up up trying to put on my new device, which then had to be order and shipped to my house, which was actually never placed and therefore never received -- I will give the Manager credit to this as he did in fact fix this error) to extra charges I never agreed upon, to my old device actually being ineligible for trade in, to the fact that my new device could NOT be unlocked for 36 months (which I spent 2 hours in store confirming COULD in fact happen, as I travel internationally for months at a time), to going back and forth to 3 different at&t stores, and spending over 30 hours on the phone with customer service, Loyalty dept., and the Cedar Park store manager. To never receiving a call back from the Cedar Park store manager who said he would make this right that same day, after 3 weeks of trying (i gave him 5 days to call me back, he never did). What an absolute MESS.After 4 weeks, I suddenly landed in the hands of Gina, who in only 1 hour MADE RIGHT, the ENTIRE wrong! I cannot begin to explain how grateful I am for Ginas dedicated customer service support and the WAY SHE CARES for customers. As a 10 year At&t customer, I was READY to walk away from At&t for good! It is ONLY Gina who restored my faith in the company. She really cares about customer experience and about OWNING mistakes, and it entirely showed. ASK for her if you need REAL management support at this store.If an area manager reads this, Gina deserves a Promotion.

Was told I could bring the old phone in for a trade in value of $300. Said I have up to 30 days to do so. Went in a week and half later to do so and now they will only give twenty dollars on a trade in value instead of the three hundred they told me a week and half ago. Very dishonest. Very disappointing, especially when new phones are about $1500 these days.
The customer service at this location is fantastic. Two different employees, on two different days, were able to walk me through the process of filing a claim, getting a new phone, and then trading it in for a newer phone to take advantage of an offer currently going on. Basically they helped me safe money and get my money’s worth for a new phone. Highly recommend.

You did not buy the phone here so we cant help you, sorry your device doesnt do that.. we only sell phone plans and our phones here, no support I couldnt even get an effort to try... I went to another ATT store 10 min away and they were incredibly nice! Had me fixed up in 7 minutes.... With a smile...

Just got 2 Apple watches and an iPhone at ATT store in Cedar Park. We were helped by Kenneth and he was awesome! Super friendly, professional and helpful. Explained our new plan in detail and setup all devices. He’ll be a manager before long.Edit:Maybe not so great? Turns out Kenneth didn’t bother to tell me that the watch he was selling me wasn’t going to work with my iPhone 6! Was planning on upgrading my phone anyway, but not after just buying a watch!
An open letter to AT&T:Your website says two of your core values are “Live true” and “Pursue excellence,” but that has not been my experience with your online customer service or your Cedar Park, TX, store location. My mother, who has been a customer of yours for decades, passed away. As the executor of her estate, I needed to cancel her wireless service. Upon calling, I was transferred to a customer service rep named Alexa in you cancellation department. She told me I could not cancel without the account passcode. When I explained my mom was deceased...her response was that my mom was the only person who could update the account. How does a deceased person update a passcode? When I asked to speak to a manager, she told me there was no escalation path. I then went to the Cedar Park, TX, where sales rep Sam told me I would need to take care of this online (I had already told him that wasn’t possible), or I would have to come back another day because the manager was busy and had two appointments. Except I went to another store where a manager was able to cancel my service in 10 minutes time. So I don’t buy either Alexa or Sam’s stories...your employees are lazy and rude. And when I mentioned this experience locally, everyone I have talked to has said they won’t go to the Cedar Park location because the staff SUCKS!!!

Joe took excellent care of us during our visit to the 1431/183A location in 1890 Ranch. I had my two grade school age kiddos with me that required the usual management and bathroom breaks that come with parenting. We were very fortunate to have Kenneth as our CS rep when we upgraded THREE iPhones. Honestly, I don’t know how he kept all the different balls in the air. We had to pay off one phone before upgrading to the Unlimited plan, and I was thrilled that we got HBO Max with our upgrade! Then we bombarded him with questions about each iPhone. My husband got the SE, my daughter got the lavender iPhone 11, and I got the iPhone 12Pro Plus. Kenneth was meticulous as he went through all the steps to set each one up, putting on the glass protectors, answering additional questions, and helping us reset passwords. This was all done with patience and kindness. He made a long and detailed process as pleasant as possible. Thanks Kenneth!
Joe was great and very professional. Only reason we didn’t walk out was because of Joe who helped us make our purchases. He literally did what Josh should have done and failed to do. However Josh and the tall reddish blonde hair guy had terrible miscommunication and we were in our car on hour waiting.

I went in the store to update my pin code for my Att internet account. The staff even could not find my account when I gave him my correct account number. It feels frustrated to deal with the inefficient system and not helpful staff.Recommendation: We need to love what we do, or find some other careers excite us.
Ahmad was so calm and assuring during my visit. He met all my needs and was so patient with me. I was having an awful day and left without a phone. He helped get it all sorted out and I was out within two hours. This seems like a long time however we accomplished a lot and got everything sorted out within that time. I was very impressed!
My elderly mother and I were kindly and patiently assisted by Robert at the AT&T Store on Whitestone Blvd. I had been unsuccessful online in deactivating and unlocking my mother’s iPhone in order to add her to our existing phone plan with another provider.After calling and speaking to Customer Service, we were advised to actually go into a store and seek professional help and assistance. That’s when we met Robert and he sympathized with our frustrations.Although our concerns were outside the scope of service provided by the store, Robert went above and beyond as our AT&T Customer Representative and we left one step closer to our resolution.He made it personal and professional. This level of customer service is missing in so many businesses today, so we want to thank you again Robert for everything you did, when you could have easily dismissed us and told us to call Customer Service and try again online.

I was sold in 11 Pro back in November I am quickly running out of memory. When I traded in my phone I was told I would get a $900 credit and the phone was $1000. Now they’re telling me I owe the full price of the phone and I cannot trade it in. The salesman was very misleading I guess just to close the deal. Now I’m stuck with this phone unless I pay the whole entire thing off. I guess it’s time to find a lawyer since they’re doing shady deals I highly recommend not shopping here. Next time I buy a phone I’m going to record the whole conversation and use that in court.

I really cant understand why anyone cant cancel and return the equipment here. Noooooo, you cancel here or online then drive to a FedEx to return AT&Ts equipment.Can someone please explain that. Does this make sense to anyone else?

When I clearly was upset with the experience I had just had at a previous AT&T store, Robert noticed and was more than willing to turn my day around. Upon me requesting to speak with a manager, he hastily found one for me. Dixie was the manager who assisted me and was more than understanding. She provided me service with care and urgency! They were able to make my really terrible situation into a FAR better one. I will always come back to Cedar Park AT&T.

I had a fabulous experience at the AT&T store. Kenneth helped us transfer and get new phones. Every time we come in, the staff are very helpful and nice. They make sure we are well taken care of and all our questions are answered.
Robert was absolutely outstanding in setting up my new phone on Saturday! He knew every single thing about transferring all my data. My business email info would not transfer properly but with his suggestions I came home and was able to do it myself. He even transferred an app that I was told by friends that Id lose! He was patient beyond belief, soft spoken, and a true gentleman! My husband and I just cant thank him enough. He went over and above all expectations! And on a Saturday!!!!
Abel Chacon was really helpful during our visit. 2 of our 4 phone lines were not fully transferred and although we called in multiple people at the AT&T phone number, no one ever fixed the issue. It wasn’t until Abel helped us that our issue was finally fixed. Great place to go to and please contact Abel! Very knowledgable and friendly!
NOT very good service. Needed to activate prepaid device but to no avail manager was rude & self involved. Did NOT help or address my reason for being in her store.
We recently decided to upgrade our phones and possibly our plan. We first stopped by the Spectrum store next door and had an awful experience. Because it was next door, we decided to check out the AT&T store. As soon as we walked in, it was the complete opposite of our Spectrum experience. Kenneth (the person who helped us) took the time to work with us to find a plan that made sense for us. I give this store and Kenneth my highest recommendation!
The only reason I gave 4 stars is because your associates were extremely nice and with me being an nice person. Knowing it wasnt there fault. but my order which was paid for and purchased at 3am. Was never received at noon, yet I was charged. By 5 ish we had to cancel my order and just start from the beginning. Running my credit twice. Also waiting on my refund. Since I made sure to pay cash the 2nd time I was charged. As a brand new customer, this is not a wonderful start.
Stopped by today to update one daughters phone and add a line for another daughter. Kenny walked us through the entire process and setup so we walked out with everyones devices working. Kenny let us know about all of the ongoing promotions to make sure we picked the best phone at the best price. He also let us know about an ongoing promotion to upgrade our home internet. He did this with a pleasant attitude, even though it took a little while to get both phones setup. Thank you for the great service.
