Two words: Marcelo Adams. This young man was nothing but professional and friendly with me. I came in a sprint customer “shopping around” ended up with a beautiful new phone and a perfect plan for me with Verizon. Great experience, forever grateful genuinely.

Not actually a Verizon store even though they have the sign. The store was unhelpful and did multiple things wrong when activating my new phone. Had to leave and go to another store. Do not mistake this for an actual Verizon location.
Went here being a sprint customer and switching to Verizon has to be one of the best things ANYONE can do, real stuff you got people here that will look OUT for you, and most of them don’t even be from cedar park, they care about Verizon and service, not tryna get your money just for a service or phone ! POINT BEING SAID, VERIZON IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
Great experience at the Verizon mall location! After purchasing a phone from the Verizon store in the lakeline / target location and being told that they no longer helped customers do phone transfers in the store that we would have to do it at home, we arrived home to discover the agent who helped us had not transferred the sim card for my daughters phone. That location had closed gor the evening so we rushed to the Verizon mall location and were fortunate enough to have a great experience. (Under new management) The new manager Chris Francis was so polite, helpful and patient. He moved the sim card and helped us to transfer all the information on both phones staying a bit past closing time to make sure everything was transferring and answer any questions we had. Chris really went out of his way and his time and help way VERY much appreciated.
This was an amazing time. Best customer service ever. I will be recommending them to more friends and family. Thanks

When I first went to this store on 10/5 the gentleman who helped was very nice and helpful. I purchased a tempered glass screen and a wireless charger spending over $70. Three days later my wireless charger stopped working. I took it to a verizon store to return with my receipt not realizing I had not purchased at verizon. My mistake having paid attention to the giant verizon sign on the store. Anyway I finally was able to make it back to the mall to return it with my receipt. The gentleman starts testing it after realizing its broken as I stared he tells me he cant return it because its been more than 14 days. Not notated on my receipt. After talking to the long haired manager on duty who was walking around stuffing his face with a bag a chips he tells me he can either exchange for another IF they have one or I will need to contact the manufacturer. Then he tells I didnt waste my time because now I know about the 14 day policy for next time once he hardly looked for another charger and told me he didnt have one. I told him there will not be a next time, I will go to Best Buy where I can count on getting quality product they can back.
