Our family has brought three cell phones to these guys! Each time we thought it was damaged beyond repair. Great work bringing each device back to full working condition! They are fast and very personable. It’s easy to feel like you’re going to be taking advantage of when it comes to phones, but these guys make it clear simple and they do fantastic work. Don’t go anywhere else to get your cell phone repair!

Do not go to them, I took my iPhone in to get the screen replaced. The screen wasn’t the exact size and was lifted off the phone a bit. Two weeks later the screen comes off but still attached to my phone. When I took it somewhere else to get it looked at they showed me where some screws were missing. You do better taking your phone to a franchise than a local spot

Paid 240 for a screen replacement. The first screen had defects on it so they had to order a replacement. Replacement screen has a large purple line throughs it and they wont replace it bc I dropped it.

They don’t stand by their warranty. RUN!!!I will not give you another change. I was in there about a week after you replied the screen because it wasn’t working as a touch screen. You guys tried to convince me that I had to tilt my phone to make it wake up and that the iPhone 11 doesn’t work as touch screen. Clearly you aren’t interested in covering your warranties. Your cheap screen protectors did nothing to protect my screen. What does the warranty cover if not physical damage?!? Again I say RUN from this place!

Great and quick service. I called ahead to make sure they had the screen for my phone and when I arrived, my phone was serviced in less than 20 minutes. The agent took the time to explain my options in screens and was very polite and patient. My screen works great and I am so happy I no longer have a big crack in it 🤦🏽‍♀️

Nice guys but unfortunately didnt have the best experience. Got a screen replacement for my pixel 3XL. Got a great price compared to other places I called. But, after two months I started noticing dirt under the screen, especially visible covering the front camera. I take care of my phone and this dirt was not caused by mishandling on my side, just your everyday exposure. I took it back, because the screen was still covered under warranty. I took 3 separate trips there only to be told that they couldnt do it, as opening it back up would cause the screen to break. Well, as I see it, this is a defect and should be taken care of; it is on them to replace the screen. But, I was told there was nothing they can do, so Im left with dirt under my screen and I can no longer use the front camera. I also wasted unnecessary time going back and forth. Spend more to get it done somewhere else where this wont happen.*Update: after the owner reached out, I came back in and they took care of my screen. I wish they reached out earlier but I appreciate them fixing the issue. They were very good about letting me know how long it was going to take and letting me know when it was done. The screen looks great now and Im hoping that the dirt doesnt come back in this time (better seal).

Ive never had to have repair work done on any phone, that is until last week when my wife dropped her iPhone 8 and the screen died. Looking for a quick repair on a Sunday, CellDoc was the only thing open within 50 miles of us in Marble Falls. Luckily, they were able to replace her iPhone screen in about 15 minutes for $79 with a 6-month warranty.Considering Apple charges $149 and a replacement screen from iFixit for the DIYers out there is $69, its well worth it the extra $10 for the know-how and warranty.

Screen is low quality and it glitches out a lot!! I know i have 3 months of warranty but I’m just going to trade it out so no point and letting them screw it up more. Cost $175. I would not waste your time or money going here.
