Thank you so much for saving me! I was in a desperate situation. I Originally rented somewhere else and the day I went to move my stuff the other place was closed for the weekend due to lack of staff, and they didn’t even notify me knowing that was my move in date!!! I was desperate on a Saturday trying to find a rental last minute, as it was the only day I had to move it. All American storage was not only available to help me, but was kind and professional. They rented me a very clean climate controlled unit, way cheaper than the other guy! I am so glad I found this place and just in the Nick of time!! Thank you Alll American Storage!!! You’re the best!!!!

Such a nice, friendly, helpful staff. The prices are definitely fair. Clean looking storage sheds. They included a lock with the storage shed. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a storage shed.

Excellent prices, very smooth process. Customer service representative Michelle was very helpful in setting me up with a 10x20 unit. I prepaid for 2 months and ended up not needing the units they were happy to refund my money in the first 24 hours. I highly recommend.

I first reserved my unit online and the process was easy. Upon arrival, to secure my unit and pay, I was greeted inside the office by the on-site manager, Michelle. What a delightful and truly professional woman! Honestly, she made me feel very secure and comfortable in trusting my belongings in her facility’s care. The entire premises was clean and free of debris. The place is obviously maintained daily. My unit was also swept clean and free of any fluid, smell, or pests. I was impressed, especially since it’s reasonably priced and at a great location! I was also given a little gift bag as a “move-in” welcome. Nice touch! I’m so glad I chose All American Storage.

I wish I could give this place zero stars! I was in a climate control unit until I started finding cockroaches in my items. When I informed the manager Michelle, she was very rude and acted like I brought them in.I will never use them again and I will tell anyone who asks, run far away from this place.

GREAT place. Under new ownership and management. Moved my stuff into a climate controlled unit quickly and without any issues.If youre just moving to the area this is a great place to keep your belongings until you find a place to hang your hat. If youre military, definitely come in and talk to Michelle (the GM). Deployments, pre or post PCS, closing on a house, ETS, retirement, doesnt matter....shell make sure your needs are taken care of.This post is coming from a military retiree so I know the unique challenges military families encounter.

As a military family, we have moved in and out of Clarksville several times. We have used All American Storage every time because of Mike. He has always been extremely helpful, kind, considerate, honest, and thankful for our business. His prices are fair, storage units are clean, and he will work with you to get you in a unit that works best for your needs. He will talk to you and help you as much as he can, but he isnt going to sit around and talk all day. (If you are moving you dont have time for that either.) Mike is a busy man, that doesnt have time for nonsense, he is straight to the point and I truly appreciated that about him. Thank you, Mike, for all that you did for us over the years. See you next time we move back to Clarksville!

I made a call to get rates. was unsure what size i will need and the gentlemen i spoke with was completely RUDE and also unhelpful! I will NEVER choose this storage facility, ever. He also raised his voice and got ill with me on the phone and told me well you need to go ahead and decide what size unit you need! He basically forced me off the phone!

I rented a storage until on Thursday from All America storage and Friday I found out that I could get a month rent free at u-haul. So I call the next day All America storage to try and cancel and they said no refunds, not even prorated!!!!!!Very poor Business ethics 😡😡😡
