When I got there I was greeted by a miss Vanetta, she was very friendly eager to help me find my unit and make sure it was to my liking in cleanliness and size. The facilities and property were very clean and organized. I would recommend this place to anyone seeking storage needs.

I went to check how much a storage unit would cost, and was completely astonished by how kind and helpful management was. Lisa specifically helped me out, and was extremely helpful and knew all the answers to my questions. Couldnt ask for better service

I have 2 storage units at this location and the manager Susanne has been way more than help. She is excellent at what she does and goes above and beyond for her customers! I received such awesome customer service from Scott and Jessica. I rented a unit from Jessica she was so sweet and caring, before I took charge of the unit I realized that I needed a larger unit, thats when I met Scott who was so pleasant and understanding, he helped me with exiting one unit and renting the right size that I really needed. These two customer service representatives are very good people are they are very knowledgeable regarding the services that they offer.

I would not rent from this facility at all Ive recently had my unit broke into without the lock being tampered with in almost $4,000 worth of merchandise. The employee working was very cold and callous about the situation and did not offer any assistance with contacting authorities to file police report. They also stated that the security camera in my aisle conveniently did not work. Take your hard earned money elsewhere. Dont go through what I did they took sentimental items that were from my mother who just passed away last month. This place is just something else and I would give them no stars if the option was available.

Revised review!! My first unit had mice one ran across Molly feet while showing me the unit. She then gave me another unit, my debit card was charged just for changing all within 3 mins. Now not even 2 weeks later we pick our stuff up not only do they have mice, but they have roaches!! Ive never had roaches and now who knows whats inside my boxes and furniture!!! Never use public storage

I never thought I would need to rent a storage until now. I was very nervous about putting my personal things into a unit without knowing if they were safe. I been having a unit here for a year now and I was getting some belongings out my unit to downsize cause the unit is a lot for me to pay. Deja seen me and asked if I was vacating my unit I told her no that I’m just giving away some stuff cause this unit is a lot for me to pay each month. That’s when she told me that she can downsize me to a smaller unit and it will be cheaper each month. I didn’t know that I could do such a thing.
