Best mechanical place Ive ever dealt with in terms of customer service, price, reliability, and all the above . Ive had all my work done here, from a simple turbo rebuild to full out cab off heads off. Latest was a rare incident...AC compressor bolts sheared off into the block and left my truck hanging. Dropped it off at Justins and had my truck back in the most minimal of times. Never a doubt in my mind with my vehicle in their hands, if I could Id give em 10 stars.

Being in the small business working with the public I know the importance of service with quality and trust. Justin and his crew met all those expectations and much more. From a one on one conversation I knew Justin had the knowledge and experience to take care of my truck. Go to someone that cares about his clients unlike the dealerships that charge you for the sake of charging you only to tell you they think they fixed it and then be rushed out with no explanation. After reading the awesome reviews for Justins Diesel I decided to take my 2007 F350 there for it’s next oil change. I asked them to look the truck over since I had recently bought it. They identified a coolant and oil leak. They recommend I fix the coolant leak $112 and not mess with the oil leak $1200 since it was really small. I was very impressed with the great customer service and honesty. Great service without the BS of being sold something you don’t need right away. I will be going back for my next service and recommend others do the same.Rick

Stopped by Justins on our way thru back to Oklahoma to have my truck looked at and they were super busy. Trucks on every lift, in every bay and even outside. But Dustin immediately took the time to take a look at my issue, Check the truck for any errors or codes and even go for a test drive to see if he could tell what it was doing. He was super nice and did a great job of explaining what he thought might be wrong and giving me my options. We determined that the truck would be OK to make it back home and Dustin and his staff were gracious an understanding. If I ever need anything when Im near Crestview, this shop will be my first choice.

This is my second time to take my truck in for service. I explained to Justin what I needed done to my Ford F 250. Not just a diesel shop. Justin’s shop is the best in the area when it comes to price and service. Never tries to upsell or push things I don’t need. All the staff is very honest and takes the time to explain issues.Update: Not sure what is going on there, but the last time I brought a truck in for a battery issue, was told that the batteries were replaced. Picked the truck up and found a battery missing along with a new problem that wasnt present before. Service is still relatively quick, but this experience leaves a bad taste.

Justin has been doing work for me on my truck since 2007, I highly recommend him to everyone. Good guy, stands behind his work and also willing to help you out, even if its last minute.

Stranded in Destin Fl with a 2008 F-450, bad fuel pump motor. Justin made room for me in the shop and got right on it. Shane installed a new fuel pump motor, got it running again and noticed the belt tensioner had broken and was eating the Serp belt up. They installed a new tensioner and belts and Im good to go again this would have caught me on the road pulling a load and would have been bad. Justin has done several jobs for me on my 6.0 dually. Everything from custom exhaust, egr delete, head bolts, new heads, oil changes, 4x4 repair, etc. I have even brought my truck back w a coolant leak after egr delete, he diagnosed it, and he accepted all responsibility w no argument, and replaced the faulty part w no extra charge! He has been awesome to work with! Very knowledgeable and experienced! Also has done jobs for others I know and they r satisfied as well. Definitely will be giving him my future business and referrals!! 100% satisfied!
