I would like to thank Carl and his team for taking care of my service needs on the fly today. I called my usual places an hour prior to their closing and they could not see me today. Being that I need an urgent oil change and general service I began to call around. My call to American Lube was one hour prior to their closing at seven and they cheerfully stated they are open until 7pm currently and they take customers until closing, so I hurried over!I was greeted and treated with respect and kindness start to finish. This was my first experience of a full service oil change, I was able to drive right in first come first serve, remain seated in my car throughout the service and it was very comfortable. Carl and his team provided me excellent service and I witnessed the highest standard of professionalism at this place of business.I was shown my dirty engine filter and Carl explained the importance of replacing this filter. When I asked about personally cleaning it to prolong its use I was educated on the proper type of filter needed to maintain it myself. Carl was informative and explained I could not safely protect my engine by cleaning and replacing the filter I have currently. He did refer me in the appropriate direction to purchase the lifetime type engine filter I was describing and interested in.I thanked the team personally for their wonderful service and professionalism, and I would like to share my experience so that others may choose to visit this business as well. I have never received such a speedy and detailed oil change service as I was provided today. You all have won my business from a local competitor and the dealership with the outstanding visit I experienced today. Thank you!

The current crew is the best I have experienced at the Crestview location. They were fast, friendly and professional. I have been to this location before where the techs just stood around talking while I waited to be waved into the bay and then I felt they were sketchy. I did not feel like a valued long term customer. Please keep this crew!

Alex was very courteous and quick! He explained that he was the only one working up too that day, and that we may have to wait a few minutes. We didn’t wait more than 5 minutes. He explained what he was doing step by step, all while keeping a smile on his face and being very professional. We will continue to use this business and request that Alex does all of our work!

Ive been taking all my cars here for years. Always affordable and honest, dont try to shove services and products I dont want/need down my throat. They have a very nice and super honest mechanic now, his name is Matt. I truly recommend his work and they rest of this staff. Thanks everyone!

I went to get my oil changed. Alex was great and very professional. He did his job very well and also made sure I knew what he did. I will go back and have him change my oil everytime.

Matt and Carl were awesome just like the lady that referred me to them said! They kept me updated on what the repair involved and showed me the defective parts. They were timely and friendly! I will definitely use American Fastlube again!!

They were very professional and knowledgeable about my vehicle. Their process is very open the tech showed me that the correct amount of oil was installed and that the oil I requested was used.

My husband and I were sceptical at first that such a great job could be done for the bargain we paid. Well we were completely wrong. The staff is fast, polite and very knowledgeable. The waiting room is comfortable and you are able to interact with the crew as well as watch them work. Always friendly and engaging we never leave with a negative vibe. Great guys who wont try to pull the wool over your eyes and they are fast.

The attendant was smoking as I was directed into the bay for service. Once I stopped, the cigarette was pitched out into the parking lot. A full service was requested... I had to request the tire pressure was tested and again to find out if all the tires were normal. I have been going to American Lube Fast for ~ 5 years. This was the LAST time I will get my vehicle services @ ALF!

Like em used em for 10 yrs never had any problems. Sadly have to update this review. I was less than impressed to say the least today. I was treated like it was a problem to even change my oil. I drive a 15qt diesel so its not your typical 20 dollar oil change. Didnt know that they dont carry Rotella anymore until it was too late. Staff obviously overworked. They got the job done but after more than a decade of using them probably done now

Took my wifes car in last Wednesday with no problems just needing an oil change. I drive the car home then left for out of town for work. She calls me because of a noise under the car I automatically know they didnt put the plastic skid plate back on correctly. So me being out of town I can do nothing. She takes the car back on Friday morning they were extremely dishonest with her saying everything looks fine and in place but offered a $45 service to take all tires off and inspect to make sure everything was fine. Well I have to come home on my 1 day off look under the front of the car and imagine this I see exactly where the skid plate has been dragging the ground on both sides with pieces missing impossible to miss especially for a mechanic and where a screw was supposed to be on both sides which were not installed because it looks as if it was ripped off instead of properly removed. So I would steer clear of this place being that she was a woman they just tried to squeeze a little more money out of it because she didnt know any better. On top of this my wife had to take all 3 of our little girls out of the car so they could test drive the car but said they heard nothing. The car will be returning tomorrow!! Causing me to miss a day of work!

I went in for an oil change. They suggested an oil flush due to the mileage and oil condition. They were fast and friendly.

So I told the guy I want the special blend synthetic and they did full and charged me full synthetic price of 75$ when it should have been 56 and then told me they could give me a coupon for 15 off my next I use this place all the time and they seem to get worse fix it drug test them and make them listen I told the guy twice what to use 🤦‍♂️

I do not recommend it, lack of professionalism and responsibility, my car has 7 liters motor oil, they only put 5 3/4 liters. the mistake is unforgivable ...

My mother in law had her oil changed here. After the oil change, the car started jerking and wanted to stall. I checked the oil level, and the level was a quart over. Poor excuse, your suppose to check the dipstick after the oil level is topped off. Part of the mpvi.

In this review Ill cover two experiences. I initially took my car in for an oil change and they were fast, efficient and professional in working with my car -- which is a rather uncommon european car. That experience was very pleasant.Later I needed to return, as unfortunately I needed the oil pan, etc. replaced. They ensured the part they ordered got there quickly.On the day the part arrived they contacted me immediately after it was unboxed. After I arrived, the team was extremely polite and accommodating during the entire repair process and kept me informed of what they were doing with my vehicle. Theyre all very personable and do their best to ensure youre comfortable if you have to wait in the lobby. They make sure that their bathroom is kept as clean as possible, which is also very nice.Ultimately a pleasant experience, the team here is doing their best.

Great staff, fast service

I’ve been coming here for almost two years now. I used to go on base and found out they cut out a piece of the bottom of my car (long story). I started coming here and have had nothing but great service! I love that I can sit in the comfort of my car while they take car of my oil change. They always check my lights and clean my windshield! You can hear them talking to each other during amazing teamwork! All the employees are always so kind! They have it in my profile not to top off my windshield washer fluid, it makes me so happy when I hear them mention it and they all remind each other not to do it. It’s the little things that bring a customer back! I refuse to take my car anywhere else!

Stopped here to get an oil change before driving back to Delaware and was so pleased by the customer service, good prices, and friendly staff. Frank the manager made us feel comfortable and talked and joked with us and Josh did a great job working on our car. I will definitely come back if I’m in the area again and will recommend to my family who live down here to use this place for their car needs.

Place is awesome. Found out that Seth from the blue water store worked up here now. Hes a real straight shooter and doesnt BS you. If theres something wrong with your car they will let you know and the best course of action to fix it. Highly recommend them!

Great service. Was 36.99 for oil change (plus 12.00 for high mileage oil) and they topped off all fluids and made sure there were no problems. Told me to come back between oil changes and they will top fluids off for free up to 5qt

Total amateurs, didnt reset oil service info on my car! They were only worried about their pizza getting cold because they have 2 find time 2 eat around servicing customers. I called & told them about the reset info on my car to which I was told they needed a computer 2 do it & they didnt have one & hung up on me!!!! I looked in my owners manual & it literally took less than 30 seconds to reset!!!!!! Beware what else are they not doing 2 your vehicle??????

I really enjoy getting my car serviced here. Its just like going to the dealership they are full service when it comes to car needs. They always inform me of the recommended services suggested by the manufacturer unlike some other non dealership car service places. The pricing is comepetitive. They show me whats the problem and give me explanations in terms I can understand. I have been places to service my car in the past and felt perhaps they took advantage of me not knowing about cars, but I dont get this feeling here. The service time is more than reasonable. All of the guys are great! They are courteous and personable. The assistant manager,Norman, is awesome as well!

Friendly, but when they pulled out my cabin filter & showed it to me..it was disgusting!! But as I was paying, I got the feeling that they might have scammed me by showing me someone elses filter. The cost almost doubled my bill. But I have no proof.

I went there yesterday and had them put full synthetic in my 2013 Nissan. I just can’t get over how great they were. I didn’t have to get out of my car and they shouted out everything they were doing. I felt like i was a part of the experience and knew the smallest details, including when they were loosening/tightening the oil cap. The entire process was quick and proficient, i was out of there in less than 30 minutes. They also do auto repairs from what they told me. I haven’t had them do any work so i can’t review on that! I should also state that i went in the morning on a week day. You might have a slightly different experience, but it’s the best place in Crestview I’ve been! 10/10 will be returning!

I have been going to this location for a couple years and cant say enough about these guys. I have had everything done from an oil change to an engine replaced. I am there regularly with my family and recommend this to many friends and family. They provide fast, honest and great service and products. This place is awesome in-and-out.

If I could rate this place a zero I would but there’s not an option for that. From the moment I pulled in It felt rushed and like they were trying to get every penny out of me that they could. 10 days later I realized that they did not put my oil cap on. My engine was covered in oil. Spoke with the manager who refused any kind of customer service. If you know what’s best for your car stay away from this place .

All of the employees were nice; they got right on my vehicle.

My wife took her car there for a oil change they told here that the car needed a oil flush. I called spoke to the guy on the phone told him I only wanted a oil chang not a flush just change the oil he told me ok. When my wife was fished they charged her 130 for a flush.

Had a tune up and regular oil changes. Good people, and thorough when checking the vehicle.

They were quick, thorough, and didnt try to sell us on anything we didnt need! Highly recommend.

I usually have no problem with any of them and its usually a fun place but I went today(8/30/19) and a man named SETH was changing my oil and was extremely rude and unnecessary. If you get him, I would highly request someone else.

Do NOT spend your hard earned money here!! *WARNING* Aaron will charge you for services with no explanation and be rude about it at the same time. I havent been talked down to like a child in at least 10 years. I went in for a simple oil change that was supposed to be 25 bucks and got charged for extra quarts that I specifically said no to when offered. Its only a few bucks difference but Im fuming. The only good that came out of this is that I immediately called my bank and they are disputing it. Shady business practices so please be careful when handing over your debit card. If after reading this you still decide to give this business your money stay FAR away and dont deal with Aaron.

Didnt really get one. They should learn what customer service is. Waited 16 minutes before getting frustrated enough to leave. They didnt seem busy, and two employees looked right at me and walked by me twice as they saw me pull in without offering help one time. I wont be back. This isnt a thing at most other oil places Ive been. This was the brand new Crestview location.
