Always seems to have what is needed and great employees every time. Cant complain about this facility or Fox Lake both are top notch.

Aldis a place that you either love or hate. They seem to have everything you would get a regular store like Jewel or Marianos except it doesnt have a lot name brands but the brands they do have are really good and by far cheaper. They have fresh meat and veggies snacks dairy products and frozen goods. If you havent check it out youll be happy. Its clean and the workers are always willing to help as much as they can.

Couldve been better, cashier reminded me that I need to bring exact cash ; if Im not going to use card...if I dont have, I dont have it 😠

So I was very upset with the cashier at the crystal lake Aldi. I paid with cash, she asked me if I had the .65 I said no . She pointed to the sign to pay with the correct change. I said Im sorry I didnt know. Explain to her I havent been in the crystal lake store in awhile. She said very sarcastically its not just this store its all stores. Ive been a every week customer. This is the first time I have had a bad experience.

I like Aldis, for one thing, because of the pricing. Another reason is being able to go in and get shopping done quickly because there is less real-estate to cover. I really love the fun treats from Germany, especially around Christmas!

Not the largest Aldi, but carries a pretty good selection and.. they have a keto bread that my my diabetic husband actually says tastes good 👍. The employees are nice and very helpful, and checkout is usually pretty quick. The price onmost items is lower than other stores ( but you need to know prices.

I can get everything that I I need in groceries fresh and frozen. I have to go to other places to get over the counter medication but thats fine, I love this store just the same.

Always a friendly experience and all the staff is always helpful. The lines depend on the time of the day so if we cant wait 5 or 10 minutes extra, we should wait long enough to grow all this stuff ourselves and not to wait in line. Thanks to all the hard working people.

It is extremely well stocked with Excellent selection organics, local and others.

Ordered over $100 for curbside pickup. They were out of almost everything, so I ended up paying a $2 pickup fee for a $15 order.

Even for a fast 12 to 15 items or less I got in and out quickly with good quality items and with out spending a lot of money.Also, Aldi is doing an outstanding job of keeping their store in Crystal Lake very clean and stocked. Their employees are constantly busy stocking or sanitizing areas.

They are always out of half gallons of skim milk and 1%. They stock too much whole milk.

Aldi is so underrated. There are many great products tucked away in these compact stores. Best place to get a good deal on a few organic items. Some really good organic whole grain breads and there are surprisingly good produce deals. Of course they dont have everything. How could they? Good prices on eggs, butter, milk and take & bake pizza. Interesting German and seasonal items. You have to bag your own items but we should be doing that if we can. Its worth having a look.

Very clean place, very friendly employees and always willing to help, many variety of products and the price very accessible. I pay little and I take a lot the best place to save on your purchases. recommendations; Bring bags for your purchases and a 25 cent coin for your shopping cart.

They always have a good selection of fresh product. Just the basics, and plenty of them. Dinner under $10? Center cut Pork Chops and Sweet corn. Dinner for 3..... They have my vote, for sure.

Usually Aldis produce is very fresh. Bought a bag oh nectarines and selected the best bag. Not even two days later they were rotten and moldy. We have never had that problem before.

I stopped in to get some of the marigolds that are on sale. What a wonderful selection they had at the Crystal Lake store versus the store in Cary.

Prices are reasonable, stock availability is okay, but usually one person at the register which can result to long wait times.

I always buy chocolate here which me and my entire family is addicted to. Last time when I visited I really paid attention to all of the items getting sold in this site and I was pleasantly surprised.I end up buying more then just chocolate and I have to say everything was good and vegetables were fresh !

The Aldi‘s in Machesney park is amazing we’ve come up short on our bill at the checkout pretty embarrassing as the teller can see our looks on our faces and we had our kids she pay the difference which was $20 and gave us an additional $20 out of her pocket. Thank you Aldis check out lady.Oh yeah and the food was great for the most part just don’t try to buy knock off shredded wheat’s not the same

Great produce, organic and perfect almost every time. Great prices and lots of options. Only down sides are lack of some brands, you have to bring your own bags, and carts are returned to get your quarter back, but thats how you save money. Great place to grocery shop.

Easy IN & OUT the store shopping the basic stuff. They have a great selection of products. Sometimes I dont find large little onion : (Prices are really low!!!Over all I love ALDIThe sell a lot so everything is very FRESH.

Employees are friendly, helpful and professional. Check-out lanes are usually fast. If it gets backed up, they are quick to open more lanes. Good selection in food and other various toys and household goods.The chicken cuts are not exceptional. Found them to contain high amounts of ligaments leaving little meat to prepare.

Modern store and still great food. A newbie...cheese curds, yay! Watch if you buy flowers there. Spent $8, they looked great on top but got them home and dead rose buds fell out and 3-4 others broken or dead. 😞 Had about 7 flowers left. Disappointing.

A good place for many basics at a no frills price. Selection can be limited, but quality is usually very good. Store layouts can be confusing, and bring your own shopping bags. Best deals if you watch the weekly flyers and get there early. Staff are friendly and helpful. Does not accept coupons, but debit/credit cards (Visa or MC) are ok.

Aldi is simply fantastic. While not a superstore, they dont carry everything I would like on a shopping trip, their prices cant be beat. Savings range from a few pennies to a dollar or more per item but there is always a savings.

Very good prices on your basic grocery stuff. Do not expect to get everything you need here. Lines at the check out are fast. You could stop in at lunchtime, get in get out and back to work.

Must try their Señor Rico rice pudding! The milk and breads are always affordable.

Aldi has been upgraded in recent years and offers a wider variety of higher quality food and household items. I have enjoyed shopping there and saving much money. Dont forget a quarter for the cart.

Aldis was very busy when I visited. I just wish they had a greater number of people to man the registers when busy. Be sure to bring your own bags and a quarter to unlock the grocery cart. Milk prices were very good and they had a good variety of m off named products.

Id n vee been to Aldi but I was surprised at the selection. Lots of different foods and actually good quality. Great for snacks or to cook a meal. Just make sure you have a quarter on u, you have to rent the cart

Prices are moderate compared to the high price chains. They need to add just a few more basics like Worcestershire sauce and shake and bake. There brand would be fine.

Was also there today. If this chain grows unit numbers, holds pricing and quality, expands the store footprint, the big boys will have some serious thinking to do. ALDI has become my goto store for at least 50% of product needs. Two visits I believe will sell a new customer into to come back mode...and always new stuff as they grow. SAVE $$$.

This aldis is a good one. Always find lots of good stuff to try here, they recently changed it around so the isles are wider too.

Staff is friendly, prices are incredible, but I had a really tough time finding what I needed due to vague overhead labels and placement.

Crystal Lake Aldi much better than Lake Zurich, with bigger/better selection; more registers open with faster check out; and more staff on the floor
