I walked in with the intentions to buy a new iPhone. I was greeted upon entering shown where the iPhones were and had a very brief talk with the salesperson. I had to use my own phone and Google to compare features and decide the phone I wanted. After not being acknowledged by any sales people in the next 20 minutes or so I decided to take my business to another store. This was by far the worst verizon store Ive been to in my 12 years as a customer
The staff was super nice!! I’m glad it wasn’t just “business, business, business” all the time and we actually talked to the person which lead to us buying more things than we expected to. Our employee was Rachael :) she was lovely and we were talking about making soup. Uh yea, pretty cool place.
Although initially polite to welcome me in, but over the period of conversation that politeness was missing and kind of became rude behavior. Go to different verizon store.

Walked in, wasnt greeted when I came in. Looked around a little bit. No one had still even looked my way or said hello. I was never approached. I needed help finding an item and no one was willing to help me or pay me any mind. So I walked out. Ill be buying all my gadgets from somewhere else that actually cares about customers.
I entered the store with the intent of getting a new phone. The only requirement I had was to retain the Motorola Gestures by getting a Motorola phone. I requested this of the salesperson and he claimed that Motorola no longer offers this. I claimed I just confirmed the ONE 5G UW and RAZR both have this gesture feature. He argues they do not. I explained I literally just did this with the models on the shelf in his store. He claimed only the RAZR did this. Im not a fan of being lied to and cheated by shady sales people, so I left. I will not return to this store.
Sent an associate to this store to purchase an IPhone 12. We have sixteen lines on a Verizon business account. No one was in the store and he was told we need to call for an appt. The employee went back in and was on his phone. Very rude and didn’t even try to help.Unbelievable someone can be that bad and show no customer service. No reply needed. We will never be back.
We went in to purchase a new Iphone and the employee was cold and distant. It was hard to get answers and when I left I felt like I had been a bother. We will travel further to a different verizon going forward.
Overall it was a great experience! I had the pleasure of working with a Representative named James. He was fantastic to work with.
I had a great experience when I went there to get a SIM card for a new phone that I had purchased online(Verizon didnt sell the model I wanted). I went in the store and was quickly helped by a very friendly sales person.
Not a lot of value. They no longer have a device to pull information off a damaged phone. Its less expensive to purchase items off Amazon, and they have a better return policy. Kind of a wasted trip.
I stop in, guy asks what I’m there for; I tell him I’m there to buy a new iPhone (I knew they had it in stock bc another Verizon store checked), and then he says they will only take appointments made online or curbside pickup (even though it says in-store shopping online). I ask if there’s any way they can help me out since I’m there and the store is empty and he says no.So I go back to my car, look at the online appointments and nothing is available until hours later that evening. I take a phone call and for the next 30 minutes this guys sits at the front desk messing around with his phone. Not one person comes for curbside pickup or for any appointments made online. Three people in the store and for 30 minutes they sat around and one of them moved a small table. Im sure more of the same went on long after I left.What a joke — whoever manages or owns that business should be aware. You’re paying lazy people to turn away business. I was probably the easiest kind of sale that comes through a Verizon store.
Disappointing service. No effort to accomadate customer. Employee attitude was cold and distant. Wasted time to drive there. Verizon should just close physical stores and sell online only.
We had a very nice young man named Travis here in Delaware,Oh. We are elderly and know little about technology. He answered all questions and was very respectful.

You have to give your phone number before you can even ask a question. Dont like the youre a number attitude. Asked if they had an item when I finally got waited on and instead of communicating with me about the item in question, the rep goes in the back, gets an item he assumes I want and begins ringing it up. It isnt even the item I asked for. Will find another Verizon store. I know others who have complained about this location.
When I was a Verizon customer, this was my store. And the last time I was there they were the friendliest most helpful people in the store of the Verizon stores I had been in in the past. Their manager was just off nice fella he wanted to help he wanted to serve he wanted his stored and meet your needs and they usually did. This place is friendly and helpful
Dan was GREAT! Super helpful, not pushy but ready to answer any question that we had about service or phones. We just came in the add a line and buy a Sim card.
My husband and I walked into this store and no one approached us to see if we needed any help. We waited almost 30 minutes. When we came up to an employee and asked if we could get help, the guy apologized as we walked out. I came back in and asked for the manager and he pointed to the guy who had not even been on the floor. I told him what happened and he asked if we checked in or not. I said to him that I didn’t see a sign that I needed to do that. He says “now you know.” I told him that I been going here for years and never had to do that. I asked him where that sign was I told him that there was a female employee who had finished with a customer and walked around and never approached us and bothered to see if we had been helped. There was another make employee who finished with his customer and played on his phone and never looked around to see if anyone else needed help. That is retail 101. Poorly managed and customer service is in dire need.
My husband and I went in to buy him a new phone on 9/27/19. We were helped by a James Peszlen who was very friendly and helpful. He gave us an estimate of our next bill and what our ongoing monthly bill would be. Well, when I got those bills they were a lot more than he said they would be, almost $50 more. Ive left him two voicemails on his mobile phone number that he provided to us at the time of the sale. His message says he will call back within 24 hours. He has yet to call me back. When I tried to call the store directly you just get sent to an automated number and there is no way to talk to anyone in the store. My only option is to physically go back to the store and hope to catch him. I ended up going online and chatting with someone online about the increase. I didnt get any satisfaction from them until I threatened to complain to the Ohio Attorney General. Only then did they agree to at least credit back a one time amount for the difference in my next bill.
Always able to help or they send me to the place that can like my screen protector they could not it to stay on my phone. They was able to send me to the shop that could do it

Been here three or four times and the staff is helpful and give me the best deal. I’ve been to other places and haven’t had great service. Will drive 30 mins to use this store instead of the ones in my area

This is a nice retail store for Verizon everyone was really nice they meet and greet you at the door ready and willing to help theyre very informative so please check it out its off of 36 37 and those guys are great have a good day

This place will do a bait and switch on you just to sell a phone. They told me my phone would be covered with insurance and then they sent it back via the warranty program and I was charged for a new phone on my verizon bill, my bill was a pleasant $460.00..priceless! right in time for Christmas. Guess what? the store got paid for a new phone being sold when they told me it would be covered. Very sneaky and tricky. You got me once Verizon you wont get me again. I will cancel Verizon as soon as I can. STAY AWAY from this store. Fraudulent business practices.

Couldnt get through to store after multiple attempts today. Went in person at 3p, was told there would be an 88 minute wait. However, others were complaining they had been there for two hours and were still waiting. I also waited on hold for 30 minutes for tech support earlier in day before giving up.All of this because I bought a new phone last night that is defective. So all around, not loving Verizon.
I always have a good experience when I go to this Verizon store. Theyre very helpful, knowledgeable, and arent as pushy as other stores Ive been in.

Best Verizon store in the area. I use to go to the Polaris location but the wait there was always long. The management and staff at this store just get it. A+ customer service from the moment we walked in. We will always use this store going forward.

Everytime we go here they give us the run around on fixing our issues and end up increasing our bill. THEY MANAGED TO SELL MY WIFE AN INCREASE IN OUR MONTHLY CONTRACT AND HER PHONE DOESNT EVEN WORK!!!! Totally taking advantage of a woman. I will never let her go back to this store!
I had problems with Verizon in the past and wasnt planning on switching providers. After discussing my girlfriends accounts Amanda Knapp took time to talk to me about old problems I had, what I needed In a phone, and things I was missing out on. I ended up getting a new phone and plan! Amanda was awesome! You just dont get that kinda personal help or concern now a days. Completely changed my views and opinion of Version! If you visit this location definitely ask for her!

I am a Customer Service Professional and deal with all types of personalities every day. What I thought would be a great start of a good lasting relationship was shattered like the Screen Protector they recommended from Zagg for my wifes new Iphone Xr. When I am told things happen and you can replace it for just$10 here or at Polaris I was not very happy. Then my daughters new phone is having issues and suddenly I need to send it back for a refurbished one is not what I wanted to hear. That less than 2 weeks and several thousands in commitment over the next 2 years and these are answers you provide. Thanks Chris for less than nothing. Less than 10 days to lose a family of customers for life. That has to be a record! Hope someone can reach out to me and fix it.
Made the switch from AT&T easy and provided extra education tricks on the phone, great service and people hereEdit: It seems the switch program is just a way to swindle you, its a giant bait-and-switch game. Im a dot my is cross my ts kind of guy and Ive now been working for three months to get Verizon to uphold their end of the bargain where when I send in my receipt the mark it as invalid and will not give a reason, I just need to re-send it. Meanwhile AT&T is talking about sending me to collections, mainly because Verizon has dropped the ball.

Edit: I will never go back. I needed a new phone and decided on the S7. There was a bundle deal with a case, tempered glass screen protector, and car charger. The protector was opened and applied by an employee. After getting the phone home, I noticed that the screen protector doesnt adhere to the screen completely, namely the edges bc the screen is curved so dust and junk gets under it. Went back today and was told by 2 employees that not only is this store aware of this issue (kept calling it a halo) but there is no glass protector that fits the S7 properly. **I was not told this during the purchase, nor given any other option for a screen protector** Also, I have no recourse bc the protector was applied to a phone so it cant be returned, and they dont have any other protectors anyway. I left and called Customer Service, who within about 5 minutes credited me the cost of the protector. The rep stated that none, NONE of what happened should have happened. Also, he said that stores work on commission. So, word to the wise: if you go here, do your own research and buy what you know will work. These employees cannot be trusted and wont fix an issue that they created. They apparently will just sell you garbage, knowing full well that it doesnt work properly.My original 5 star review:After an abysmal experience at an authorized Verizon retailer across town, we came here. It was like night and day! Blake was polite, spoke to each of us (the phone we were activating was for my mom), didnt try to sell us junk, and was super clear and efficient. We were in and out in about 10 minutes! We had a very positive experience and wont go anywhere else. Thanks Blake!
I went for iphone 6s - 64 GB and sales person entered all my details without checking inventory in store. Later on after a hard pull to my credit; he checked with manager and says we dont have stock of 64GB and trade-in credit cant be applied towards phone.I would expect sales to be sure what they are offering to customer before proceeding. Disappointed.
Went in there for a new phone while on contract, after reviewing a few options, the rep offered me an option to buy a phone that day and switch to prepaid account. Which would cut my bill by half I specifically asked if I would be charged for early termination fee she said no. So of course I did. Was in there for an hour with no mention of any fees. Come to find out after they sent the fee to collection. Went into the store for help. They called me a liar and sent me away very upset. I got ripped off and no theres nothing nobody can do. Dont go in there.
I have been to several stores in the area and every single one of them messes something up every single time, except for this store. Their customer service is excellent and whenever one of the other stores messes something up I go to this one to have it fixed. I even used the people in this store to help my mom and dad switch from Sprint to Verizon and my brother-in-law switch from AT&T to Verizon all with no issues whatsoever.Long story short, this is the only Verizon store I trust anymore.

Dont Risk your account.Do not use this store, while the sales people may be helpful. They allow access to modify accounts to people that are NOT authorized users. They also fail to follow some corporate rules to keep that from happening. Keep in mind the manager did call me back only to tell they did nothing wrong. Well an Unauthorized user modified my Monthly Bill.That is CERTAINLY wrong and not a store to do business with, especially if you value principles.First time I looked away, second time not so much.
