Just want to say Im giving 5 starts to Thomas Stocks!!! He has been just a wonderful delight through my journey with zales. Ive had a lot of issues with my ring and living in a tiny town far away from any zales, its hard to communicate. Most people who have communicated with me in the past havent been very accommodating. Thomas is personally just great.Great personality and very personal. He has called me on multiple occasions to keep me updated on the status of my ring and has done his best to make things right! I dont like being treated like a machine and every person is different, Im super thankful for Thomas being amazing. Its hard these days to get good customers service because someone is genuine not because their putting on a fake expression. So thank you thank you for making me feel like your only customer.
You should believe some of the reviews mentioning the staff not taking younger people seriously and having an attitude. Ive walked in twice for a routine ring inspection and ring repair and the guy who works there out of nowhere gives me the biggest attitude. When I came in to find out my new finger size, I took the rings on and off to get a feel of their fit. He yelled at me telling me to just let the ring stay on. Another time, he was demeaning towards me because I accidentally put my own ring on wrong after picking it up from repair. He said You put it [the ring] on wrong, I even handed it to you on the correct side. Ive never treated them like anything but equal. I get there are mostly bad customers around, but they dont need to be rude to customers who did nothing to them. Too bad there isnt a different Zales location nearby that I can visit instead.
I had a recent experience at the Zales of Cherry Creek that was a must share with the community. Thomas Stocks, an associate at the store, was invaluable in helping me get my ring fixed. They sent it in to get fixed and when it came back, it looked like a totally different ring, much to my dismay. Thomas was outraged and sent the ring back in to be redone. Weeks went by, there was a hold up at the repair shop, but Thomas made sure he called me every few days to relay to me any updates even when there were none. Finally, today Thomas called with the good news my ring was ready. It looks beautiful and it never would have happened without Thomass help. Please seek him out if you are shopping at Zales. Please district manager if you are reading this, promote Thomas Stocks to a store manager!!!
DO NOT TRUST THEIR RING ADJUSTMENT DEPARTMENTS!I brought in a ring passed down through my family to be resized.Not only did Zales never email me back that the ring was back in shop for pickup (we hadnt heard from them in a month).To top if all off, one of the Amethyst stones was not set in place and fell out sometime after picking up the ring. This is such a poor excuse for a nationwide brand. Waste of time and money. Now this ring is ruined because we dont have a side stone.Just spend the extra cash at a real jeweler who will actually care for your loved ones items.

My watch that I got from zales in Arizona, its beyond repair. Loved that watch an I was disappointed to not have it fixed. Thomas is amazing, he pulled out a similar watch for me to try. It was more cost smart to get a new watch. Thomas took out the links for my watch to fit me. Happy happy
I would give zero stars if I could. I asked the lady for help twice!!! She said hold on and kept assisting people who came in AFTER I did. After the people told her she could help me first she finally came to me but with an attitude. I just told her I no longer wanted to look at the ring and I left. Won’t be returning

We visited Zales at Cherry Creek and the experience was literally worth 0 stars. We’re in our mid/late 20’s but both look very young and it couldn’t have been more obvious that the ENTIRE staff didn’t take us seriously. This was the first ring store we visited so i was unsure of what i wanted and the staff offered zero guidance whatsoever. They gave no details on any of the rings they showed us (cut, color, clarity etc) and only mentioned price (assuming our budget was literally 1/10 of what it actually was). They were super rude and acted annoyed and put off that we were there. I left the store more unsure of what i wanted when i walked in and was degraded in the process. The way the staff treated us was absolutely disgusting. We will be going to a custom jeweler now. This experience was trash and honestly really saddening.
I purchased diamond earrings from Zales in Park Meadows mall as a gift that didn’t work out. I attempted to return the new, unused earrings when the “manager” greeted me as I was bothering her and told me I was unable to return them as I was 4 days outside of the 30 day return date. As I attempted to gain understanding as to what my options were she began to sigh, grunt and talk over me. I told her she was acting unprofessional, disrespectful and asked for someone else to assist me. She replyed by saying she was the manger as she laughed and said her employee was the only other person here. Thankfully when I asked this gentleman for assistance he quickly responded, allowed me to speak and offered a gift card for the retuned amount that did not expire and could be used at a later date. Thankfully this supervisor had a subordinate that was professional with the ability to listen, show empathy and problem solve unlike his supervisor. I will Not be returning to Park Meadows Zales again.
An absolutely terrible experience. Please please please do not give these people your money. I have been waiting for my wedding band for 4 months - during COVID so it’s understandable but still frustrating. Went to cancel my order entirely but they can’t do that because it’s past the return period. But I do not have my ring yet. Beyond frustrating. Absolutely awful customer service. Also, tried calling them many times to ask about this and no one answered. Finally called Park Meadows to get information. Do not go here.——3 week later updateWanted to update as I needed to continue to do business with them as they won’t refund me. Went back to exchange my wedding band. The sales associate was very rude and so far from helpful. Truly an awful experience on something that should be enjoyable. Go anywhere else.
The upgraded ring I got as a gift from my husband is beautiful!! We love the lady who assisted us, she remembers my husband when he first went in to purchase my engagement ring and is a dear when we go by. I will update this with her name for everyone’s reference. Called every week to get my necklace fixed and start the insurance policy. (Got it as a Christmas gift from my boyfriend) The store was closed till further notice. Called to ask if I can drop it off. No answer after a FULL hour. I asked on the google maps review and someone said yes to dropping it off AND fixing it. I called the store again to ask where the drop off is. They tell me that they cant fix my necklace but instead I knew the hours 11am-5pmWitch it just turned 11.... When I called.
I went there to ask a few questions about a ring, the man that had helped me answered all my questions fine but was kind of rude. I ended up wasting my time because they couldn’t help me at all.

Tried to have a bracelet repaired that was purchased from zales only 2 weeks ago. they tried to sell me other things and told me to call customer assistance on their website instead. not helpful at all. also i made a complaint to corporate worst customer assistance ever. Buyer Beware
I went into this location after having my engagement ring fixed several times. You see 4 days after my exciting proposal a diamond feel out. After almost a year and the diamond continuously falling out and being without my ring while the took weeks to fix it I decided to try this azalea location for help. What I received was the most up empathetic and out right rude service. The sales man literally called my engagement ring “a lump of metal” and “nothing to be upset about”. I still can not wear my ring the diamond falls out and is lost. They actually said “maybe I need a better quality ring”, obviously they don’t even think their jewelry they sell is good quality. It has been a source of tension in my engagement and we have yet to even start planning because my $1,200 ring that is very simple and elegant in appearance is missing its stone. I have a life long repair policy which I won’t use due to a year of effort of me going back and forth to have it repaired and it still not being in useable shape. Maybe $1,200 isn’t that much to Zales and their staff but to me and my fiancé it was more than enough for a small what we thought would be quality piece. I wouldn’t recommend Zales for dog jewelry let alone anything else. I would recommend your staff receive some training however. I’m currently enjoying looking at my ring in a box with the stone missing... I guess I’ll walk down the isle with it in the box. Thanks Zales you definitely let a memory for a lifetime. Sic

My fiance now my wife were hoping to get are rings before the wedding well guess what time passed are weeding was in 4 months and no ring to be found next thing you know it wasnt even the right size had to barrow a ring from a friend b/c I still didnt have mine its awful service if you plan on buying from them don t they just waist your time never ever buying anything from them worse thing is they tell you the ring is there but it never is they make you go for nothing. Plus you have to call them b/c they never call you when your ring is there already like if its your job to remind them

Even though I decided not to purchase a piece of jewlery from Zales. Zales was very attentive and on point on customer service. I initially had put down a $600~ deposit, but when I decided not to purchase anything I got back my deposit in less than a week.
This is by far the very best Zales location. I ordered online and delt with a month of hassle to have the ring show up the wrong size. I took it to the store after talking to corporate. The manager took every opportunity to make the situation right and even apologized for errors made with the online costumer service. He made sure I left happy and all my needs had been fulfilled. My ring is amazing and better than the one I received from online. The ring he picked out and helps me with is by far better than the original one I picked!! By far the very best costumer service I received.
Its not our fault, it was UPSs fault. This is the response I got after picking up a ring days after we paid to expedite a resizing. The woman working the front was actually very nice and went to check if we they could wave the fee. To which the manager said its not our fault, assumed zero responsibility and refused to wave the fee. O, and also they didnt size the ring correctly.
Worst service I’ve ever had. Customer support takes over an hour to answer and when you call store you have to call multiple times to even get through and for them not too answer. I had an appointment for a budding repair on the wedding band I just bought and they can’t even give you directions on how to come in when the whole mall is blocked off. Never buying from them again.
This place is F’d up! Went to do an exchange and left without an item. The lady that helped me told me to look around and she decides to do a return and gave me a receipt and asked me what I wanted, I was confused when I seen the return receipt cause I clearly told her I wanted to do a straight exchange, if I couldn’t do it I obviously wanted that item back. She then told me it was too late she already processed the return and that I can purchase an item again. I told her why would I purchase something if I wanted an exchange? She told me that they didn’t do exchanges only returns. I left the store and came back, talked to a manager and she said THEY CAN DO EXCHANGES! I was so upset cause I really wanted to leave with a new item not a freaking paper. Now I gotta wait for my money to credit back into my account. Smh. F this place.
The worst place with the worst customer service I have ever been to. I gave them an initial refundable deposit for a purchase to block the item and later decided to not purchase it. I asked them for a refund when I was in town and they said their systems had IT issues. For 3 months, they kept on saying that their systems were going changes. The lady at the store is rude and unprofessional.I finally ended up calling Zales customer service, they promised Ill have refund in 3-4 weeks. Its been 3 months now and no refund.

I went into Zales at Cherry Creek to have a ring resized. Jose was very attentive and provided us with our options because I was sizing down by 3 sizes. He gave us his recommendation of a special order to keep the integrity of the ring, explained everything we needed to know while being direct and friendly. I have yet to pick up the ring but I wanted to provide this review to show that I appreciate the professionalism and time Jose spent with us in getting the ring resized.
Manager is a joke! The staff is actually very nice but if they want to sell products they better hire someone who knows how to deal with customer service. Get a new manager!

Walked into Zales wanting to simply get an estimate on some rings for my engagement coming up. I was helped by Angie Trujillo. What a terrible experience. I gave her my price range, went over to see what they had and was shown nothing but rings completely out of my price range. After about 15 minutes of trying to explain that I wanted something simple she pushed me time and time again into looking at rings thousands of dollars over my price range. She then proceeded to tell me she could check to see if was approved for a loan. I gave her my info simply to see if it was an option like she explained. Finally after it all I left with not a single idea of what options they have at Zales for me as every option she gave me was completely un realistic. It was like she was a salesman trying to make her quota for the month. Not personable in any way at all. After I was home for a couple days I received something in the mail from Zales. Turns out she wasnt approving me for a loan but instead signed me up for the Zales Credit Card.... What a dissapointment. I Work in sales, and let me tell you, this is NOT how you gain trust from a customer and fill their need.
Absolutely hands down some of the worlds worst customer service!! Its really sad when you spend good money on jewelry that you hope to last a lifetime but you cant even get help with maintenance for the jewelry. I dread every time I have to take care of something with my jewelry!!!
My husband and I have been waiting for 20 min to purchase a gold chain. No acknoledgement from the staff who then proceeded to serve customers who came in later ignoring us. There are plenty of mediocre chain jewelry stores that can provide a higher level of customer service.

My boyfriend bought me a pendent necklace with a thin chain. After 2 months with my necklace, the chain broke. He purchased the warranty, so we brought it in. Took three weeks to get my necklace back. After picking up the repaired chain, it broke in the same spot the next day. We again, brought the necklace in to be fixed, and for the pendent to be cleaned. Another three weeks later, we picked up the chain and it was soldered so terribly the store immediately took it back, to get repaired AGAIN. After another two weeks, we picked up the chain and it was soldered terribly AGAIN in two places. It was also not cleaned. I took my necklace to the location at the Colorado Mills mall. They immediately replaced and upgraded the chain for me, and cleaned my pendent. This location is unprofessional, without standards, and not concerned with customer satisfaction.
Awful customer service and manager VERY unprofessional!!!!! Purchased a ring hoping to get it back from sizing within 2-3 weeks. Month and a half later still NO ring!!!! Called the store to get an update but got every excuse in the book on why I still have not received my ring! Called store manager to let him know i wanted a refund and got nothing but attitude from him! On a positive note I did received a call from an associate Angie that followed up with me and wanted to apologize for my bad experience.

Consistently bad service. Employees at the store are often rude. Have had to have my ring repaired two times here because it kept being fixed improperly. Takes very long, and on top of that it “fell through the cracks” for them to call me when it was ready! Additionally, heard 3 different stories about where my fiancé’s ring was from them within one day. Would not shop here again but our warranty is with Zales.

I asked the sales associate, Angie, whether there was a Saks Fifth Avenue in the mall or nearby, and she rudely told me, I dont know...go look at the directory. Then she walked away without saying anything further.She just stayed at the register and wouldnt even turn around when I asked her another question.Terrible people. Terrible service!
Do not go to Belmar, they are lazy and uncaring at this location.I had my finances ring soldered together and it came back crooked and with huge gaps. The two old folks just stared at us with their mouths open and acted like we were wrong.Will try to go back to Cherry Creek to get better service, hopefully they do not screw it up there.The two old folks working at Belmar location act like they are burdened by customers and would rather sit in a chair waiting to die.
The quality of products Zales offers is HORRIBLE. I have been engaged for 14 months and absolutely love the ring my fiance picked out for me. I would love it more if I didnt have to turn it in 4 different times because diamonds keep falling out of it. In the 14 months I have been without it about a total of 4 months. This is truly upsetting esp. when the store and company will do nothing to help me besides sending it away to be repaired. The store manager is ignorant and rude. He blames the diamonds falling out on the technology they use to make the ring...So why are they still selling it and why wont they do anything for me when they clearly cannot make a ring that stays together????? On top of that, I was told this is why people buy warranties. While that is true, you dont expect to be turning in your ring after a month of having it and then every couple months after that. I have also been lied to about the date it was going to be returned from repairs. They will not make mine a priority even though all of the hassle I have had to go through and told me I would have to pay another $35 if I wanted it rushed. I have reported this to corporate expecting to hear from a DM, but that hasnt happened yet either. Getting engaged is wonderful, but when you have a nightmare of a ring and have to deal with a nightmare of a store it is very upsetting and ridiculous.**update - received my ring back from a repair 5 weeks ago and another diamond has fallen out. I still havent heard from a DM and there is nothing they will do about it. I also turned them into the BBB and they missed the deadline to reply. They clearly dont care about their horrible service or quality of their products.
My husband bought my ring from this location in July 2015, and unfortunately this Zale’s is the closest to us so I bring it here for inspections and free cleanings. The customer service is awful, they’re only nice to you if you’re buying something. They ALWAYS have an attitude when I only go in for inspections or cleanings; I actually stopped going in for cleanings because I don’t want to deal with these people and their attitudes if I don’t have to. Another issue I have is when my ring gets sent out for repairs, the estimated time of completion is always wrong; I usually get my ring back a week later than estimated. And the repairs are slow, the fastest time a repair took was 3 weeks which I think is pathetic. I recently got a ring from Helzberg Diamonds at the Denver Premium Outlets and had to get it sized, I dropped the ring off on a Friday evening and got a call Tuesday morning (yep, 4 days later) that my ring was ready for pick up, so 4+ weeks for a repair is absolutely pathetic.So, I will not be buying any new jewelry from any Zales, nor will my friends or family. They do repairs, cleanings and inspections but don’t expect an ounce of customer service or timelines.

The absolute WORST experience Ive ever had with a company ever. If I had read the reviews online before going I would have never ever had brought my business to this location. I have had nothing but great experiences at Zales in ABQ NM where we are from so I guess I expected the same. My fiancé proposed to me in Denver and instead of waiting to get back home to send out for sizing and purchase a matching band we decided to go to Zales in the Cherry Creek mall so that I would receive my ring faster. At the time of purchase everything was great go figure right? They knew we were eager so they offered us rush delivery little did we know we were making a monumental mistake. We were told the ring would be in Oct. 27th (that didnt happen) and that it would be shipped overnight to ABQ. On Oct. 30th they called and said your ring is here come pick it up anytime! I informed them that the ring was to be shipped to ABQ. Nobody knew anything about it. I contacted the store everyday after to see if it had shipped and got nothing but the run around everyday. I call again Wednesday and was told that it shipped the day before. I asked if it was overnighted and they said they didnt know. Every time I call nobody knows anything and I get told well I wasnt here or I dont know who shipped it. Nobody knows ANYTHING! Its Nov 3rd I still dont have my ring but was FINALLY provided a tracking number which, surprise surprise, doesnt pull any information! Called again tonight and was told maybe Monday or Tuesday. Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE else but this store!!! Theyve turned such a special occasion into the worst experience of my life. I may also mention how completely mortifying it is whenever someone asks to see my ring and I dont have it after we made the announcement on social media and posted pictures of the ring.
Can someone PLEASE create a rating system that allows you to rate BELOW 1 star!?!?! I have SO much to say about my experiences with Zales to warn consumers to shop elsewhere if they want to feel like they did not just lose not only money, but precious moments of their lives as well by the time they are done dealing with this circus of a company!! ESPECIALLY THE CHERRY CREEK STORE!!! A location that most would hope and expect to offer EXCELLENT Customer Service and Appreciation given the area it is in and the clientele they primarily deal with, but NOOOOO!!! That is NOT EVEN CLOSE to what you receive at this store! I have been forced by their ridiculous policies to have to return to them upon numerous occasions in my many attempts to resolve the multitude of issues and concerns that have evolved due to their under educated, under trained, uninterested staff members who make it all to clear that you are imposing on their time by just walking into the store! God forbid you have the misfortune of having to call them on the phone! I actually drove there and watched the employees standing around joking while I was in the store, all the while I was on hold on a call I placed 20 minutes prior to leaving my home and driving 25 minutes to the store and 10 minutes walking through the mall to their store! It took almost 10 minutes of being in the store before anyone spoke to me to inquire as to what I needed and then addressed me about being on the phone while they were trying to help me! I said well dont you have a call on hold that you need to take? The saleslady replied that it was alright, they could wait. About 30 seconds later it clicked that HOW WOULD I KNOW THAT?!?! I then showed her the length of the call and asked for a Manager who conveniently had already left for the day. Then we proceeded to the next complaint, which is that I had an item on layaway and was trying to pick it up. Of course that couldnt happen because MUCH TO MY SURPRISE, the lady did not know how to add the discount onto my purchase that I HAVE IN WRITING from the original saleslady saying that the discount could not be applied until the item was in the store! Then I was trying to make a payment to ensure it did not get returned and was told that I cannot make a payment with my credit card. Someone else saved that poor untrained girl from catching a loudly spoken and long winded opinion from me that night. They got the payment to process and I left with a promise that I would get a call from the Manager the next day....STILL WAITING and that was in MAY!!! Then when I made another attempt to purchase my item and address the issue I had gone through the last time I was in, I was informed that I had to deal with the specific person who made the sale. Who, you guessed it, was not in! She was on Vacation!!! Another attempt made and the lady on the phone stated that she was a temporary manager sent to assist the store in getting on track. Also, that the saleslady I dealt with was out for an injury and that she would contact her and you guessed it, call me the next day to let me know when I was able to go pick up my item. STILL WAITING!!! Then tonight I tried to inquire about picking it up and was informed that I am no longer able to receive the discount I have in writing I was to receive because it had expired! I would have needed to pick it up prior to it expiring WHICH I TRIED TO DO TWICE!!! Now I am stuck with paying FULL PRICE if I want the item for my boyfriends birthday Saturday or waiting until the next sale on mens bands is held and picking it up then, but it would only be like 10% off which is FAR LESS than the discount I WAS PROMISED IN WRITING TO RECEIVE. A discount I was offered for BEING SUCH A GREAT CUSTOMER AND SPENDING SUCH A GREAT AMOUNT OF MONEY WITH ZALES!!! What a F*#kin Joke!!!! I can HONESTLY SAY that THEY WERE FOOLISH TO SQUABBLE OVER AN EXPIRATION DATE with how theyve treated me! Not to mention the amount of shopping that I TRULY DO!!! Anyone seen Pretty Woman where Julia Roberts tells the snobby ladies BIG MISTAKE.BIG, HUGE!!!
Sales associate convinced us this set would be perfect for us, its in our price range, and we went with it. Paid over $30 extra to have both wedding and engagement ring sized and they came back three weeks later, badly resized. The rings are extremely uneven, both with a line where they were cut and resized. Not to mention Ive worn the rings for less than a month, significantly less, and they are tarnished!! The diamonds (white sapphire and cubic zirconia?) dont even shine anymore literally, they look dull and the edges of the rings are blackended and lost the silver color already. I have worn an $80 promise ring from pandora for 8 months with absolutely no color change/tarnishing and theyre supposed to be the cheap store. NEVER coming back and I hope to get a full refund and return these ugly things!!
Dont even bother coming here. Theyve had my ring since December 29th and guess what its April now!!!! Theyve mislead and lied to me multiple times. They said itll be 2 weeks for a resize. Nope thats not true now you cant get more than one size per time so there goes another 2 weeks. Oh then they lost diamonds great. Now itll be 8-12 weeks for a order in the right size. Okay well 12 almost 13 weeks later your ring is ready. Yay. Just kidding lets waste 45 minutes of your time and THEN add another 20 minutes because we dont have a manager here on duty. Sucks for you. Oh and then the price for the warranty they FORCE you to buy before picking up your rings has changed 3 times!!!!! The icing on the cake is cherry creek rips you off and charges you parking. So not only am I late to work I have to pay parking because they took over an hour to pick up a ring. Did I mention, Im the only one here??! Its not like theyre busy. We will never be coming back to this location and we will never purchase a zales ring or zales anything.
Would give zero stars if I could. There is a reason this Zales is the lowest rated in the Denver Metro area. Unacceptably rude and unprofessional staff who refuse to provide any solutions to problems with their products. Dont bother going to management either because they are just as despicable and unhelpful who will cut you off mid discussion and refuse to hear any more. Guess their just too upset they didnt get the job at Tiffanys in the CC Mall and had to settle for the lower end brand.

Staff is very rude unless you are buying from them, or unless you look like you have money make sure you wear designer clothing and flash some cash to get any decent service.
Waited for 30 minutes for someone to help me get my semiannual ring cleaning. I was one of three people in there. Ridiculous time to wait for a simple thing.
