I came to pick up a Uhaul that I had reserved. I showed up at my reservation time, the place is closed, no truck in site, and no one would answer the phone or call me back. In a surprise to no one, this place is a dump.

Good customer service

The customer service was exceptional. The rental process was fast and smooth. They answered all my questions and were also able to accommodate my lastminute request for different truck-size. Would highly recommend.
