The worst experience Ive ever had. first time I buy a car in payment and last. Richard one of the salespeople at the car dealership was very convincing and attentive as you signed the contract with the dealership after you sign and pay they no longer know you. He does not answer calls or messages even though they still have a commitment to you.

Stay away from this place! We purchased a truck and ended up paying over $ 7,500 of interest in the one year we financed it. I always paid additional and when confronted i received an absurd explanation why out of $1,000 I paid per month $961 went to interest.Also a week after we purchased it I tried to pay $10,000 towards it and they did not accept it. This place and their ridiculous financing is wrong on all levels! Sad to see the dishonesty within our community.

I got my truck here 3 years ago with a $5,000 down payment. Yes I know I should have gone to the dealership and gotten a new one unfortunately I was rebuilding my credit at the time and didnt qualify to get one at any of the dealers except for this one. My 2007 Chevy Suburban with almost 180,000 miles on it cost 30,000 after financing (& lies). Im upset because I finally paid it off and now I have to wait 1month 1/2 for my title but yet they had their payments on time. And as far as customer service.. yes, the sellers are very very nice however once your in debt with them they are the rudest ppl ever especially in payments. They also reassured me that my payments and my loan would reflect on my credit and never have I seen it post on any of my credit reports. Would I get another vehicle here? Never! Would I suggest this place? I would say enter and sign at your own risk. This place is a joke :(

Bought a car from them, after my this purchase I learned to just save my money and buy a car cash if possible. The sales people there act nice and all, but when things go wrong they act like they never even seen you. Cars are over priced, and interest is way way high. Even if you are trying to rebuild your credit, this will not help since they dont report any payments made on a car.

Please do not buy here people. Most of these cars lie that they have clean titles when in reality they have salvaged titles. They got the auctions to purchase these cars that have been in collisions and repair them to profit from them at a much higher price. Check the VIN before anything as everything about the car is there. Be careful when buying from them. Would much rather prefer Craigslist or something else. There especially very crooked toward there latino customers.

Bought a truck aback about a ago. Payments always on time, yet they have fail to do the paperwork I need to take the truck to pgh. & because of that the truck has been parked for over 8 months now and still have not been able to get what I need. Ive has my honda pilot for about 6 months now and havent had a problem at all! They will work with you on down payments, monthly payment amounts and set dates for when you want to make your payments. Only downside is you either have to go in person to make a payment or call plus charge a fee to make a payment. As long as they have been out, you would think the would have online payment portals.

If I could rate this place a zero I would. Horrible customer service. Everyone there is extremely rude they are only nice when theyre trying to get you to buy a vehicle once youve purchased it they become rude. I cant remember names but in person I can tell you exactly who was extremely rude to me. Apart from the extremely horrible customer service they are a fraud. They told me if I finished paying my car before the time given my price would go down, but it did not. The car they sold to me the second week I had it had messed so I took it back to them and they basically did nothing about it so I had to personally take it myself somewhere else. My title was suppose to be mailed to me in 15 to 20 days INSTEAD Now they are sending me a paper to my house saying that I have to pay taxes THEY are suppose to pay but do not want to pay. I do NOT recommend this place! Cuidado con este lugar! They make you think you are getting a very good deal. Dont get me wrong,of course this is their job, to sell cars. BUT what makes them stand out is their crooked ways! We paid much MORE than what the agreement was! They start off being very nice to you, even PROMISING you any problem that arises within 1st month bring it in to get it fixed! Liars! They change their price after youve signed your life away, if you bring your car back w/a prob, sold as is . Terrible! Some of the staff members are very unprofessional, they want to argue with the customer and not listen to the concerns. Overall, i am very disappointed, i wish i could have gone to a better place. NEVER Again here for sure!
