I have been searching for a reputable, reliable and REASONABLE auto shop for years and finally discovered Carstock. I had the most pleasant experience taking my car there for a maintenance issue. They charged significantly less than competitors and I trust their quality of work. I had to wait with my car and Ms. Jackie set me up at an extra desk so I could work while I waited. They were prompt and charged me exactly what they quoted me. Finally found a place I would want to return to! Highly recommend.

Great experience purchasing my new coupe at Carstock. Both Jackie and Eli were a pleasure to work with. This is the first Lexus I’ve owned and they were so patient to walk me through all of the features. When I had issues with the valet key, they even sent the tech to my house to fix it. What has happened to Eli and Carstock? I purchased a car here and had it towed in for a serious issue, sudden loss of acceleration. After keeping the car for 3 days I was assured it was fixed. It wasnt. 20 minutes after leaving the shop my car completely lost lost acceleration again with the same dashboard lights appearing, the same set of problems that initiated the car being towed there days before. No apology or concern from Eli. If I had been on the interstate several people including myself would have doubtless been killed. So then I did a Google search which clearly revealed what repair was required and NOT done. My phone calls to Carstock have not been returned. I initially raved about my car and the service here when I bought my car a few years ago. Were they never a good place and I didnt realize it? I thought Eli was honest and a top notch mechanic. My car is old but with less than 75,000 miles when I bought it. Now I doubt all the assurances he gave regarding work he completed on the car prior to my purchasing it. Very disappointing experience but at least it didnt kill me and a few others. A minor miracle.

Absolutely horrible communication skills. Wont answer phone. Had vehicle way longer than quoted. Totally bad experience. They have had my vehicle a month and now giving it back without fixing it. I am now finding parts that were supposed to have been replaced in the back of my vehicle in a box. It just keeps getting worse. The one thing they did fix doesnt even work properly. Now you are making up lies. What you are claiming is not at all what happened. I couldnt even imagine trusting you at this point

Purchased my car from Carstock about a month ago and could not be more satisfied. The whole process was seamless. I had been looking for this car for nearly a year, and after getting the rundown from Eli, I flew up to Atlanta to see the car the next morning. Eli even picked me up from the station. It was raining a bit so the car was inside to preserve its freshly detailed look. Elis description of the car had been spot-on, no surprises, except new floor mats, hood supports, and fresh oil and differential fluid for the 600 mile drive home. After I purchased the car, Eli even offered to have the alignment checked to avoid any unnecessary tire wear before I got it back home.I have purchased more than 20 cars over the years and these guys go well above and beyond anything that I am familiar with. Yes, it doesnt look like a manufacturer branded dealership, but in my experience, that isnt what makes a good used car dealer. They say they stand behind their cars, and I believe it. Both Eli and Jackie have contacted me multiple times, and as early as this last weekend, to make sure everything remains satisfactory. While I was waiting for my paperwork, a former customer came in asking about a broken interior feature. They ordered it for him right away. I would absolutely buy another car from Carstock.

This place is the complete opposite of every car buying experience I have ever had when purchasing a used car. The place set me back at first because it does not look like a used car lot. Its just a small building with a small parking lot with a handful of cars parked off to the side. First impressions can be deceiving. The staff is very young and cordial. There was never any pressure put on me during the experience. Eli and Jackie are very friendly and professional. You really do feel like you are just buying the car from a friend. The paperwork was the quickest I have ever dealt with. I just returned for my free oil change service that was promised me after I bought my Lexus 350 IS back in the spring. They only offer premium used Lexus and I think the occasional Toyota. I told them when I left that when I got ready for another car I would be right back here to purchase again. Cannot say enough about how great they are. It was really the most painless car buying experience I have ever had.

Eli and Devin helped me in Finalizing the Lexus RX 350 Ultra Luxury SUV. This is a $65000 SUV and it was very decently priced by the dealership. In these times when you can shop the car all across the country, this was the best car and the deal I received. The ultra luxury version with all the possible features in the RX 350 SUV (Mark Levinson, HUD, Triple Beam, Double Panoramic, 360 view etc), apart from many other safety features, was not available that frequently (TN, AR, TX, Maryland, OH, IN, MO), with the offered price from this dealership. As I mentioned, this SUV has all the luxury features that can be in a Lexus SUV. At this extraordinary times of social distancing, I was assured that I will receive the SUV at my home in Memphis TN. Guess what, the shipping charges were only $250, and the company which delivered the car same day they picked up from dealership. Devin was constantly in touch with me, for all of my questions, price negotiations, pictures and even meeting my friend from Atlanta, who went to the dealership for a test drive. Even after buying the car, Eli and Devin followed up for my satisfaction. They are sending some extra goodies they promised, which they missed to send with the car. I received the car at 10PM at my home, there was some confusion with the shipping price with the delivering company, and Atlanta being Eastern Time, Eli picked up my phone at 11PM in the night and sent me the invoice, to clarify the situation. Extremely professional.The price are very competitive, high quality inventory. The buying process was very smooth and streamline. At first I was little skeptical about sending the signing amount and later transferring the money, but Eli assured me, and it all went in time and no bumps. I will definitely get my other cars through this dealership for sure. Devin is little emotional while negotiations, but helps to his best. I ran into a tire on the highway on my way home from work and the hit destroyed my bumper to a point where I could not drive without my bumper dragging on the road. I contacted CARSTOCK to fix my bumper and they were so kind and understanding. They scheduled me an appointment ASAP and ordered me a quality bumper to the store ahead of time. I was able to wait while they changed my bumper and I did not have to leave my car there over night, nor get a rental car, which I was thankful for. Only good things to say about this car-buying experience. Eli was amazingly responsive, very informative, and not at all pushy. Its a fairly small operation, but if you see a car youre interested in, youll probably have a great experience too. Even if you dont see the car you want, I bet theyll keep an eye out for you, especially if its a Lexus since they get those off lease.I got a 2014 Lexus ES300H (basically the hybrid version of an ES350) for a GREAT PRICE (better than KBB recommended). Its in fantastic condition... very well detailed. It even had a few hundred miles of full bumper-to-bumper warranty left on it. I took it to the nearby Lexus dealership, where they inspected it for $145, and it passed with flying colors.Rather than starting at the dealership and having your cell phone blow up for weeks with sales calls, start at CARSTOCK.

Very small used car shop. I found a staff of two people, both very nice. Small inventory of cars, but you will get personal attention.Be careful about car history, make sure to do research, carfax etc.
