So right off the bat, obviously this is a business and yes they’ll do everything they can to complete a sale by getting you a loan, but the service definitely needs some improvement. They feel like they’re doing you a favor as if they were just doing things for free, Hola Auto Sales you’re not the only one that has a life and it’s trying to run a business, I your former customer have a business to run too and yes by you being closed on Mondays and making me waste my time to come pick up my title from you rather having than having it sent by mail like any other dealer does makes me upset, and you expect me to be ok with the very rude behavior your employees display towards me ? Whoever is thinking about buying a vehicle here beware of the what you’re getting yourself into. Plenty of other places with better customer service to buy a reliable used vehicle from good luck with this place

My mother has 2 vehicles here, she is currently out of the country for 1 month. This dealership requires that you make a cash payment or mail in a money order ONLY as a form of payment. Incredible that in 2020 they do not accept online or over the phone CC payments. Now my mother had to zelle me her payment and now I have to take time out of my business to drive all the way to Doraville to make a cash payment. As a dealership owner myself I believe this is bad business.

DO NOT BUY At this location and mostly do not make your deal with the sales person MONICA.On 2 occasions i have given a deposit for 2 diffrent vehicles and she has sold them with out notifying me. She has no word or respect for her job. Monica makes you believe the vehicle you put a deposit towards purchasing will still be there but in reality will not.Hola has other locations and there is other dealers that work the same.

I will be reporting to the BBB in the morning. How can you take a payment that brought acct current and still take the vehicle there is something not right about this. This place is sooooo Welcoming when it comes to purchasing a car! I came there and serviced right away with no problem. Only test drove two cars and figured out which one I felt was best fit. Everything was laid out for pricing and so on. There were many cars to pick from and were decent, especially them being used cars. No complaints about the car, it’s been two months since I purchased my car and I’m still loving it! Brett was a hugeeeee help and definitely deserves a raise for his wonderful spirit!

Just finished buying my second vehicle from them. The 2yr in-house financing makes the process really easy. Free oil changes for your first year!! The only downside is that you either have to mail in your payments or go in physically because there is no online payment system. Looking to buy a truck from them next.

If I can give this place zero stars I would. These people are rude. My friend tried to make a payment online on their car pay system and it wouldn’t take. My friend then called them and told them of the situation they said they will investigate the next morning the car is repo. We get to the place they say oh we need proof of insurance and income we show them. Now we keep asking how much to release the vehicle they say we don’t know yet we haven’t decided . then they say oh we need to check the car out and and it takes 24-48 hours and we call u and let you know our decision. Needless to say they sent us on a wild goose chase until my friend said I’m just pay the car off. IM MAKE SURE I TELL EVERYONE I KNOW NEVER TO BUY A CAR FROM THESES CROOKED PEOPLE you better off going to pars cars. Don’t be fooled by the good reviews they pay people to post reviews

Very unprofessional. I bought a mercury 3 months later transmission went out. They came out to get car and didnt here back from them for 5 days. Im a mobile detailer. I need my vehicle to work i lost business sale messing around with Hola. Later they trade me into a Toyota van. 1 day later check engine light comes on. Not to mention they made me pay $800 for trade in on there lemon cars. If you are black please bring a lawyer and mechanic you trust. I have to reach out to the BBB and now have a lawyer to fight for me.

Talked to a salesman for a week about picking up a vehicle, confirmed with him that I was on the way to pick it up and he sold it out from under me. Salesman knew I was driving to come get the vehicle. Drove 1 hour just to have my time wasted and it “wasn’t their problem”. This is what you get with scammy buy here pay here.
