Yes so I have had issues with my Van since I had purchased it from mobility works And I have videos of the issues on my Van and they wanted to charge me as my Van was still under warranty before they would do anything to fix my Van and was refusing to give it back until after countless hours of dealing with them on the phone I finally got my Van back I would highly recommend using someone else

We looked at a lot of different companies for van modifications but after speaking with someone at MobilityWorks we changed the style conversion we had planned to go with for safety reasons. No one had ever raised any concerns regarding our safety.Our sales person was great and was in regular communication with us throughout the whole process. Thanks again Chris!

I had some trouble with a different hand-control provider and was extremely wary of using another provider. I am so appreciate of a service like Mobility Works. It was such an awesome privilege to honor my Moms request to attend church on Mothers Day. Her lack of mobility makes it impossible for her to get around without a wheelchair, thus making it challenging getting her out of the nursing home.Our ability to rent a vehicle gave Wings to her Dream. The icing on the cake was the superb customer service rendered by Sylvia. Her genuine caring attitude and understanding helped us navigate new terrain. I rented a van from MobilityWorks for the 1st time ever so I could take my classmate/friend to our 10yr high school reunion. My friend had been in a terrible accident and is now in a wheelchair. I worked with Mrs. Sylvia, at the Doraville, GA location, and she is the absolute SWEETEST person ever!! I ran into some obstacles with my insurance company, and she was so patient and kind while I worked out my insurance! She also reached out after the weekend to see how our weekend had gone! Sylvia goes above the standards of customer service and excellence! I truly hope MobilityWorks sees what a gem they have!! Thank you again, SO MUCH, Mrs. Sylvia!!! As I entered the doors at Mobility Works, I received a warm greeting from Sylvia and other personal. Sylvia made us very comfortable in the lounge area, and directed us to the Service Manager, who also was warm, and knowledgeable. My experience here was Great.

Poor customer service and communication. Look elsewhere if these are important to you. As a special needs parent, I don’t have time to deal with unnecessary hassles and multiple calls. UPDATE - Still dealing with missing rebate information 3 months after purchase.

I bought a used van that already had an existing lift in it, and Mobility Works installed my 6 way power seat so that I could drive myself. Everything was great until I started having problems with the lift. Being a quadriplegic it is so necessary for these things to work. The lift started coming out and then immediately retracting leaving me stranded.Mobility Works sent a driver to my work to pick up my van, and to be honest with you when they delivered it back something happened to the power seat, it had no power. The service manager immediately sent another driver out to pick up the van. They repaired the problem at their expense and delivered it back to me. I really appreciate their customer service and have confidence if something goes wrong in the future ill be well taken care of.

Had some mechanical work done on my van. Works was done mostly to satisfaction; if you have any specific instructions make sure you repeatedly bring them up in communications. Edit: while working on my van they disconnected all of my interior lights--and I have yet to sort out the problem and get them working again. I would be very hesitant to recommend MobilityWorks without really staying on top of what they are doing. 2nd Edit: I found more interior lights (safety lights for entering the side rear doors) that they completely removed the wiring including the bullet terminal that plugs into the lights. At this point I would have to say you should never let this company work on your vehicle--they are not to the trusted at all.

There are better places to shop for a vehicle or have your vehicle serviced.Absolutely no customer service.

Oh, how I dislike giving bad reviews...but I must warn others when appropriate! We purchased a 2018 Sienna with Braun conversion on Nov. 30, 2018. Since I drive myself and transfer from my power chair to the drivers seat, we added hand controls, a Q-Lock system, and 6 way drivers seat (I think thats the right term). This was my 3rd van with that similar set-up.The first time we turned off the van and tried to exit, the ramp wouldnt deploy. The Q-Lock was installed incorrectly and wouldnt hold the weight of me and the chair. We had to return for that, for the location of the Q-Lock, for the hand controls, and more - several times, taking several days for each repair. Each time we had to educate the service staff on how the van was supposed to function! The Braun conversion made it difficult to navigate through rough parking lots, over speed humps, and even out of our own driveway. Braun finally sent a different suspension to MobilityWorks, which they installed to relieve some of that difficulty. However, it was too little too late, because at that same time the ramp began to fail again (it deployed about half the time, instead of ALL the time), and the Q-Lock started acting up (didnt release my chair - someone had to get under the seat and manually unlock it - not reassuring when youre alone and get stuck in a hot vehicle). That happened as we were in the process of trading this van for a newer 2019 model, with a different conversion package from a different dealer. All in all, less than 7 months of ownership with no end to problems that MobilityWorks couldnt help with. I dont doubt their sincerity, only their ability. Experience counts, especially experience with accessibility needs.

Went to mobility works to look at handy cap accessabil vans. Meet Mr Alex Cordero... very impressed with him and Mobility works... and bought a new van from them. GREAT experience!!! I highly recommend Alex and MW!!!

Very professional. These folks know how to make it happen for a disabled person. I cant believe folks consider buying an expensive and technical vehicle over the phone or on the web.This is like buying custom made clothes, not a pair of cheap pants!
