This is THE MOST un professional car dealership i have ever been to. First of all, the men inside were late to their own dealership. Secondly, I get inside, finally, to be greeted by blank stares and a question of what I wanted. I asked to see the cars they have for sale, Im taken to garage with like four cars in it, only to be on half are for sale. So, a car dealership with no one in it when there should be, has a grand total of TWO cars for sale. I will NEVER give this place my business. EVER. STAY AWAY FROM MULTI GROUP AUTOMOTIVE.

The guy who works at the front desk is really nice and gave me an UNBELIEVABLY AMAZING deal on my Mercedes. I got a car faster than a 2010 Camaro Supersport for 1/3 of the price they tend to go for, I also cant find another Benz of the same kind within a 150 mile radius, but I got it for the same price as a honda civic of the same year. Unbelievably great deals, almost hard to believe the prices for cars like this are so low. Id reccomend purchasing a car here whether youre actively looking for one or not, its just that good

So I’m looking into buying a 2008 white g37 from here and they told me to fill out a loan application for financing which I did fill out. The guy with the keys wasn’t there which I understand. But after I filled out the application I called thomas and he told me that he would call me on Monday because the bank was closed on Friday. So I’m waiting and hopefully it comes out the way I want because I am trying to buy this car so bad from them. But other than that they are very polite and professional.

Owner of this dealership cursed me out saying F you and your Family. He said he was glad he wasted my time.I drove an hour and a half to view a vehicle, confirmed its availability before hand. Showed up with cash ready to buy. Offered a thousand dollars less than asking price (10,499). Then the salesman called the owner of the dealership and the owner said somebody had put an “online deposit” on this vehicle last night. I called before hand just to confirm availability and it was very much for sale then. I got the owner number to tell him how I felt about his shady business practices. This place wreaks of bs, don’t waste your time.Edit: received this message from the OWNER of the business shortly after leaving. He is talking about my 3 year old daughter and wife by the way. Disgusting

The staff was awesome. Very friendly and helpful. They answered any questions I had and made the process very easy. The prices were good to, no complaints at all.

My experience with multi group auto motive was pleasant, Boris who is one of sales men is very easy to deal with and always available. My only reason for not giving a five star rating is because of their confidence in their product, a 90 day warranty with a 30 day return policy would get the job done and I only say that because of the other reviews. I would recommend them but with advice; buying from anyone is a risk with vehicles being sold as is but knowing this I’d rather buy from a dealer with experienced technicians on hand just in case.

3 numbers to call.....no one barely answers so if they pick up you should feel lucky! Did a application 2 days ago but for some reason there still waiting for the bank to respond lol in other words there waiting to see if any more applicants apply for the vehicle.. Horrible

Response time for calls & email is piss poor. The staff was friendly when i went in to check out a vehicle. Due to time constraints and lack of communication i opted to purchase elsewhere. Highly disappointed, as i had drove two hours out the way and wasn’t able to make the purchase i wanted. The inside and garage area was well maintained and it appeared as if the other vehicles for sell were nice.

I bought Mercedes E550. The car is great im so happy with it!!! Very friendly staff, no pressure at all. They gave me such a good deal with no crazy fees on top the price. What you see is what you get! Thank you guys!

If I could give a negative million stars I would this place is a big nightmare after they’ve taken your money you stuck with unwanted driveway decorations. I guess the best business is by word of mouth, educate yourselves future purchasers before going to a location to purchase a car my youngest daughter bought a car from here and it had so many mechanical failures for it to be such a smaller car, you will never get any straight answers from these guys, as a parent it hurts to see your child cry or worry, but it’s always a better way to handle things. just do not purchase a car from this place at all. If you have purchased and had issues contact my email I will put you in touch with a consumer attorney. Save yourself the trouble do not go to these places. This place is a legal form of highway robbery without a weapon. Always report any unfitting issues so that others do not make the same mistake. T.S

Recently purchased my daughter’s first car from there, these guys were awesome and very helpful.

Very difficult place to reach on the phone. They confuse you because they have three different phone numbers but it was very difficult to get them to answer even one of them. Also they do not disclose everything about their vehicles. Im referencing one F150 in particular. They did not disclose the fact that it was all rusted out underneath and it was rusted so much a whole head formed in the bed. So I wasted a trip to Doraville to look at it just to find out it was a bucket of rust

It started off good then hours later that changed.

If I could turn back the hands of time I would after seeing the hundreds of complaints with the state I would had never turned in here. I’ve been told over a month since date of purchase almost the mechanic is out so basically it’s only 1 mechanic in the state of Georgia I’m taking. After purchasing and handing over well over 5k to the owner Tomas I had over 3k mechanical issues with documents and recorded video & audio that was known by the dealer I normally don’t take time to do reviews on ppl but sometimes you have to expose these types of frauds I tried several times to deal with this guy he basically was like oh well these are reported issues after driving off lot 10 mins later came right back been getting run around since then till I did what I had to do.

Great choices and good prices. Will be visiting again for my son’s new car.

Beware you will end up with a paper weight that will sit in your yard unless you perform all repairs car will work for test drive and after that you may need engine repair. They speak well while purchasing after that you’re trash when speaking to you

They sold me a car that is a literal POS. they cleared the codes so it would pass emissions and made it run smooth for about a week. bought a car for over $5500 that needs $5000 worth of work. ill never ever do business with this company and you shouldnt either. im livid and now own a 5 ton paper weight of a car.edit: response to the owner- there are so many codes on this car, there was for sure something shady going on. there is no way this car passed emissions with all the issues it has. i will forever tell people to stay away from your dealership. this car is a lemon and im out a lot of money now. im looking into taking legal action. my lawyer is working on it.

The salesman was very unenthusiastic and not very helpful. When I called on the phone he told me the car had no warning lights but when I arrived I noticed the car had the passenger seat belt warning light on. They were not willing to negotiate price whatsoever either.

Sold a car with a gas leak, no emmissons inspection, lost the reverse shift gear at nite smh... Scary experience.. Owner said we are bad drivers... Worse than ever situation i can imagine. PLEASE BEWARE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. Vehicles are old break down 2 weeks after purchase. The only response is you brought as is Horrible DO NOT THROW MONEY AWAY!!
