Its a good place to visit. Good prices and good furniture

My personal experience with these guys was pleasant at first. It wasnt long until that began to change, I wouldnt rent a toilet from here now. I believe the ONLY reason theyre still around is do to the fact they bought out every one In the area.

The lady that assisted us when we were going to purchase a set of washer/dryer was really nice until we called to say we didnt need it we found a different set. Then while on the phone with my husband she started talking to some else so my husband said thanks anyway and she replied yeah bye and hung up. Very unprofessional. Tone in her voice was not very nice. So much for any future business and anyone I speak with.

Nice staff great service

I personally love this rent a center. The prices are high in total after all is said and done but for people who need these items right away and cant pay out right for it this is a really good starting point. Teresa is my favorite as well. Always polite, friendly and funny. :)

They are polite and willing to work with us to make it so we can afford the items.

There employees not very helpful and rude

If there was only a way I could give it 0 stars it doesnt even deserve one star. I agree with several other customers this place is a freaking joke my payments are supposed to be every two weeks they call me damn near every day they send their people to my house three times a week. They just came to my house again and my payments not even due until tomorrow Saturday May 27th so I got tired of the harassing phone calls and then coming to my house all the time I called the corporate headquarters and put in a complaint hopefully something will be done about these ignorant rude people that work in the Dubuque store

I myself enjoy being a customer and the staff are very friendly.

Everything is overpriced and they dont honor the contract you sign with them they are very rude and unprofessional. They also let their delivery people threaten families and talk however they want

They were late both times to install it as well as pick it back up. Pisses me off.

This place is a joke. merchandise that is used and torn, ripped etc. employees are unprofessional, rude and lack in professional appearance. what a total rip off. do not buy anything from this place.
