This was some out of the normal as they do not sale directly to the public...one generally would purchase products from one of there channels.... But you will get to see a great operation running right here in GA... I also brought a wood burning all steel pizza oven ...

Ive had my KJ classic for a little over three years. Outside of having to replace the seal (I cook a lot). Its been a great addition to our home. We stopped using our gas grill since Ive got it too. This really is an amazing product. Wish I could get the new one though. They look nice!

Trucks can turn around in the back past the satellite dish. Nice folks, but crazy shallow back for sleeper. Bring your A game or lose some rubber.

Ryan took great care of me. All the other employees were very friendly & helpful. KJ has some awesome products.

Poor quality product and poor customer service. Look into other grills as KJ have big manufacturing quality issues that they refuse to fix. Just take a look at the picture I posted... The material that the vents are made of will flake off and onto your food while you cook. Every vent I claimed under warranty had the same issue. It would take a week or more to get tracking numbers and sometimes no one would respond to my emails. Then they packaged and deliver the wrong product. The customer service people scoured (and I imagine still do) the internet forums and if you say something they dont like about the brand they will confront you about it, then ask that you remove any media from the internet of their brand not working. It got to a point where I didnt contact CS anymore even though other issues arose over time. I ended up sandblasting a cap and fixing everything else myself. Wish I was joking but this is the total truth.

Absolute nightmare as far as customer service goes. Ordered a pizza stone and it was sent to my house but never actually delivered. Was marked as delivered and said it was set on my front porch but when I got home there was nothing their. I contacted them via phone and did not get a hold of them until the 10th time I called. Also, left messages and not return message. Once I finally got a hold of someone they were very nice and setup to send me a new pizza stone. They also said this has happened to a few of their customers. I received an invoice for it but still have not received the pizza stone. This was a Christmas gift I ordered on Dec. 11th and it is now past Christmas. I would never order anything else from this company as you can not get ahold of them. They just tell you to go on their website or you get sent to an extension that nobody ever answers. So much for happy grilling.. because that is not the case.

So far it is the worst customer service ever!Went around in circles with someone who didnt even appear to be reading what I was writing. But we love the BBQ!

KJ makes a great product! They have a team of dedicated professionals who actually know the product.
