I have a rare MI-X series dual-sim phone which is not a common brand here in the US. It was not taking a charge and when I turned it off to save the battery, it died completely!I called around several places around 9AM. Got one guy who wanted me to order a battery and pay over the phone before bringing the phone in. I also called Thousand Cellphones but it was early and nobody picked up. I did not leave a message.At 10AM, Peter called back and impressed me because hes heard of the brand. We went to his shop and he cleaned the phones charging port and hard booted it back to life. Honestly, I really dont even know where to start. Peter & Wills service is UNMATCHED!!!!!!!!!!!! The store is clean & well organized. If you want to get your phone, tablet, or device repaired, youd be crazy to go anywhere but here. They are so caring and really made sure I was taken care of. They even spent 2 hours with me helping me unlock my iCloud account and I honestly am so thankful. Take most of the reviews on here with a grain of salt. You are paid $5 for writing a review in the presence of the tech/owner of the place...Rude, incompetent staff. The cheap aftermarket parts they tried to put in the phone led to the proximity sensor not working. I had to take it back twice in order to get them to do the replacement correctly (using Apple OEM parts). The guy once tried to blame the problems on me which 1.) I did not appreciate in the slightest because it was clearly his fault and 2.) he was given a perfectly fine phone (aside from cracked screen) which he verified himself. To make matters worse, they initially tried to charge me for the proximity sensor they screwed up themselves!They will fix your phone. It may take 7 hours and immense frustration/follow up on your part. Its not worth your time or hassle to come here.

Within three hours my phone was repaired. The cost was $35 less than the reps estimate. I will definitely use them again.

I was at my gym on New Years Eve morning and I had a scary accident with my phone (in my backpack) getting caught under the treadmill I was using. Somehow my bag must have fallen over underneath because when I went to grab it I had to pull it out and just didn’t really think about it. Once I went to change and looked at my phone I panicked! This is not something I ever do and I am very protective of where I put my phone and cautious about it.I was so devastated that my phone got smashed with a cracked screen with black spots all over the right side of the screen...I swore it was gone forever and not fixable.I went to my carriers store just to ask about a new phone...didn’t like it so I asked them if they knew anyone to look at repairing it? William was exceedingly patient with my one hundred questions about the issues with my phone. Took him all of three minutes to figure out I needed a new port. Lucky for me, he had the parts in store and fixed my phone in less than an hour. Even had it charged to 100% for me when I picked it up. $80 and my phone is working great again!

Really great store, they were helpful, and insightful and gave a 30 day warranty. The phone was repaired in hours only due to the situation of the phone i brought in, could have probably taken less than that in any other situation. It was a ZTE phone usually people dont repair, and the condition of the phone was in the worst condition a phone could be repaired. But, thanks to 10,000 cellphones. Now, I know why they call themselves 10,000 cellphones, because thats probably how many different phones they can repair. Their price was much lower than competing places. They spent a lot of time on my phone but it was a motherboard issue and couldnt be fixed. They didnt charge for their time and gave me a full refund for the parts they ordered. Will definitely go here again for future phone issues!

I went there to get my phone repaired, and the quality of work was not good. When i returned to tell them the problem they automatic went into defense about there work and service. I was willing to pay the little extra since it only been 7 days which i should not have been charge. I went somewhere else they did it for free and only took them 3 minutes to fix my IPHONE problem! I had a horrible experience at prior repair shop. I came to 10k cellphones in Duluth and they diagnosed my problem when I told them my situation. Fair price and honest. I had a great experience and well taken care of as a customer.

Avoid this place like the plague! Had screen replaced for $150. Noticed white blotches on screen. Brought back under warranty and they would not replace because of a very small minor scratch on the screen. The scratch had nothing to do with the poor quality of the pixels in the screen. Go somewhere else where they will honor your warranty!
