I had the best experience with this location yesterday, the staff was friendly and professional. I went in for my daughters cracked iPhone screen . Tyler, who I had spoken to before going, was great, it was close to closing time and he graciously excepted and repaired the phone and had it finished before I could get inpatient. He was great! The employee who had taken my payment was very sweet. The store was clean and located in a great new development that has lots of new businesses to explore. I think because of my experience that day I will visit those shops in the near future.

On the cheap end compared to other places and great quality product with a friendly staff. 10/10 would go again.

My most recent visit at CPR was awesome. I had to get back to work so it was perfect that the were able to get me in and out quickly. The staff was courteous, professional and highly efficient. I would definitely recommend them for all smart device needs and repairs.

My Zagg invisible shield screen protector needed replacing and they did it efficiently and thoroughly. They were very nice and very helpful unlike Verizon. If I have cellphone issues I’ll come back to this place, not Verizon nor the cpr store Snellville location

When I walked into the location it was big, open and well maintained. The workers were kind and acknowledged me with a hello, they were wearing masks. I got immediate high quality service.My iphone protector cracked. I have a warranty but didn’t have the name of the screen protector. They kindly looked me up in the system, found the right product and put it on quickly with no bubbles! Yehhh I was in and out of there within 15 minutes. I left a Nintendo switch to get repaired for JUST the joystick to get replaced, I paid $40 just for them to check the switch but I have to pay $70 for the analog, they also damaged my display and now I have to wait for a week for my switch to get fully repaired. Im honestly never coming here again, it was a simple job, price not worth it.P.S. I know that I couldve replaced the analog stick myself but someone left a damaged screw that was stuck, so I had no choice but to send it here.

Awesome service I had my daughters iPhone screen replaced and the that I received was not only reasonably price but also very quick less than 15 minutes the employees there were very friendly inviting I would recommend anyone that needs repair to their cell phones to come here for great service and great prices. The guys who fixed my phone at CPR Cell knew what they were doing and were very knowledgeable. It is very hard to get an apple phone serviced today and they did a great job.

I took my phone for a battery replacement. I worked with Mason, but the whole team was kind, professional and very responsive. I appreciated his honesty when he made a mistake. Because the part wasnt readily available, it was ordered overnight and I had my phone the next day morning. I also ran into microphone/speaker issue later in the day, and it was taken care of at their earliest convenience. Mason went above and beyond to assist me with my phone issues, and I just want to say thank you for making my phone as good as new!

Fixed my iPad mini and days later the glass pop off. They tried to fixed twice and it didnt work. Then screen cracked because of the glass popping off and they wouldnt fixed .

They installed a different screen to my Samsung cell phone, when I turned it on I noticed that the fingerprint detector that is on the screen did not work, I left it again but they could not repair my cell phone, it was a waste of time, they should verify the cell phone model and see if they can really repair them, bad experience, take it to ubreakifix and bang like new excellent repair

I went into the store because I was told by AT&T that my charging port on my iphone was broken and needed a new phone. I told Kiana that, she quoted me I think it was around $70 or $80 then she took my phone to the back. A few seconds later she informed me that I didnt need a new phone or the charging port to be replaced, it just needed to be cleaned out. Instead of the price she originally quoted me it was a lot less cheaper. Kiana was honest and I really appreciated that. I will deff be using her store again, I gotta get my back glass repaired.
