I’m not the review type of guy, but I felt compelled to leave a review based on the exceptional experience I received from LensCrafters! I have been wearing glasses all my life. I have been wearing progressive bifocals for 10 years. Every place I’ve gone to in the past have always placed my bifocals in the wrong spot. So I decided to give LensCrafters a try for the first time. I am so glad I did! They got my measurements right the first time!!! I was actually help by the manager Bill! He was exceptional! He really knew his stuff, especially when it came to Oakley, he had so much passion around the product that I felt compelled to also buy a pair of sunglasses, so I did! I will be recommending LensCrafters to all my family and friends!Thank you!

The entire staff were great! The Manager Bill helped me understand how Transition Lens work and I was blown away to find out about the new transition lenses that work in a car but they are actually polarized too! I made my purchase and felt very welcomed and they price was less than I expected!

I had a very great experience! My previsit, and eye exam went smoothly with very friendly and understanding staff. Learned I needed bifocals, and felt a little bummed about it, but the staff was right there uplifting and encouraging me. Offering stories of their transition, and giving me tips for adjusting once I have them. Very friendly and very supportive staff. I felt important, and validated during my visit. I look forward to going back for the fitting when my no line bifocals come in!

Great staff in LensCrafters and the attached Troy Powers eye exam place. Good selection of frames, but I think my tastes might be out-of-date. Staff always provides little tips and tricks that make wearing glasses less miserable, and any time you need something tightened or repaired they just take care of it. Sorry staffing is a nightmare right now, but even so they maneuvered everyone so nobody had to wait long, and didnt sacrifice customer service.Prices are high, but its worth it for the support.

Honestly the best. I have been reluctant to use a big change but this place has it down pat. Very professional, friendly and proficient. Highly recommend! Plus very good with disinfecting procedures.

The Duluth, Mn. LensCrafters store is top notch in every way. I have been getting my eye exams and glasses there for decades and have always been totally satisfied with the products and customer service. The staff is always friendly and totally professional.

Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced! The associates back in the doctor area are VERY rude! I was actually referred to them by a competitor only because my insurance changed and, needless to say, I will be paying out of pocket at another store instead. You would think that being a provider for my Eye-Med insurance they would be more knowledgeable and helpful. This is definitely NOT the case in this store!

Terrible. I understand having to wait two weeks for an appointment but having to wait almost 2 weeks for my glasses is terrible. The guy said it would take 2-3 days and that they would ship them to my home and all they did was charge my card and never give my glasses. No one seems to care. I told them I urgently needed them for work and that I’m getting terrible headaches without them but they don’t care. I’m really considering going to another place. They don’t even bother to call back or give me an update and when I call they always leave me on hold. I’ve used Lens Crafters in the past and they’ve been great but if I could I’d give this place a negative star I would.

I was extremely disappointed, I don’t know if it was the way I was dressed or his attitude but the way I was talked To was very demeaning.If it was just myself that felt that way I would not be writing a review, my buddy felt it to and couldn’t believe I didn’t walk out sooner.I was looking for pair of glasses being fixed, new pair of safety glasses and pair of prescription sunglasses. I was told under no circumstances could my glasses be fixed and if I tried to glue theM and brought them in For some reason after I would be turned away. Safety glasses he brought me over and told me that here u go but I have no time because “as I should have observed there were a few customers before me” at that point I walked away... we went to a store not far away and my safety glasses were processed that day, they fixed my glasses that “could not under no circumstances be fixed” And my sunglasses will be ready tomorrow.I would not recommend this store to anyone

I went to LensCrafters back in January to update my glasses because I was having a really hard time concentrating and couldn’t see out of my pair anymore. I knew I needed a new prescription. I walked in and the two receptionists didn’t seem to be bothered with me or anyone else. After waiting about 20 min after my set appointment I finally got in for initial testing. They then told me that since it was my first time there they needed to dialate my eyes (which I’ve never done before and didn’t know anything about what that would entail or that I shouldn’t drive myself home afterwords. They didn’t tell me any of this either). I then got placed back in waiting for another half hour.FINALLY when I got in for my exam the doctor was very rude. Told me “ maybe next time you shouldn’t wear so much make up to your appointment” afterwords he said my script didn’t change much and I wouldn’t bother getting new glasses.Today (3/20/19) I went to eye mart for another exam since my headaches from the wrong one continued. My prescription changed so much that my new doctor was shocked and I have to have bifocals for the first time.Very disappointed in the service and process of this store and will NEVER go back.

Matt was very helpful in setting me up with my new glasses! He explained all of my options very thoroughly and found me a better deal than I thought I was going to get. Im very happy with my new glasses and Matts customer service was outstanding!!

Our son broke his glasses at the end of the school day. We have a 120 mile drive to Lens Crafters (or anywhere!). I called ahead to see if they had our sons lenses. The manager kept the lab equipment up after the lab closed at 6 p.m. so that he could cut our sons lenses and we could get glasses yet that night. Talk about going above and beyond! Amazing service!

I scheduled an eye exam today 4-22-19 because I cant see distance very well. When I made the appt. they never said that just because I have ucare through the state of Minnesota (which I pay a premium every month in order to have) I cant pay out of pocket. How can I not pay with my OWN money to get an eye exam just because I have state insurance! Its pretty irritating not to mention the girls at the reception desk, especially the older lady, were very rude to me. I dont have vision insurance with ucare and I knew that I would have to pay out of pocket for the eye exam. A waste of time. You should ask customers before they make their appt. what insurance they have and how they plan on paying.

This store is beyond terrible in terms of customer service. The employees do nothing but harass you and had the nerve to call security because I was looking at frames for too long (about 10 minutes). I will be following up with the store manager and corporate afterwards! You cant treat customers this way and get away with it!! This is beyond unacceptable!!!

Receptionists were not very friendly, but sales people in front were very nice and helpful.

For those AARP members that think they will get an eye exam for $55 that is not the case. The phone number for Lenscrafters asks if you would like to make an appt with the Dr. But at this Lencrafters the Dr. is a private entity located in the same space. Therefore we had to pay $108 dollars for the eye exam. The staff in both businesses were very professional, etc and we had good service, but beware of the additional costs.

Store hours and lab hours are two different things. Call ahead and hope the lab is open. Never going there again.
