I broke my glasses, went today to see if they could be repaired. Walked in was greeted nicely, told her what happened, she went and got someone. She came out and said I will order new frames for you these are still under warranty. That is why I go there! They knew me and knew my glasses were still under warranty. Great people and Great service!

Ive been a patient for many years, and coming here is always a pleasure. I have mostly seen Dr. Smith and Dr. Sellers and others as well over the years and they always take time to explain and listen. The front office and Optique staff are very courteous and helpful and I always feel well taken care of.

This is a very professional, caring and thorough operation. They are also extremely accommodating in emergencies and have a wonderful referral process -- connected to many excellent specialists. And when it comes to glasses they take the time to do perfect fittings and ensure Rx is closely followed.

Amazing experience! From the front desk, techs and all the way to the doctor. Everyone was so kind from the moment I walked in. The doctor is very thorough and walks you through her recommendations. She explains every detail of your eye assessment outcome. I will definitely return for any optometry matters.

I’ve had glasses/contacts for over 10 years now. As soon as I was able to get contacts, I switched over from glasses because I looked horrible in them. I tried so many designs but the glasses would always end up being a weekend option or for emergencies, and I ended up deciding that I just didn’t have a face that worked well with glasses (not to mention they usually fall down my face!) Well I came into Briggs for my routine examination to renew my contact lens supply and decided to try on some glasses while I waited for an eye dilation. Gabriella was there and she helped me pick out some frames. I told her I didn’t know if glasses looked good on me and so she picked out 10 different glasses just to start with to narrow down a style but within 5 she had already figured out what I wanted and gave me the perfect pair of glasses that were amazingly flattering on my face and stayed in place pretty well. I had no clue glasses could fit so well or look so good on me! I almost bought them straightaway but decided to shop around and found that no other place gave me as good a price or as good a frame. I got the glasses from here and I am now mainly an eyeglasses wearer because I love the way I look in them! Gabriella was amazing and so helpful throughout the whole process. The eye exam and routine checkup was good as usual, but Gabriella’s expertise and customer service will keep me coming back to this place- especially for new glasses.

We are new to the area, but based on reviews found this office. My son and I were warmly greeted upon entering the office. The office was very clean, and we felt very safe as the cleaning and sanitation measures were explained by the front desk administrator. Every test and procedure was explained very thoroughly to my 9yo. He felt so comfortable with the staff that he wouldnt stop talking lol. Dr. Sellers was so helpful in explaining eye health and helped clarify things we were told by other optometrists. We never felt rushed and they made sure both me and my sons questions were answered. We had an exceptional appointment! The staff is absolutely amazing!! This was our first appointment, and we left feeling like weve known everyone for years.

I absolutely love this practice and Doctor Chrystal Sellers. She is thorough and detailed with her exam. There is no up selling and the staff is helpful, friendly and kind. I highly recommend.

Ive been going to the Johns Creek location for over 20 years and I cant say enough great things about this place. Everyone from the doctors to the opticians to the front desk staff have always been helpful and friendly. They also have an excellent variety of frames to choose from.

I have been coming to Briggs Vision for 9 years. They always provide the best customer service from the front staff to the doctors. I highly recommend this office. Great prices on eye glasses too and great selection.They are always flexible with scheduling with M-F and Saturday appointments. I am always well taken care of at Briggs.

I had an eye exam in February 2019. I paid $20., which I assumed was a co-pay. I received a bill for a $15. co-pay. When I questioned the bill they said the $20. I previously paid was for refraction which my insurance didnt cover. They were wrong and lied to me about coverage on the phone. Its not the money its the dishonesty. I would not recommend these people. This should have been posted under Stephen Smith not Ginny Smith

My visit to Briggs Vision Group Optique was an all around exceptional experience. The staff are friendly, especially the secretary called Alicia, the customer service is exceptional, and they repaired my glasses free of charge. Not only did Crista, one of the nicest people Ive encountered at any vision center, repair and fit my glasses to perfection, she went over and beyond the call of duty, saving me time and money, by comparing my new prescription to that of my old only to inform me that they were virtually the same--meaning I walked out of the door with a virtually new pair of glasses without spending a single buck. In my book, that simply doesnt happen these days. I highly recommend this facility to any person looking to be treated like a human being rather than a walking dollar sign. Cheers!

I’ve been coming here for 10+ years with a high level of satisfaction from the Dr’s and the care I received. One of the main reasons I enjoyed receiving my eye care was the variety of high end/designer frames. During my last visit, I learned the designer frames have been replaced with mid-rage to lower prices “budget friendly“ frames (that I can basically get at Walmart). No more Gucci, Prada or Tom Ford. The reason I was given from the office manager was “you can get them cheaper on Amazon”. Now I’m forced to drive from Johns Creek to Buckhead to get the prescription designer frames I enjoy that were once so close to home.

This has been the vision clinic for my family for about 14 years. Love the staff and the doctors. They are the best!

The selection of Designer frames is great. Found the ones I loved almost right away. The exam went by quickly and the staff is super nice and responsive.

I took my 5 year old son to them, they put him at ease right from the start and he absolutely enjoyed the whole process, I will definitely recommend them for young kids for sure.
