I walked in to see about switching carriers but the one person working was on the phone discussing a birthday party. After a few minutes I walked out.
Be careful that they dont add any extra fees and services to your bill. I purchased a phone and then found out the next day that the salesman had added extra services (insurance, tech support, NextUp) to my account without my consent. When I called, he apologized and said it was an accident. I believe it was an honest mistake (he forgot to uncheck the box). They removed the extra services. Regardless, read your receipts carefully.

Well love that I dont have dropped calls. But....I dont like all the added fees...Also...I thought I was getting a promo. Offer..as I was told from the. Rep. Until surprise your bill is higher than you were told of guesstimate. Was told bill would be reduced never was. So lets get it together AT&T.... Hopefully I wont have to visit store again and sit for hours
Today I stopped in to set up my new iPhone. At first I was working with David who was very nice and helpful. He sent my information through the cloud and while I was waiting I ran next store. When I came back Lucus began helping me. He was great as well. And his friendliness and personality were wonderful. I really can’t say enough about him!
Ken is amazing. Very friendly and helpful. He saved me $30 a month on my bill and got me a new phone.
Whoever worked this afternoon should be fired. Store opens at 11 (there is a small sign tucked away at the bottom of the door mentioning the hours change). Tried calling multiple times just to have nobody answer. Finally drove there at 2 and was met with the sign in the picture (Saying Gone to lunch will return in 1 hour :) as well as 3-4 other customers already waiting. No estimation of when this employee left or what time they might return. Finally by 2:30 she was dropped off by someone to open the store back up. When she finally decided to help the customers she was extremely rude to the people in front of me. The store didnt have what I was looking for on the shelves, but I wasnt about to ask for help knowing I would be met with attitude.

Went into the store with a major billing issue created by Best Buy. Angel saw the issue, made a few calls and it was all fixed. THANK YOU Angel. I will never do business with anyone but you going forward.
First time here spoke with a very nice rep, i apologize i forgot her name, i have dementia so please forgive me. We were interested on upgrading. She showed us the deal on the Samsung 9 buy 1 get 1 free. A little shy on funds but hope to go back one day and hope the deal still going or even something better.

Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. Due to an issue a district manager made, I am paying for it, IN CASH. District manager refused to rectify his error, store manager said he couldn’t override him and the error was made because the district manager didn’t even bother to pull up my account...NOT MY PROBLEM. Of course there was nothing the store associate could do which I didn’t expect her to be able to do so. Spoke to the 1-800 customer service number at least 7 times within 3 weeks, CONTINUOUSLY trying to get the issue resolved only to be told on my last phone call that there was nothing THAT agent could do because he couldn’t see my itemized bill yet to be able to “explain” the charges. EVEN THOUGH, my bill was itemized within the MyAT&T app on my end. I spent over 2 hours on the phone the last time with a regular agent, supervisor, retention and an agent that handled trade ins, all to get “NOTHING I CAN DO” as a final answer. They did give me the WONDERFUL option of splitting my more than DOUBLE bill into 2 payments so it might be a little easier to pay HAHAHAHAHA. Absolute joke as far as management and phone support customer service. Filed a complaint with the better business bureau and will be with Verizon as of Friday.
Justin was very helpful with getting me in to a new phone, that was the right fit for me. He also was very helpful with getting my new phone all set up, with all my stuff from my old phone.

Awful experience in this store. The sales associate kept talking over my while my husband and I were trying to explain our situation and confusion over our billing. At one point I said “wait I’m not done talking yet” to which he ALSO interrupted and continued to talk over me. I walked out as he was saying “I’ll listen to what you’re saying” No. No you won’t. You had and lost that chance.
Sat in here for like ten minutes Im not entirely sure anyone really worked there. There didnt seem to be any urgency to help us or the other people there. Pretty sure we all left. Really had me all sorts of steamed.

Now at this store. The manager is great, friendly, and helpful with the training, and extremely knowledgable and helpful with customer concerns.
Walked in and the the two employees were setting up new phones for people. Was in the store for 20 minutes and neither one of the employees said one word to me. something along the lines of this is going to take around 30 minutes but will be with you as soon as we can, not a word. Thats just poor customer service if you dont even want to address your customer.

Justin was a lot of help my keyboard had changed and i couldnt understand it. He fixed it then helped me get in to a new devices that was easy for me to understand.
After having my home phone turned off I was a little unsure on what I was going to do for people to get a hold of me. After going to the store Justin took good care of me and gave me the right plan for my money.
They couldve at least updated the hours of operation. I came here to pay my bill online it said 8 but arrived at the store to it being closed at 7.

Store is never open during their published opening hours. Not sure what their staff are playing at, but I’d fire them in a heartbeat if they worked for me and abused my business like that.

Horrible. Switched to direct TV and bundled my internet....and save about $60 a month....so i thought. They told me my bill would be around $100.00 for both. So i got my first bill from direct TV and it was $107 ...paid that thinking im bundeled. Then i get another bill from ATT for another $60 for my internet. So i call and here is what they told me. First of all i was never bundeled. Second they told me it takes 3 to 4 billing cycles to to show up on one bill. And lastly my bill would not be around $100 more like $160......Blatent liars i would not reccomend att

A phone store that doesn’t answer the phone during business hours nor have they sprung the HUGE expense on having an answering machine, instead a recording just says Thankyou, goodbye.This isn’t rocket science
