Poor customer service, didnt have items that were featured, Total Waste of time. Salesman also refused to give me the promotion of switching to their service stating that that because of giving the promotion deal to other customers that I was not eligible. I have never been a customer of T-Mobile, the salesman then proceed ring up my equipment at full price. I hope everyone reads this, so that you are not scammed by the horrible crooked, salesman and women at the East Peoria, illinois, T-Mobile by Walmart .

I called the store the other day, to my surprise I found someone who understands what customer service means. I asked questions an received answers that made sense. I hope Management realizes when they have someone who is willing to do their job an do it well. I told the young man Thank you for his help. He Said his name was ( Sorry Young man) Cain, Kain, Kaine, Cane. Just to let people know, I will be back.

Over all a great experience, the employees were great they helped me understand what the down payment was and the monthly cost. Everything was going great. Then their manager came out from the back, and totally gave me a weird feeling. He started to stare at the employee that was helping me. Making us both uncomfortable, she was still explaining somethings to me and he interrupted her and started to sell me something that I was not wanting. I was going to get my new phone right there and then, but because of him making me and the employee uncomfortable I left. I told the girl at the compute thank you for all that she did and left.

Patrick was extremely helpful in getting my new phone up and running. Im 58 yr old man that really needed help. Between him and Cain I walked out of that shop a confident new T-mobile customer. May God bless both of these young men!

Went to get an new Iphone and had issues with everything transferring over to the new phone. Terrell was very helpful and patient trying to solve the problem. Decided to head home and try it myself and was able to call and speak to Terrell and went step by step and successfully got my new phone working.

I received a free Hotspot three months ago with a month of service several months ago to get me to move service from Verizon. While the coverage was better than Verizon in every aspect, speed was both better and worse than Verizon depending on the location. Overall, more reliable than Verizon with 30 tested cities and sites.I wanted to activate the Hotspot for another month to cover an area that Verizon doesnt have service. After almost an hour in the store, I was told that Id have to pony up $100 for a different Hotspot. Nope, sorry. I tried to give them money but they were greedy.

Decent selection of phones and very clean. The service however, is very lacking. I was in the store to purchase a new phone. Not once was I acknowledged or greeted. I walked around looking at different phones and still nothing. Eventually after about 10 minutes I ended up walking out. Very disappointed in this locations customer service.

Upon receiving my bill i went to another location cuz my bill was way higher than i was told.. i was right.. apparently the employee working (tj i believe) quoted me a price and my bill was almost twice as much as he promised me.. the other location told me that this store has been known to add things onto customers accounts for their own gain in their pockets.. which turned out to be the case.. highly avoid this store.. the funny part was they claimed the other stores in the Peoria are shady according to customers yet another store actually made my bill good from now on

Great experience! Even though it took a while took get service started, staff was very friendly, engaging and knowledgeable. James and the 2 managers on duty were past outstanding!
