Great experience! Frank had our best interests in mind the whole time. Even created a spread sheet to ensure we were using Verizons services to serve us in the best ways and to save us the most money. The Store Manager joined us for some great conversation while Frank ensured our new phones were seamlessly transferred with the data from our old phones. They even jumped up and ran to a neighboring store for the exact phone in the color we preferred. Nice to know I have a real person to ask questions if I need. Customer service at this 10/10 level is hard to find.

Awful experience. Manager was very sassy and made us leave because it was 15 minutes til closing. All we wanted was to look at the demo phones and purchase an iPhone se.

Regular Verizon stores have been a bad experience every time we have deal with them trapped to a certain point because that where phone agreements are.after that all business is conducted with the Digital Store .my last experience there was with Gerson Rodriguez knows exactly what he is doing no second guessing, knows exactly what solutions are to what you are asking,very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with .third time in this store everytime a pleasant experience.highly recommend going here.P

DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE. This business has unethical practices. It is set up to look like a Verizon store with its signage, but only after you see the receipt do you find out that it is actually an Authorized Retailer. I planned to buy a new Iphone 11 128 Gb with a retail price of $749.99. After talking, I decided that I would just pay for the phone out-right. After completing the transaction, it came out to over $900: Retail price marked up to $810, a $29.99 activation fee, and sales tax on top. That said, they didnt explain any of this or allow me the option to decline. They just said there was a mark up for NOT FINANCING it, and the rest was tax. I thought this seemed high, so while I was waiting I got on one of the displays and bought the same Iphone from Apple directly, got to check out and found out the price was $813.73 after tax. When I questioned them on this difference, they kept saying well thats just the tax before they pulled it up on their computer and saw the same thing. I got my refund and went down the street to the REAL Verizon store. They got everything taken care of and, shockingly, the price was exactly what it should have been without any hidden fees: $749.99*1.085=$813.73.

Ive gone here in the past and got what what i expected and good customer service.....however i recently sent my wife in, and I feel like the sales associate tried to fast talk her into additional stuff that we didnt need and didnt ask for, We ended up getting refunded and the extras returned but the sales girl was pretty short with us.... I get you guy have to make a sale but if you get pushy and shady about it, we just wont come back. Sorry. We had been loyal but not if you train your employees for those tactics. wont be back now.

I’m always very hesitant to come into a cell phone location because I prefer to avoid interactions while I do my research. I bit the bullet and came in and was helped out by Marissa. I have never met a friendlier and more wonderful person in my life, and the entire experience will absolutely bring me back in to see her for anything I need in the future.
